Im happy with the parts and the Yanmar 3TN we bought from International Marine We came all the way from Pensacola and were treated very professionally at all times by the staff and everything was sold to us as described. We brought our own mechanic just to make sure everything was good to go and we werent being sold a broken engine. In our Experience everything worked out well! I will definitely come back again to make business with this company in the future. Nonetheless I would highly recommend doing business with this company I wish i could give this place 10 stars I am now running my boat once again and honestly glad i got to do business with Reg thank you sir!

Beware! All kinds of hidden damage on this (low hours takeout) rust inside and out, scaring in the cylinder bores, broken exhaust elbow, broken flywheel tooth. Will not refund my money. Read the refund policy BEFORE you give this crook any money, and take a good look at the engine, which is impossible in this maze of a warehouse.

International Marine sells on E Bay and other Web Sites and run a clean and honest business. We drove four hours from Tampa to purchase the ONLY Yamaha Outboard he had in stock and it was exactly as it was advertised. The Ad showed the compression in each cylinder and the work that was done previous to my purchase. Recently bought a Marine MTU engine for my commercial vessel and the price was the cheapest I could found anyhow I was a little concern with some reviews I read despite I took a chance because the sale price and the discount was perfect for my project and I just installed in the boat and the engine is working fine like a champ and Im very pleased to recommend this company and the staff, so dont judge the book by the cover. This is one shady business, I bought a generator from them on Ebay. I was told it was a running take out in great shape. It was supposed to be ready to instal. They told both myself and my captain that we had 7 days to return it if it did not run. My captain picked the generator up and dropped it of at the mechanic to give it a quick once over. The mechanic called me 1st thing the next morning and told me to take it back. It was missing the fuel pump, alternator, and multiple relays. When I contacted International marine they told me they had a fuel pump which I could have but all the other part I would have to purchase.I told them at that point that they were not the kind of business I wanted to do business with, so I would be returning the generator. Their response was read your invoice and weep.They may sell some decent stuff but if you get junk from them they will do nothing to correct the problem. They also get around Ebay protection by telling you they only accept cash or certified check for items. I should have walked away when they told me that.More lies in their response to my review. I never sent my mechanic to inspect the unit. If I had I wouldn’t have taken it. I sent someone with no mechanical knowledge to pick it up. All he told me was appearance wise it didn’t appear to have been submerged.They did offer to run it for a fee, I believe it was $200 but not positive. But the salesman said why would you pay us to run it when you have 7 days to bring it back.I would have preferred to pay immediately through PayPal. That way I would have been able to return the generator. They immediately emailed me after the auction ended on Thursday to call them. When I did I was told they would only accept cash or certified check. The unit was picked up on Friday and paid for in cash.No need to even respond to the the racist and bigoted remarks. That’s just a slime ball person’s go to cry to divert attention from their shady dealings.

Had a generator shipped from them to Orlando not too long ago. The item arrived as described and the shipment was prompt. Whomever I spoke with was very patient with me as Im not too familiar with this kind of equipment and he answered every question I had. Very pleased with this seller and would buy from them again.

Sold us a broken engine that was missing parts. Had to fight for our money back but they shorted us 750.00!! They told us engine was running when we pulled it. Come to find out they pulled it over a year ago!!! When we informed them that parts were missing we were told that it was shipped together. Then when I requested the refund they had found the parts in another city at their other warehouse. They need to refund everyone all their money!!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I responded to an ad in eBay about a generator that was tested and ready to install. He claimed it had 1600 hours but the one he gave me had over 2400 hrs as he said the hour meter was broken. But he said, dont worry, this is a good machine and it will work just fine. I traded in my generator (same model) and paid $3500 cash. When I had my mechanic prepare the machine to install in my boat the heat exchanger was shot and leaking all over the place(among other things like missing hoses and electrical connections). It was determined that it needed approx. $1600 more work just to make it run. I ask to return and for my money back, but he told me to deal with it. It appears that he took an old generator and simply painted it to look nice. This was out right and intentional fraud. Stay away!!!

Please, please, STAY AWAY. Business being investigated for scamming people out of thousands. They will advertise a product as being in excellent condition, happily take your money, and offer no refund or assistance once you discover the product is non-working. I see very mixed reviews here. All I can say is that these are used Diesel engines they are not new and it is clearly stated in the bill of sale folks. It is ones reponsability to test the engine just as if you are buying a used car like I said they are not new and this people below seem to be retaliating for their own stupidity of not doing their homework when buying an used engine. Overall great service with Reggie very good businessman and to the point. I am happy with my Cummins 6bt and that crankshaft the perfect bang for the buck I paid for thank you! This guy is the worst crook I have ever dealt with. I bought a $7000 Steyr engine over Ebay and he switched engines from that on the listing and sent one with diesel in the coolant, no ignition panel, and a obviously melted generator unit that was missing parts. He said I could switch to the original engine but I would have to pay a 35% restocking fee and all shipping from the west coast.Although we agreed it would be crated, he didnt bother and then said missing parts were my problem. He then stated I probably put the diesel in the coolant myself, because Im a trouble maker.Thanks Reg. Youre the best.
