Great staff to work with from warranty dept to the warehouse guys. Salesman also keep u informed on everything. We mostly deal with pompano but . Vital A/C is happy to do business at Gemaire .

Definitely one of the better distributors in South Florida. The service is pretty fast considering how many people that get in there. I have been going here for almost 20 years. And the staff always seems to know what theyre doing for the most part.

CREDIT DEPARTMENT ON POMPANO BEACH.IN RECENT DAYS I TRY TALKING TO CREDIT DEPARTMENT TODISCUSS FEW ISSUES IN MY ACCOUNT, NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONEONE TIME SOMEONE BY NAME (MONI) VERY RUDE PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE STATED THAT I HAVE TO WAIT, I WAIT AROUND 15 MINUTE NEVER COME BAD TO HELP ME, I LEFT A MESSAGE TO ELLEN NEVER RETURN MY PHONE CALL, I LEFT A MESSAGE TO MARIO NEVER HEAR FROM HIM. I HAVE SPOKE TO OTHER CONTRACTOR ON THE COUNTER WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT.DEFINITELY NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP.

Terrible - wasted all my time trying to line up a system to ship to Texas. Waited on shipping costs, okayed that. Then I had to set up a different account, filled out 3 pages of paperwork, then had to redo it because their information was wrong. Then they tell me they cant sell Florida equipment to Texas customers.

Huge selection, and everybody on the staff in this big store is very friendly.
