I have placed an order no 158285 on line since 14 days ago, order total is $3,140.11, I tried to call all available numbers and sent emails to all emails that relevant even whatsapp messages. But I cant reach anybody. Im calling them from Saudi Arabia. Anybody can help me to reach them out

BEWARE - this Company took our order for over $479.00 in equipment, charged us TWICE and then did not ship.We requested that the Order be cancelled the following month(Aug/Sept), and they charged us anyway and then finally shipped in December - AFTER being told to cancel the Order.Do you really want to do business with a Company that treats Customers this way and double charges? Apparently they are getting away with this type of behavior.UPDATE: We were charged TWICE as our Statement clearly shows. Why this is being denied is beyond me.

Medical testing solutions is the most reliable gas supplier we have dealt with. They are always punctual and resolve our issues in a timely manner. We have yet to have any issues at all with their service from repairs to gas supply. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

The woman who works in accounting is so sweet and thorough. The owner was a fresh of breath air. He cares genuinely about his customers and made the experience a breeze. This business doesnt deserve any stars. All positive reviews must be fake. Placed order on 10-24-19. They took my $ same day. Site says product ships 3-5 business days. Now 11-19-19 and no product. Called first week of November and spoke to Bob in customer service who said hed check on it and get back to me. Never did. Sent email to support last week asking about status of order and asked for update or money back and Ill go to another vendor. They never responded. I just tried calling them today. No one even answered the phone. Doctors beware. Ive had to reschedule several patients as I dont have nitrous oxide due to lack of part. It seems you only get a response with a negative review!!!

Tech was playing games on his phone every time I checked, looked and acted very unprofessional. Would not recommend my facility use them again. Also one of the five star reviews on here is from the tech and another from the office manager, So I seriously doubt most of these great reviews are real.I dont know how to reply...but this is my personal review, I will let my director decide whether he wishes to pursue this publicly, Im sure probably not.It made me look bad since I recommended you to my boss based on your excellent reviews and I was just furious when I realized that the great reviews on your site are primarily from your employees posing as customers, including the tech that serviced our facility. Obviously you know this since you replied to their reviews. Im sure if our facility wishes to pursue this they will be in touch on a more official level.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on 8/2 and only just received the item today 8/21 after being told to allow 5-10 days for delivery. I had to call everyday to check on the status even though I was promised several times that they would call me with statuses. Like the other complaint in these reviews, initially I was told that the delay was due to the manufacturer having a systems problem. Then as time went by, it was that the manufacturer needed a check from Medical Testing Solutions to ship the order. I questioned if they had a poor credit standing with the manufacturer and was told the person who handled the account was fired because they did not handle the finances well. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Placed an order on July 2nd 2019. Called today, August 5th 2019 after waiting more than a month. Spoke to customer service, who informed me the manufacturer was waiting to ship my order because they (Medical Testing Solutions) had not paid the manufacturer on time, and that once the check cleared my order would be shipped. They were unable to give me an estimate on when that would happen. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Horrible communication. Ordered an item in January and still dont have a tracking number after being told countless times that they would e-mail it to me. Crooks.Update: I received an update from them after complaining on google review and paypal. And no sir, you did not send me a tracking number already, you sent it after I began to complain. I e-mailed Brandon on Feb 13 regarding this, and thus my frustration.
