Coastal fabricated my office reception desk and it came out beautiful! Almost every customer that walks in pays us a compliment on the piece. Mr Gil, the owner, was very knowledgeable and his team is great too! The job was done quickly and installed with incredible attention to details! I recommend!

It was definitely fate coming across this company. Whenever a customer calls with with a question it is ultimately the first impression that will determine whether or not they will do business. My first impression was with Gil. Although he was very busy he offered me to stop by and see first hand my options. Whether you are renovating a kitchen or bath, the stone you choose must be seen first hand. Most importantly the knowledge behind the stone and that is exactly what Coastal Stone Works provides. It’s the guidance along the way from start to finish and communication that’s what truly makes a good business. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I went to coastal with my husband to select stones a couple of months ago. Gilson, the owner, spent at least one hour with us explaining everything we should know about stones. I was expecting this part of my remodel to be a nightmare, like the previous parts, but it was fun! Now I understand how full of wonder my stone countertop is, and I have a great appreciation for it! :)

When I first sought out to do my due diligence in finding the right people to redo my kitchen, I thought I had to come to right place when I found Coastal Marble and Granite. With a fair price quote and stellar online reviews, never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be setting myself for a complete and utter nightmare. First and foremost, I have NEVER in my life worked with such unprofessional people. That being said, not only did they leave my kitchen in the condition that did they, but they did not even attempt to address or modify any of my concerns throughout this horrific ordeal. I fought so hard to have my concerns heard but was endlessly told that I had no idea what I was talking about, my judgement was belittled over and over again and to make matters worse, I was repeatedly insulted about having an opinion in the first place. “We did our job,” I was told over and over again. First and foremost, the basic principal of size. When I received my granite and after it was installed, it was clear to me that a slight error had occurred. Although mere millimeters, it was apparent that there was a little issue of space between the countertop and granite. In order to fill in those gaps, they attempted to use caulking. To say that it was done impeccably would be a lie. Not only was it half assed but there wasn’t a single smooth ounce of caulking on the visible countertop (very evident by the pictures posted). Also the cutout for the cooktop. I’m not sure how this occurred because I never thought it would be possible but when all was said and done the cooktop had been installed lopsided on the countertop. There is a very significant gap on one side and as you can tell at first glance that it’s not a smooth surface as it is supposed to be. Almost waved, if you will, and also visible by the pictures. Speaking of waves, the waterfall portion of the granite was so far from straight and smooth. I am not sure if it was the company’s complete disregard for their supplies or whether the granite laid endlessly outside, or it was simply due to their poor installation techniques but the waterfall was not only blotchy but too suffered a waved effect. Almost as if it was hit with a meteor at certain portions throughout. The company’s attention to detail regarding the outlets was also elementary at best. The cutouts were not only crooked and completely not proportional to the outlet itself, (as you can see by the pictures) but the actual plate installed over them did not match the color of the background behind it. And I will honestly say, the color was white. It wasn’t some random color that is hard to find. The hole they cutout is so big, I am still having a hard time finding something to replace/cover with it. Now I have noticed I have gone on and on about how unhappy I am with the work I’ve received, but I have also attached the pictures as proof. I know most people would say I’m too critical, but having to wake up every morning and see these flaws over and over again, I have lost any little patience I have left. And like I mentioned earlier, the company did nothing to address any of my concerns throughout this process or even attempted to rectify these blatantly obvious mistakes. Please be aware of these people and think twice before using them. I have to redo everything in my kitchen because of them.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. We had hired Coastal Stone to fabricate granite purchased elsewhere and discovered at pick up that it needed to be replaced. Gil Jr. and Sr. were absolutely amazing helping us find a replacement slab the same day. They also did an amazing job fabricating the stone, and it came out gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We re-did our kitchen and master bathroom this summer. We highly recommend Coastal Marble for their professionalism, cleanliness and workmanship, they did an absolutely beautiful job.

Amazing workmanship, service, and value with these guys. Recently did a kitchen remodel and working with coastal was the easiest part of all. They had someone come out and take precise measurements and within the week my granite slab was ready to install with zero issues, couldnt have been easier. They even made sure the best parts of the stone were showcased in how they cut it for my kitchen, amazing final product.

We had several areas in our home we wanted new granite installed. Gill answered the phone, after 2 rings. Within 24 hours he measured. Within a very short time the granite was fabricated and installed perfectly. I can not say enough about the excellent service and help with my projects, Gill and Coastal provided to me. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding.
