Customer Service is completely absent. I support local, but the service at this store is the best motivation to buy from Amazon.

Awesome experience at the print counter today! Debra and Viktor were both friendly and very helpful. Viktor went above and beyond by even cutting the image I had printed to size. Viktor was fun to talk to and shared a great story about stock photos he collects. Next time I need any printing service I know where to go. Thank you both.

BEWARE!!! Theres a minimum fee on their help department (the people that scan and print documents). I ended up paying over 5 times the amount I was supposed to for less than 3 mins of service... I DIDNT want their help but one of their self service machine was out of order and the other one had tons of people (about the same as the regular service)... I dont understand how they can charge this minimum service fee when people had to use their service because of their own broken machine...EDIT: Office Depot Manager has contacted me about this issue and offered a refund of the minimum service fee for what happened, they understand that if their machine is broken they should not be charging this minimum fee. I have to admit that this shows great customer service from them. Bumping up my rate because of this (from 2 to 4).

I needed a custom stamp for my business. I went in and Nicole was so knowledgeable and made it for me on the spot. I couldnt believe it was exactly what I needed. The service was super fast and friendly!

Delivery driver just blocked our forklift ramp which prevented us from waiting on our customers and after having asked him four times to move up a little so we could get past him he asked well where the F do you want me to park?. After the customers told him to move forward he finally did and when I was done waiting on our customers he got in my face and said you dont talk to me any kinda way, you got that?I advised him that when he cant comprehend after 4 attempts and starts swearing at me in front of our customers, I WILL speak to him any kinda way. YOU got THAT?

Very nice people, was fast and accurate! I even forgot about the front cover and they called me to ask what should they do. Very very nice!

Today was the second time I visited this office depot location and the second time I received absolutely horrendous customer service. This store is ridiculously understaffed by employees that are in all likelihood pitifully undercompensated for their time, potentially explaining their dismissive attitudes towards customers. A company that does not provide adequate training to its employees, uphold standards of customer service, and pay its employees a wage sufficient to foster a sense of pride and value for their job does not deserve my business. Not only will I never visit this location again, but I refuse to ever patronize any Office Depot in the future.

The store seems empty.Empty shells and no customer service what so ever, slow motion working environment.

Went to purchase a hp printer. Asked for assistance. Waited 12 minutes for a rep to assist me. This was without a doubt the worst, uncaring short answered rep that I ever came in contact with, plus the fact that the store had no hp printers let. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that store again.

Impressed with the friendly cashier and the clean store. They had an interesting clearance section, I was able to turn in used ink cartridges for rewards points, and I found some neat green pens for a great price! Highly recommend!

Best office depot Ive ever been too. Every other location Ive waited at least 25 minutes before being helped while employees do nothing but this one I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was helpful and great.

Bad experience! Dont bother calling up and asking for mailing information because they will give you incorrect info! Called in the morning to find out if they provided Express mailing services that would get my package there on Monday over the weekend. This happened on a Friday. When I actually went in the store to accomplish this I was told that this wasnt available and that the best they could get it there was Wednesday. This was after I had filled out all of the forms. Then they tried to switch me to FedEx. They didnt have the correct supplies. They suggested sending a regular business size envelope in a FedEx medium box. It would get lost in there! To top that off while they were keeping me otherwise occupied with all of this stuff the FedEx express delivery guy actually stopped by and it could not have gone out anyway! Overall a tragically bad experience!

Go see Arthur!! He was such a gentleman. Not only was he thorough in the information we were seeking but he handle 2 customers including us, with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Arthur! We are thankful for such individuals in the service industry. See you soon!

Recently my husband and I bought a HP Pavilion laptop and we had a little problem with it took it back and they fixed the issue.These guys bent over backwards to get it right awesome job accolades to Omar and Dante and the young lady who took care of us f or their excellent service. Also i send myriads of accolade for the printng dept in assisting me with my crazy classroom posters.

They had the clipboards, cart and cheap pens I was looking for. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Associates are friendly and asked if I needed help. Watch out when you enter, there are some birds that live above the entrance and there is a lot of poop on the ground before you enter the store.

Staff was very friendly and assisted me in finding what I needed. Check out process was easy as well. I am surprised that this store has a relatively low rating.

Went to buy a printer. They said they would had it ready. Drove their and they said they made a mistake they did not have it but could have it for me in a few days. Another day I went to exchange something and wanted the credit back on the card it was purchased with. They said they needed the receipt. VERY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION. Going elsewhere from now on!

Was needing to print my 1099 and couldnt get the file to open but the guy helping me did just that... he HELPED me and we figured it out! So grateful to him!

Really BAD customer SERVICE. Took me an hour to get my staff done while theyre talking with each other. One lady was super nice, asking everyone to help me out.

Wanted to exchange one item for another for work. Asked girl at register to hold the first item and I will return to exchange with other item. When I brought the other item up, she returned the first item...which management couldnt void????.....and because it was to be used as credit for the new item I had to return to work empty handed. Poorly trained staff!!! And I have reversed returns for 10 years in retail.....it can be done. Company will get supplies from Staples now, worth the extra 5min drive.

If I could give negative or zero stars, I would. This Office Depot location on McNab apparently closes at 8, and has requested to Corporate that the online hours be changed. However, I dont buy that BS for a second-my fiancé walked up to the entrance at 8:40, and as soon as he did, a man came and locked the doors, and yelled out sorry. If you claim you close at 8 PM, and the online hours of operation are WRONG-what business do you have closing the physical doors 40 minutes past your closing time? Absolutely awful and negligent of the stores workers around that time on August 13, 2016. Disgusted.

After I ordered some business cards the website says they`ll be ready in about an hour, but today, 3 days after, they say that I need to wait more 3 days. First (and last), bad experience with this brand.

Ok, heres what I call excellent customer service: I walk in ask the salesperson where a product is, he walks me over to it AND completed the sale! In and out in under 2 minutes! TY!

Great place to shop gets busy around lunch which is weird cause its retail. But a dunkin doughnuts and publix next door explains it.

DONT GO. Horrible service. Never acknowledged by staff & waited 20 minutes to ship an item. Was then told that the system couldnt handle it. A mumbled apology with no eye contact by the assistant manager. Go to the USPS for better service.

I put 1 star because theres not an option to put zero stars.We went to the printing department at 5:30 to print 3 sheets of paper and the customer service person (Debra) was beyond rude!After we say hi not even hi back but: You know we close at 6pm!If I was the manager of the store and a client comes half an hour prior closing and saw this lady talking to a client like that while still while in work hours, she would have been fired on the spot!Never going back to that store!

Waited on a binding for a book. Told it would take about 20 minutes to complete. Now going on an hour and a half and counting, all while watching other customers at the print and copy section getting work completed in front of mine. About every 5 minutes, the representative goes back to whole ouch a few pages of the book. This the the first review I have every written, so disappointed!

Apparently their hours of operations are at 8 and not 9 oclock on Saturdays. No signs outside stating the hours of operations and all i got was its Saturday and the manager that didnt even show face apologizes according to a staff member. Absolute waste of time.
