I was in October 30. 2022.This practice is A plus plus.Everyone was positive and knowledgeable. Did a good job explaining the entire process. I recommend them.

The staffing is absolutely amazing and friendly. They took real good care of me to make sure the process was smooth and informative about everything to give the best standards to suit me the best. The best part was they all engaged in funny conversations to make my time well worth it and my glasses came rapidly definitely recommend on them. I am always going come back for all my vision needs. My son is four years old, and he needed glasses, and they did take my insurance. I already had my script from my doctor, so it was no need for them to do an eye exam on him, but they overcharged me for some kids glasses for $450 with the $100 off from the insurance. Still doesnt the amount they charge people, I still purchase the glasses, when they told its insurance on the glasses when my son lost hes lens out of his glasses they told me that I would have to pay $150 to replace the lens. Now I know I wasnt going to do that again. End up going to a different and paid $64.95 for my sons glasses and lens. And all so he cant pop the lens out.

They do overcharge, since I am on Medicaid and retired $10.00 doctors visit and almost $ 300.00lenses, decided to go to Walmart Optometrist.$70.00 OPTOMETRIST AND $ 14O.OO LENSES AND THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE. Still saved money and much more pleasant people. +A

Been with the for years. Made a appointment last week for myself and children. And the lady said she input appointment and then she asked if she could call me back just to make sure all information was the same never called back. Called this morning. Someone different picked up and said I dont even have a appointment in the system very unprofessional and she was very rude and and ai dont care Attitude. Instead trying to figure out what happen.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took out the stress of getting new glasses. They also were respectful of the Covid guidelines. I would go back and refer them to my friends.

The staff at Pro Optix was very sweet and friendly. Davena helped me pick out some really cute frames for my new prescription glasses. Marcia was so funny and nice. Dr. Demarco did a great job at explaining everything to me after she did my eye exam. The front desk staff Carolina was very welcoming and understanding as well because I was late to my appointment lol but she understood :).

Great experience! I was in need of extra contact lenses due to running out before placing a refill. I was accommodated with a trial pair just for the time being until my refill was filled. My original visit was pleasant and the contact lenses that were prescribed were great. The contact lenses were a perfect fit I didn’t experience any dry eyes or irritation. I had planned on taking my prescription to another place for glasses but Natasha was extremely personable and knowledgeable so I decided to purchase my glasses at Pro Optix. I put 1 start because there is no option for 0 stars! I called made an appointment for my daughter today, march 11 at 4pm, they sent me a text msg confirming the appointment. I cancel all my schedule and my daughter musical instrument class because the eye appointment, when I get there they said to me that they don’t have a appointment for my daughter that day, the my daughter appointment is for april 8 and somebody called to change, they cancel without notifying me and pick day and time they want without ask me if i can! Terrible place they simply dont care about the people!

Scammed! Charged us over $600 just for the lenses, supposedly top of the line! They cracked in 5 months time and then WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR ONE YEAR WARRANTY!Did not replace the lenses!!!

The visit for my exam was great and finding the glasses was easy. Unfortunately, there were issues with the lab that caused me to have to wait over 6 weeks for my glasses. Originally I was told it would be 7-10 business days, after 2 weeks I called and was told it would be one more week. A week later it was clear no one knew when they would come. I asked Jay to please give updates as it felt like I had to keep calling in order for someone to look into the issue. Jay went above and beyond by calling the lab and escalating the issue. He worked with my insurance and called regularly to let me know the progress. Overall I would go back and am happy with their customer service.

I was seen promptly by the examining personnel on my appointment day.A huge problem arose when it came time to select eyeglasses. My insurance plan is such that my eyeglasses are supposed to be free. I objected to the price Pro Optix quoted me and I grudgingly agrees to pay a lower price.As I write this six weeks later, no glasses, only excuses. I will have to start all over again with another company.Update: my eyeglasses have arrived. Many snafus corrected by Jay, and I can see now!

From first contact everyone was wonderfully polite, engaging and professional. Very efficient and well organized with COVID sanitizing procedures. I highly recommend everyone at this practice.

My step mother recommended this office to me because of her experience with my little brother. Now I can do the same for you considering my experience with my son. My son has been going to this office since 2018. Our wait time is never longer than 10-15 minutes on extremely busy days. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, especially Jay. Even after I lost my insurance they still found ways to help my son without putting a hole in my pocket. I’m thankful for all this office has done for my son, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Great customer service. I was able to make an eye exam appointment and be seen on the same day. The front desk staff was very friendly and they also take Covid precautions before you walk in the door. They take your temperature (forehead thermometer) and sanitize your hands. Everywhere else I called they said it would be 7-14 days before I received my glasses back. Jay said 3 days and they were ready first thing on the third day. I felt like the pricing on my lenses was very fair. I also got the transition lenses and I love them. Also great pricing on that. The doctor was very friendly and also professional.I highly recommend this local business.

I have been coming here for 5+ years with any foster kids in my care and with my kids I adopted.COURTEOUS: Feel like family when we come in. Always smiling, asking how everything is.COST CONSCIOUS: Never push my family toward big expenses. They always know my budget concerns and help steer kids toward reasonably priced frames. A ton of RESPECT for them not pushing kids toward expensive glasses and then leaving me to be the “no” guy. Just the opposite, they support the parent side and help us make reasonable choices.COMMITTED: I am big on relationships. And their professionalism encourages my loyalty to them. I live half hour away and probably pass a dozen eye glass locations to get here, but VERY WELL WORTH IT..

TL;DR - I would not return here for glasses. Everyone seems nice and tries to be helpful, but their lab made an error TWICE that was easily caught by just double checking the prescription with the machine at their store.First off - I am not reviewing your staff as people - everyone is very nice and tries their best to be helpful.August 24, 2020 - I first went in to get a new contact prescription and new glasses as it had been several years since I did either. I chose this place because my insurance covered glasses (I thought) and it is 2 mins from my house. - Get glasses - go with the Polycarbon material because I end up having to pay $50 more if I want the highest quality lens and that would be $225 total. I am told they could be ready the next week.September 7, 2020 - 3.5 weeks later (with only one of those business days being a holiday) My glasses finally come in. I forget and wear my contacts to pick up and cant take them out to check the glasses because of Covid. Get home and can tell something is very wrong because Looking through them I get double vision and they seem way too strong.Go back in - try to adjust the frames a little to get rid of distortion, but decide to make a follow-up appointment to check the prescription they put in.Septemer 24, 2020 - Go to appointment - Eye doctor finds an error in the angle of the left lens by the lab and also brings the prescription down a bit because its more comfortable for me. - Sends glasses to get changed.September 30, 2020 - Glasses come back in a good amount of time. Still seem off and getting double vision - but I made the mistake of coming during lunch when most people arent there. Am told to try to wear them for 2 weeks because it can take time to adjust - I leave. Cant wear the $175 glasses I bought still because something is still wrong. Go back next day and try to get them adjusted again because I thought it was an issue with the angle of the frame - as told by Marsha. Am leaving for 2 weeks so just leave it at that.October 24, 2020 - Come back in at a different time to have someone else help me - He (manager? Sorry cant remember your name) immediately checks the glasses in a machine and finds that the left lens is STILL incorrectly angled when they made it at the lab. This should have been caught the first time I brought them back (by Marsha), not 3 trips later. Good thing I live so close....I end up upgrading ($50) to the better material to get on with all the issues. $225 Glasses.November 5, 2020 - Glasses come back quickly. They are finally correct and I can see clearly from them. $225 glasses ($325 before insurance) and 2+ months later....

Clean friendly environment

I will never go here again. I have been a customer for numerous years. I bought a pair of glasses there and have had to replace the lenses twice already. They scratch terribly and when they “ tried “ to get the scratches out they left a film all over the lenses. I have spent over $1100.00 on a pair of glasses over the last 3 years that are not even wearable.

PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!! In violation of applicable law for FTC Rules Section 456.2!The Federal Trade Commission enforces the Eyeglass Rule. It requires eye doctors — ophthalmologists and optometrists — to give patients a copy of their prescription – whether they ask for it or not and I did when I originally had my exam.If I could give them 0 stars I would! So unwilling to help, I’m out of the country and need temporary glasses until I get back to the states, they were so unwilling to help and email me my prescription until I returned to get my yearly exam. Not to mention I had spent close to $600 in glasses while I was there. No customer service skills at all.No follow up call from this place even after I emailed in wanting to speak to the manager. I had to make the call and the manager still refused to help me because I wrote this review. Little does he know about service, that’s the goal to turn negative reviews into positive ones. This place is racist comments such as “this is America” are unnecessary, I’m filing a better business complaint.It’s unfortunate that Dr. Pacheco being such a great doctor has horrible office staff. BEWARE!

The other day i came in to get my glasses fix, im a doctor from another site so i came in to see what they know and what they offer and to my surprise Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lens the offer he also fixed my nose pads and offered me a appointment to get new glasses/exam. No i didnt make the appointment but if i lived here i would hire him myself.

I am a medical professional who has worn contacts for over 40 years. Do NOT go to this practice. They try every way to nickel and dime you into paying hundreds of dollars. If your copay is $10. They charge you a $60 contact fitting. Even if you have worn the same contacts for ten years. It should be illegal!!! I went elsewhere and they charged $10. Here they charged me $79! When I call they say oh well! You can get cheaper service as a cash customer. As medical professionals they should be embarrassed at the clinical price gorging they perform at this place. Plus contacts are cheaper online. Glasses are $400 to $500 and I got a great pair online for &125. Be smart! Don’t let this rip off place screw you out of your hard earned money.

Very professional staff. Dr. Laura Demarco gave me a through eye exam and explained step by step the process of the exam. She really helped and put me at ease. Marcia was very helpful picking out the perfect eyeglasses for me. My first visit to this office was very enjoyable. I will recommend them highly.

Today is Friday and it really busy here but as i seat here and wait to get my glasses fixed and maybe to get a new pair of the glasses, the stuff is helding the covin thing great, Jay is not only checking everyone temp before they come in but him and the staff are working GREAT together and take care of everyone.
