Over the top in costumes, nice staff and helpful..

I was absolutely thrilled with the attention and treatment I received from Tracey. She helped me to select my costume and handled the fitting. I received a call to pick up the costume and will wear it to the grand re-opening at the Costume Museum at the Wick Theater with the new Roaring Twenties exhibit. I will wear it to several parties on Halloween.

Everything about my experience here was above my expectations. The staff was top notch ... from their knowledge of their supply and what would work best for what i needed ... to spending a lot of time with us getting everything just right and adding extra accessories to really bring the costumes together. There is a saying You get what you pay for ... so yes these arent $20 costume rentals ... but the staff, quality of the costumes, accessories, alterations .... all came together to help my pull of an amazing project I was working on.

Man I tell you this place is loaded with rental costumes. Perfect for Halloween or the holidays. Even school plays. They have an assortment of quality products for halloween that you dont have to rent. Huge inventory of rentals. So cool!!

This place has amazing costumes. The prices are high but you are getting real clothes, so its quality and beauty. The price of the rental includes adjustments too so it fits you perfectly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a special situation that called for a chauffeurs hat & they were able to make it possible. Chantal, in particular, went above and beyond to make things easy for me. She has amazing customer service skills & is definitely an asset to the company.

Amazing selection of stunning and unique costumes. Beautiful masks, theatrical costumes and large selection of accessories as well. Staff was very helpful as well, and helped me to perfectly accessorize my beautiful rental. Not the least expensive costume shop in S. Florida, but if you want quality, this is certainly THE place to go. I am a return costumer and will continue on that path.

The best costume store around! Buy or rent, if you rent you are getting top quality, often actual theatre production costumes... Many one of a kind or irreplaceable. If you want to win a costume contest this place will definitely have what you need and theyre open all year!

Costume World is great! Judy and John are great! I and the Palm Beach Pops Symphony have rented the shark/dolphin costumes several times; its really good! They helped me with a lion costume, panda bear, my Abraham Lincoln beard, Pharaoh accessories, and my girlfriends fairy costume. Theyre great and their prices are very good!

Sorry little place and smells super funky. Like sweaty mold. Staff could care less about helping you out. Rentable costumes looks likes its 50 years old, never taken care of for and never washed.

Ive never step foot in the store, but the costumer service over the phone is deplorable. Very very rude; they do not let you respond, continue to spat out their company line and rehearsed store sales in some robotic way of speaking. And they hung up on me!! On top of all that, they didnt even have my costume. Lol No thank you.

This place is not worth the prices, nor the hassle. They lie about inventory to get you in the door and then try to bait and switch. Horrible customer service. There is a very unwelcome feeling when walking through the door. Its like a stuffy old thrift store (which usually I love) with outrageous pricing.

Huge Place !! Dont let the small look/ entrance in the front fool you Sale going on now until tomorrow 09/15/2018 on certain costumes racks are clearly marked sale but just in case ask what racks are in the sale its 50 fill a bag 100 fill a bag or 150 fill a bag they provide the bags for you, and if your not into the sale they have a Huge selection of other costumes and accessories for sale as well everyone there is pretty helpful in finding what you want and need

Poor customer service … spoke to the owner (Lady) who was the least bothered or apologetic about her unprofessional employees …Needed a custom for Super Hero 6 … I called at noon and asked if they had it … her employee without any hesitation said “Yes, we have plenty” … it was a surprise to me since it’s not available in the other stores … so I asked if he had it in Medium to which he answered without any hesitation “Yes, we have a couple of them” … On my way there (driving from Pompano Beach) …. About 15 minutes after my first call … I thought I would check again because he was just too fast to react … this time I got the owner … And I mentioned to her that I’m coming from Pompano and don’t want to drive all that distance without making sure that they had the right size … and what a surprise … she said that they didn’t have that costume to start with!I mentioned to her that her employee lied to me and that I was on my way … she said “Well it’s Halloween and things move quickly!” … mind you she just said they never had it!Awful service … they just want to get you to the store and then have you deal with it …Will never deal with them …
