I called DHS Equipment on Monday and spoke with David. He answered all of my (probably very annoying) questions. I drove up and spoke with Ramon in the office. He also answered my questions and was extremely helpful in choosing the right equipment I need to start a pressure washing business. Thank you DHS for the great service you provided. You are definitely the company i will be going back to when i am ready to upgrade.

Called to see if they had a part in stock.I did my due diligence as a professional in my trade. I provided the equipment’s model, serial number and even the part number. I was assured that they had not just one but two of them in stock. After driving an hour out of my way to their building, the guy who told me he had the parts in stock, could not locate the parts. After a few minutes, I was told they didn’t have the part I needed. Very disappointing. If you assure a customer you have the part and they tell you they are driving over from the next county, make sure you have the part.

As a military veteran myself, I appreciated the service and attention to detail from this veteran owned business business showed me. David personally took time out of his schedule to explain the just purchased machine to me, answering all of my questions and even showing me things about the machine that I didn’t know. I need pressure washer pump parts. Called 4 other places with no luck. Called these guys and they asked a bucnh of questions and then called me back with a price. Got the parts and there right. Good price.

These guys at DHS are the best. Called for a part for my Wacker tamper and they had it in stock. Ordered on a Tuesday, had it in my hands Thursday.

I live in Nebraska but use DHS for all my Wacker, Multiquip, and Stihl parts. They not only have better prices then suppliers around here but I can get the parts FASTER!! I have been doing business with David and DHS for many years and the customer service is top notch. If you ever have a issue they will quickly make it right and make sure you are happy.

I had a issue with a finding parts for a Stowe plate tamper. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ramon In technical support. I sent a pic of my model number and he sent me a link back to order the parts. It couldnt get any easier. Thanks..
