The girl inside was rude and acted like she didn’t want to help us at all. Made my family and I feel like we where not welcome. We will not come back to a place like that.

This location always has the greatest finds on top of impeccable customer service. 9/10 times I find exactly what Im looking for when I stop in and on the very off chance they dont have what Im looking for, one of the employees is always awesome and offers to find a location nearby that has what I need in stock. Definitely recommend this store to everyone !

My son and I have been coming to this gamestop for at least 5 years. I bought my son his first gaming system here and all the ones thereafter. We also exchange some of his games for credit. Paul is the best and he only surrounds himself with knowledgeable and enthusiastic employees. My son always has questions about the games and things that he wants to buy and Paul takes the time to give him the best advice. This is the place to go for ALL your gaming needs.

Lots of boxes on the shelves, nothing in stock. If you don’t have it, take it off the shelf...

Google review should have negative stars!!!Poor service, or should I say lazy customer care?Trying to solve a problem, I bought an PS4 from this place and the PS4 have some issue i return the unit to the store, I have to say that I dont have the receipt i throw away like everyone does, and the person there ( i dont gonna say the name because they have to find out) say the only thing they can do is, trade for a store credit of 150 or cash in this case 75 dollars, for PS4 that i pay 288 with tax after 7 days, i call the gamestop customer care and the guy on the phone in 3 min solve my problem. Gonna email me my receipt to exchange the PS4.Conclusion never come back to this store to buy anything, go to the some situation again if i have to? NO THANKS!!!

Not very nice place to visit.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And quite patient with the little gamers. Always a decent selection of games and collectables. And if youre a parent who can leave their child to do their own thing at GameStop, there are plenty of other stores around for your interests. Even for dads.

Staff is awesome. Recently got back into gaming. Paul is really cool and helpful on the new Xbox information. If you live in pompano, this is a great GameStop to go to.

I feel sorry for people who have to put up with morons, like some of these complainers in the comments below. These guys are always nice and will help you as soon as they possibly can. Anyone who has a negative review is probably an impatient little pain in the you know what.

I buy the best games at a great price with their helpAfter all I am 73 and last game I played was Pac Man. Dont laugh, I was just addicted and went to work bleary eyed with the excuse my wife was sick. Dont shake your head it was true. She was sick and tired of my addiction to Pac Man not doing the dishes.

Ive been to quite a few od these stores, and this one has some of the most helpful staff, even if this one is a little farther for you, its worth the extra few miles...

Went in got a used xbox 1 s terabyte for 239.00 a year membership to xbox live. A used game and some candy. Bout to smoke this joint update this xbox and jam out for the first time in about 15 years on a game console. Think the last time I played was when xbox had just came out.

The apparently high cashier refused to sell me my product when the chip on my card malfunctioned as it does often does. This has never been a problem at any other store ever. You would think with the increase in availability to purchase games online GameStop would be certain to have a way to actually purchase a product. I suggest going online to purchase games as you wont have to deal with people high on drugs who dont understand how credit card machines work. No help or assistance was even offered.

This GameStop was very unprofessional and the employees lack knowledge about their store and product information. I came in asking for one specific Map Pack for Call of Duty then the dude proceeded to tell me to purchase the 30$ Map Pack with the game and I will get it. I ended up getting all the maps I didnt want and the one I ended up needing was only 6$ on the PlayStation Store. Threw away 30$ out the window they said no exchanges.. Ill never come back. WORST GAMESTOP EVER!

Not my favorite GameStop location. Too cramped in terms of merchandise placement and flow of people in the store hard to browse. Make sure you do your research on prices before buying things from GameStop. They had PlayStation 4 controllers on sale for 44.99 and we went to Target the same day and all the ps4 controllers were around 30.
