Love the store specially the floor imploye and the furniture department imploye very professional and courstys.

Vicky the manager at the store is amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I was sent in circles with a warranty claim and she made it right within mins and showed great concern. She replaced my damage section and made it right. She also called another store for my patio set purchase and told them to hold it under my name. She was sweet and happy and had a great attitude and the reason I would go back to the Pompano store. Vicky is awesome! She should get a raise!

My experience at Big Lots store was very pleasant. I am spending more time cooking at home and finding the seasoning I like. Checking out, I was the third person waiting. smoothly package the bags and left at no time. The cashier was professional and very personable in reminding of my membership card info. The only problem I had was that some items didnt have price labels and slowed transaction.

First staff member was amazing, he came out from the back to help with an item on the top shelf. The two staff members working the register, seemed very irritated and put out helping the customers.

Staff is always nice when I am here, they do have a great selection of goods at this location and I always enjoy coming here. The only time I am ever disappointed is when I miss out on an item that was on sale. Not their fault, mine for not getting to them quick enough.

I shop here so much, great household items, good prices, there is one particular cashier that works there that is amazing. She is always happy no matter what and she actually has a conversation with you. She treats me like a valued customer.

For the most part good prices and a good selection of items. One thing that is annoying is that they keep on moving everything every other month. It seems like every once in a while I walk in and go where I know the item is and it turns out that its in a totally different area of the store.

I like this store, they need to please watch prices. I love the clearance area and the beautiful young lady, in this particular store that usually on far right counter. She has the biggest smile, brightest personality, authentic feel, nicest disposition. I literally thought of an angel whenever I see her. They should hope she never leaves. The rest....struggling to even be friendly and look uncomfortable doing it..

Purnell is the reason why I come to the store honestly. She is such an amazing employee. I have never received such incredible service before. She gives off love, kindness, happiness, and positivity. I think she should be the manager

Cashier Ill refer to as Ms P gave great customer service. Very cheerful, pleasant, and helpful. While she did offer a credit card, she was not pushy or aggressive as others often are. I dont frequent Big Lots, but Ms P reminded me that I should reconsider it.

Went to go see living room furniture, recliners etc. Store had a very clean and peaceful atmosphere. Sales people were available and didnt hound you. Found a very comfortable recliner at a very cheap price. I shall return!

This place is really showcasing great outdoor patio furnishings for less. Got a Broyhill Grey outdoor sectional with cushions and matching table for half of what Wayfair and other retailers were offering. And quality is very high! Really unbelievable that they can offer such high quality at enormous savings.

Convenient location off Copens Road

Big Lots is a weird kind of everything store. It is not fully a grocery store, its not a clothing store, its a bit of both. You can find odd stuff for really cheap. Great place to get snacks, drinks, pet food and toys. If you havent been to Big Lots I highly recommend it, its fun to see what you will find.

Very good Big Lots. Management and employees actually care about customers. I came for an outdoor patio set but they didn’t have all of the pieces in the store. The manager, Dermott, personally picked up the missing pieces for me. He even gave me a slight discount. Highly recommend this store. Very good, customer-oriented place.

Not always the best prices like you would think. I would stil definitely shop there because there are few bargains. Walmart, Bells Outlet, Target and Ross are much cheaper.

Big lots is a great go to for home goods, whether for cleaning or decorating they have it all! I love that they have small appliances, rugs, and even furniture!!! Great place for evry holiday season.

I came here to purchase a gazebo. They only had the display model of the one I wanted. Jose in furniture told me to come back in 2 days because he was not going to take the display model down. He stated that he did not put it together and the person who put it together would have to take it down for me. This location has piss Poor customer service.

Always a long wait because they never ever have enough employees and half the ones the have are extremely unhealthy and slow moving. Even if there is only one other person in line you will wait a while to check out. They pack so much stuff in the isles you cannot walk thru most the time. Place is a dump but in its defense my wife loves it and goes regularly

Delivery w 53 dry van. Dock located south parking lot closest to man door marked 1440. Overnight wasnt a problem, as several other big trucks were in same lot off to the side.

Big Lots Customer service is always on point and maybe they can teach or give some of these stores and restaurant a little help on Fabulous customer service. And ladies this is a excellent place for all of your affordable make-up and beauty needs.

Big Lots always look so much better outside than they do inside. Once you figure that out you wont be disappointed...other than the fact that there isnt much in Big Lots stores.

Most of their personal care products and there clothes washing detergent are priced quite inexpensively. Theres always a find at Big Lots!

Located on the north side of the Pompano CitiCenter mall at the corner of Copans Road and North Federal Highway about two miles east of I-95. This mall also features J C Penneys, Hallmark store, Lowes Home Center, Sports Clips, J. Marks restaurant, Wendys and a pet store as well as many other shops and eateries. Mucho (lots of) parking. Near the citys municipal airport, its championship golf course and its approximately five Mile jogging/walking trail. Presently undergoing an extensive remodel with many new tenants projected.

When they have a sale I love going
