The counter associate Dave Quinn was extremely helpful in helping me select the materials I needed for my job.I found them to be very reasonable with prices as electrical items can get very pricey quickly.I am grateful for a one stop supply store like this it saved me valuable time and money.

The guy at the counter had no interest in helping me with what I was searching for. Mumbled every answer like he had a mouth full of marbles. Loves to say no to a lot of questions. No initiative or customer service skills whatsoever. It couldnt have been a more negative experience. All I asked for was an enclosure for a pcb that I showed him, and four adhesive mounts. He looked at me like I had a horses head on. A customer that had just walked in and gave me advice to where to go. EDIT: just visited this place again. This time looking for 20ft of stranded/braided wire. The guy sent me to Windy City where they require you to purchase 1000ft at a time. I went back to World electrical supply and I said so this is an electrical supply store and you dont carry wire? Front counter person says no. ??? Meanwhile the guy standing next to me has a shopping cart with three coils of wire in the cart. This place is strange.

Have been coming to World for a long time, I have been dealing with Dave at the counter for over 20 years and have also been dealing with Peter, Jake, & Claude and getting excellent service. They always have everything I need for my orders, so its a one stop shop.Ive dealt with a lot of other counters in the area, but I have to say this one in Pompano has got to be the best. Its usually very busy there, but they seem to expedite my orders & get me on my way pretty fast. My hat goes off to these men for what they do. Im looking forward to doing a lot more business at World Electric.

This place is very understaffed be ready to wait over an hour for the simplest order on the other hand the Staff they do have is very helpful and knowledgeable. MICROMANAGING AT ITS FINEST.

World Electric Supply is a wonderful fully stocked electrical supply house. They have everything that you need for any electrical job, either commercial or residential. The guys at the counter are the best. They are always pleasant and friendly regardless of how many questions that I have for them. It is always a pleasure doing business with the World Electric Supply team in Pompano Beach. I love their new location. Very state of the art and great parking.

Waited for 40 minutes no service . Employees kept walking past all the customers. Just left and went to Home Depot I lost more waiting for no service than the discount. Hope they do something about the poor service otherwise Ill start looking elsewhere.
