The young girl with green hair from Arkansas who was new to the area was the salesperson working the floor and she could not have been nicer and more helpful. Usually places like this the sales people are so disinterested but she was a rockstar. My wife bought a bunch of stuff and this girl was great help with the trying on process.

Cute little store for beach accessories and souvenirs. The staff was super friendly and fun; singing to the music playing in the store, offering help and answering questions if needed. Mickey even threw in a free little magnet when I checked out! I enjoyed my short stay in Pompano Beach, and my trip to Miami Blues in particular. Thank you!

As soon as we stepped in we felt a bad atmosphere because of the oldest man unloading items from a case and wearing a kippah who was very pushy, what we cant stand.When telling him we were just browsing, he mumbled something in hebrew and gave us such a nasty look! We got out from the shop right away. Thank you but no thank you!!

I have been coming across this store for the past two years and it never fails to surprise me with new merchandise! their amazing prices are always at hand to let me have an amazing day at the beach!!!

Acknowledging ALL your customers will be a start to engaging me to spend my money with your business. Im big on customer service and it starts at the entrance especially when witnessing other customers being acknowledged.

My boyfriend and I were looking for swim wear browsed but seemingly did not find what I had in mind. We got him some to try when Nina came along to help us out. She was super friendly and so helpful with his choices and to find the right outfit gave good judgement on his choices to us also had a great sense of personality. When she asked if I found anything for me. Told her they don’t have my style. So then she said oh we do have those led me to it. Tried a few even guided me with style and size. Needless to say we walked away a bunch of fun outfits thanks to Nina! We had a blast at shopping as well! Definitely the store to visit and looked for Nina!

Rose is Super and awesome lady. Very helpful and attentive. We found everything that we were looking for to enjoy the beach life. Got the PF +50 T-Shirts, hats, flip-flops and sought after pump. Highly recommended. You will have a high end boutique style experience.

Bad staff and the souvenir items look like they are from 1995. One staff member would not stop following me around the store and another did not acknowledge my presence when I was standing at the check out counter. I went around to the other side and she blatantly ignored me and started to check out another customer. Leaving one star for the convenient location.

Very helpful staff! I was very thankful for the amount of care and attention shown to my children while shopping. The staff were full swing into marking sales and adding new merchandise. However, they would stop and answer any questions my kids had regarding glasses, hats, knickknacks, swimsuits, magnets and more. Thank you for being so kind!!! You all made our last night out and about super memorable and enjoyable! We will be back and will post more photos of the Pampanos Beach Miami Blues Donut Adventures in the days to come. If your in Pampano Beach area stop by for some shopping and walk a few doors down to grab icecream of coffee before you make your way to the beach for a nice walk or time in the sun. This is a very pleasant little downtown area off of the beach! Extra photos as promised. :)

The staff at Miami Blues is phenomenal! I had the pleasure of dealing with a woman named Dakota.. she was very helpful, patient and kind to my family and I. Miami Blues is amazing, I would highly recommend it to families or anyone else visiting the area !

They have all the beach clothes you might need and more.

Nice selection of items but the staff is rude. Theres a small toy section there and my 8 year old daughter was poking around at some items while I was standing next to her, but putting the toys back exactly where they came from while the older woman behind the counter watched our every move. As were leaving she referred to my daughter as a tornado. Its not our fault the toys were out of place when we arrived at the store but thanks for blaming her. Nice people skills lady. All of the items in this store can be found at any other beach shop in the area including Walgreens so dont make a special trip if you have kids with you.

High priced beach store. If you are the least bit out of the norm for your size, you will have a hard time finding anything here.

What can I say. This place is amazing. The reason is the people that are working inside. They are friendly, helpful and kind. We have stopped in 4 times i the last 2 days. Great selection of merchandise. Thank you very much from the big Group of horse lovers from Long Island. You guys are awesome!

Great service when we stopped in tonight. Since they didnt have the shirts with the pattern and colors we wanted, they printed us new ones while we waited. We just ran next door for ice cream while we waited. The shop has great suvioniers and lots of name brand merchandise, highly recommend you stop when in the area!

Love Miami Blues. I need quite a few souvenirs when I visit Florida and its one stop shopping - got all I needed and then some! Great prices. Unique as well as usual T-shirts and small gift ideas. Friendly but not overbearing staff.

CeCe was an amazing help in finding things for my daughters. This is a really nice place with amazing prices! I was afraid with the pier under construction, that I would have to go farther north or south to find things. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere!

Absolutely horrible!We’re locals in pompano and shops here for gifts for family and the staff are so rude and treat us so bad every time!Yesterday I went to get a gift for a friend and noticed a small hole I returned it the next day with tags asking to just exchange it and the lady yelled at me and was just mean saying all sales are final. The receipt says we can do an exchange within 7 days! The lady was shorter, larger short hair and glasses. Always treats people terrible and whenever we have questions they look annoyed we interrupted them from their phones. They didn’t even exchange the shirt. We come here often because it’s the only gift store in pompano and to be treated like this by the same lady over and over. Terrible.

Wow what a great store for souvenirs! They had some really great beach clothes too. I also thought their prices were fair and not over priced. I got the greatest postcard to send back home which is NH that showed a picture of people in snow that said YOU and a picture of the beach that said ME! The lady that checked us out was excellent she was friendly, helpful and had a nice personality. I will be back again when I come down to visit again. Thank you for carrimg the greatest Christmas Ornaments too! I collect ornaments from the places I visit!

This is our 2nd visit here. The employees are very friendly and helpful. June was able to get me the shirts I wanted in my size since they didn’t have them available on the rack. They also have some of the best prices out of all the stores we visited. I will definitely be back to this store.

Amazing selection and very friendly and helpful staff. I packed like an idiot for this trip, and Cece and Rose has me sorted out with Board shorts, Sunglasses and Flip Flops in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this shop for all of your beach needs.

This is the best souvenir shop i’ve been to! They had every souvenir you could think of/want for reasonable prices! Their shirts weren’t outrageously expensive and had a huge selection with inclusive sizes. The customer service was great. Was immediately greeted with kindness and willingness to help. Mickey, the owner, was so nice and conversational i’ve never had better customer service. We stood there for probably 15 minutes just talking to him about the area, his business, and just personal chit chat. He even pitched in a free sticker. An amazing store, owner, and experience overall

We came to this store to get some stuff for the beach, hats, bag, magnets for souvenirs, ect. on May 23, 2019. On May 24, 2019 the bag ( pink with flamingo on it) broke. I decided to go back to the store for exchange. Lady that called herself June, or Jume, was EXTREMELY RUDE to me right off the bet! I was in shoked. She accused me of breaking the bag myself and that i was carring too much stuff in it, like she is some kind of psychic. I showed her that it was just a towel and cell phone in my bag, but she kept on and on....right in frontt of other customers. Finally she exchanged the bag. I have never seen such terrible customer service!

Very nice items and decent pricing but staff shouldnt be telling guests outside that want to come in and buy something that they cant come in because their store closes at 9pm and its 858pm.

Dont buy the GIANT pompano beach patrol towel! it will bleed, even in cold water and give your clothes an unwanted color change!!! to add insult to injury the owner the will give you a hard time returning it and only give you half the value toward a store credit. so to sum it up...you drop$20 on a towel that ruins half a load of laundry worth a couple hundred dollars and you are given a hard time returning it for half the value toward a store credit.....sign me up for that deal!

Falsely accused my wife and kids of stealing today. Made my 8 year old daughter feel terrified and cry. My wife visited the store after stopping across the street at Walgreens. She walked into the store with my 8 years old daughter carrying the Walgreens bag. They were shopping for flip flops and were shopping near the shoes in the store. They were walking the shops from hotel so couldn’t leave bags in car. Wife didn’t see what she wanted so they walked out of store. The worker runs out of the store chasing my family down street and asked “Were you going to buy something?” My Wife responded “No” She then asked were you going to buy those goggles pointing to the open bag. My wife tells her we just purchased them at Walgreens. She rudely ask let me see them. My wife then says you are wasting your time. My crying daughter hands the bag to the worker and she says these are our goggles. My wife asks her would she like to see the receipt of purchase. The lady says No and walks away. Left my crying daughter scared the death outside of store. So you accused my wife and 2 kids of stealing and then refuse to see the receipt to verify purchase. How about apologizing to my family for the experience? You should not accuse people of stealing unless you observe them actually STEALING the item. Not sure what made you think my family was stealing but you need better training in customer service. This is unaccepted behavior and the least you could of done was apologized to my family. We are well off and don’t need to steal to get anything in life. We have plenty of money to purchase what we need. I’m hope you sleep well tonight knowing you gave a young child a negative memorable experience on their vacation to this area. I hope the owner has a stern talk to you about your actions and review any video surveillance to learn from your experience. I hope that the next family doesn’t experience what we had to go through.

Great store great prices and very helpful staff cece was very helpful and even helped us with a nice turtle logo for a sweater we purchased and it was only 3 dollars to do itGood quality clothes and nic naks can’t beat the prices will definitely be going back next year when we’re up from Canada again

Good place, fair prices

Not customer friendly at all. After telling the owner we may have to return an item because the size may not be right he said its ok you can return it. An hour later we return with the item that did not fit to return and he would not return it. Go elsewhere or proceed with caution.
