1st Class Humidors is a great company to do business with, as their customer service is the best I have dealt with for online purchasing. They are very kind and react very quickly to help. I received my humidor with the divider missing, but I called customer service, they were very apologetic, and had my divider at my door within a few days! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I received my humidor with a missing part. The quality of the humidor is excellent! Quality made and has a very tight seal, which is great! Thank you Joyce and Linda for an awesome online experience, and for helping me so proficiently!

I bought a three shelf humidor and I really like it its well-made. I purchase this particular humidor because it held 100 to 150 cigars. I was only able to get 50 in there. Very disappointed. When I spoke to them about it I was told it was designed for tiparillos what cigarillos. No one is going to bye a humidor like this otherwise its a very nice piece of equipment for my cigars. Be careful my friends be very careful when you order a humidor
I cannot recommend this company enough. I had ordered a cabinet humidor through them, but in transit it became damaged. Their customer service department worked with me to make sure that UPS, who damaged the package, picked up the unit on my schedule and delivered another promptly.In particular, Joyce, the person who worked directly with me, was so pleasant to work with that I have to make a special note of her help. In a day when customers usually wait for responses or talk to machines instead of real people, she really stands out as making my experiences with 1st Class Cigar Humidors one I will certainly be recommending to anyone in need of a tobacconist.
I ordered a display model humidor that was to have minor scratch and scuff marks. A lot more was damaged when it arrived. Unsure if damaged during shipment or item description was way off, customer service was very responsive and helpful, offering various options to correct the issue. The hygrometer was missing, so an upgraded replacement was sent immediately. I cant blame them for shipment damage (thats probably on UPS), but I can blame them for a missing part. Overall that gets you 4 stars. I would buy from 1st Class Humidors again, customer service was top notch, Joyce gets 5 stars.
I had a power issue in my home and it caused a problem with my Remington Humidor cabinet that I purchased from 1st Class Humidors 3 years ago. I contacted Joyce at 1st Class Humidors and she was a huge help in getting the issue resolved. She also got me in touch with their tech (Keith). He called me and we went over the issue and he was able to recommend the parts needed to fix the problem. Both Joyce and Keith were extremely helpful and professional during my interactions with them.
Received my new humidor unpacked and started to season it I closed the lid and the lid was warped. Called and talked to joyce she was very apologetic and had a new one on the way before I even boxed up the first one. Very kind and helpful and fast!

In the few times she wasn’t able to answer my questions over the phone she would direct me to their technician and I would always receive an answer within a day. The Genova Humidor and Service rep Becky.The humidor I ordered is absolutely beautiful and it looks far more expensive than it was, the construction is excellent an the finishing details are very good quality.I had one issue with my order which was a missing digital hygrometer, fortunately i emailed 1st class humidors and received a phone call from Becky immediately. She was the most pleasant and altogether helpful person i could have hoped to deal with. She assured me that the digital units were back ordered and she would get one out to me as soon as possible. over the following week or two i had multiple communications with Becky regarding its status and I received my digital unit as promised.Im happy to say my humidor is now seasoned, stocked and working very well.If I am to do business with 1st class humidors again it is truly because of Becky and her excellent service attitude that i would do so.
My fiancée ordered this beautiful humidor for my 65th birthday in April. I received it in late June and was a little wary as they chargedmy card in April. I ended up having many conversations with Joyce at this establishment who always had answers for me.... details like arrival into port, shipping info, etc.The humidor is amazing though One of the cedar shelves arrived with a corner broken. Joyce worked with me to get a “no questions asked” replacement.Great products and even better customer service!

I bought cabinet humidors since July 10 and I suppose to receive it between 5 to 7 business days after I pay like what it said on the website and I called to confirm my order and she told me they are out of stock and I have to wait to the mid of august, I called again on august 20 and she’s telling me my order is not ready and I have to wait to the mid of October and by the way it shows that the cabinet available on the website but they are out of stock so don’t waste your time and buy it, or you just gonna be waiting all the time for the order.
Weve had such a great experience with 1st Class Humidors! We had a small issue with the humidor we purchased and Joyce (Customer Service) was very responsive, and helped us to get a replacement. She followed through on all details and we just received the beautiful replacement in perfect condition. We will definitely be ordering more!
1st Class accidentally sent me the incorrect Humidor I ordered for my husbands birthday. Joyce was sincerely apologetic and immediately shipped the correct humidor out with two day shipping. Bought a high-end humidor from 1st Class, and it was first class. Nearly a year after the purchase, the sensor went bad. I contacted Joyce, and she was unfailingly patient and helpful, first putting me in touch with their technical expert - who was equally patient and helpful - then overnighting me a replacement sensor when it became clear that it had broken. They stand behind their product, and who could ask for more? Could not more highly recommended them.

Saw these guys get a poor review on the better business bureau and other places when searching for them online after I bought a humidor but before I received it. They most certainly do not deserve that.Product is more beautiful than the pictures. I purchased the Stanford I believe. I ordered it with the upgraded hygrometer and it did not come with it. There customer service reached out to me before I did them and asked me how everything was and when I mentioned it to them they shipped it out within 10 days no questions asked. Ive have sent numerous friends looking to get more into cigars to these guys for many reasons. You cant beat the price, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE goes above and beyond. During this Covid Crisis, I needed to make a return to them, but for obvious reasons, it wouldnt have been done in a timely manner. (I literally showed up to the post office with 10 packages that day to avoid going back and forward) Not only was Joyce and the team patient with me, I just felt like I was dealing with real people who understood. I wish more companies took this approach. And that was just this one incident. I have at least 3 more positive interactions: from when I first bought my humidor, my Fathers, or my Brother-in-Laws. First Class Humidors lives up to the name.
First, I was totally enamored with the traveling cigar box, loved it! Exactly what I expected! I’ve learned that controlling humidity in cigar cases/boxes is vitally important so my order included the recommended hygrometer. The hygrometer sent was not a match for the case I purchased. It was HUGE!! My first attempt at resolving the issue was a reply fromCustomer Service was, “Well, if you remove some of the backing where the cigars are stored it ought to fit! That was a Disappointment. Really? I informed my Customer Service rep and expressed my extreme displeasure at such a solution. Her next email offered that upon return of the Big Ben hygrometer, she would send me an appropriate replacement. I accepted that offer but explained I was not at home and didn’t have Big Ben with me and wouldn’t untilThe New Year. No problem, we’ll send the new one, return Big Ben when you get home. That’s when Customer Service regained my confidence. The appropriate hygrometer arrived at our vacation home in time for Thanksgiving and was a PERFECT fit! Because of Joyce, I am once again. a delighted customer. She deserves a promotion and a nice raise. Great recovery after a rocky start. Thank you Joyce!

Overall Im pleased with this humidor. Service was good from 1st Class too. Humidor came well packed and shipped promptly. I have a cigar oasis humidifier and most of my cigars are size 60x6 so I can really only fit about 100-125 in it with my humidifier. Still its a solid humidor at a good price. Im happy with it .
I ordered a Redford humidor for myself as a Christmas present. My work then told me I was being sent to Japan for 4 months. The sales woman Joyce said no problem and they held it for me. When I got my dates to fly home, I called and she sent it right out. She was so patient and friendly. Great customer service right there. Can’t recommend them and her enough.
My wife purchased the Spartacus Cabinet humidor for me as an early Fathers day present so it makes sense for me to post this with her e-mail account;). The price for the humidor could not be beat and trust me I did a lot of research. In addition, this humidor came with a free Oasis 3.0 humidifier to keep my cigars in perfect condition. For the purchase I worked with Joyce and she provided outstanding customer service and was a pleasure to work with. I could of had it delivered but I live close by so I picked it up with the wife. It has a rich mahogany color and fully lined with Spanish cedar with a lock and and an outlet access for the humidifier. I was able to consolidate four large humidors into this cabinet with plenty of space left over. If you are looking for a large selection of cigar accessories with great customer service then this is the place to go. Oh and ask for Joyce she was a pleasure to work with. Great humidor for the price! Holds proper humidity well, looks good and well made. I recommend the Oasis Plus 3.0 humidification unit for this humidor. A nice piece of furniture to add to any room. 1st Class Humidors is a very good company to work with - they have been great.

HOWEVER,,,,,, When I find a company that is exceptional, “ 1st Cass” and goes above and beyond to be cordial, professional and quite helpful, words must be heard! I have been to many cigar stores and factories and none of them were able to assist me as thoroughly as Ulrick and Ron did! Upon entering the store Ron greeted me and Ulrick spent time, as I looked for my perfect Humidor. I got an unbelievable deal on one gorgeous piece of art and not once did I feel like I was “being sold”. To make a long story short, Impressive to say the least! We three hit it off and besides becoming friends I will go nowhere else to get any of my future accessories!!!! Give ‘em a shot,,,,, you won’t be dissatisfied!!

I am on my third Humidor. My latest 300 count Humidor purchased from 1st Class Humidors is absolutely fantastic! It looks great, shows very well, and does an excellent job maintaining humidity level. When my humidor arrived it was packaged inside of 3 boxes, wrapped, and foam padded. Their customer service is great and very helpful! I came in a few days ago, absolutely amazing customer service from Becky and Robert I believe. I’ll be back for sure y’all have my business.However people I must warn you as this is the reason this review got 2 stars, there’s a lady there that seemed upset and even though she tried to be nice, somehow managed to have a disturbed face and was a little to heavy with the doors in the office (unprofessional), was rude to the lady helping me (like scolding her in front of me) again (super unprofessional.) To make matters worse she smelled of alcohol. In turn making me want to leave and so I did. To the Management or Ownership please make sure this doesn’t happen in front of other people maybe some more training needs to be applied to said employee or some type of assistance or counseling but drinking on the job and scolding a co-worker in front of customers come on?!

I do not know the last name, but Joyce is a top-tier employee. Not only was she extermely responsive to my inquiry about products, but she was 100% awesome address an issue for a fan on a unit I purchased. Interaction was one time and one point, and even more impressive - she was focused on solving the problem. I told her she was a five star employee and I was impressed. First Class Humidors threw me a little curveball on the recent purchase of a Redford humidor. It turns out that the control panel was upgraded and different than was expected. It took me about a day to warm up to it and Joyce from FCH was a joy to deal with. Not only did she get all of the details on what I received and why... in a very expeditious manner, but she is shipping out a box of samplers just because. I’m going to highly recommend the humidor and FCH. Do yourself a favor and ask for Joyce!

Horrible customer service. Like everyone else I should have checked previous experiences. Ordered two boxes of cigars for my Fathers Birthday. Paid for express shipping and even paid for express processing as they have that option. Next day I get the sorry email its not in stock. But no worries we didnt charge your card. Well its a pending authorization which holds the funds. I call customer service and she argues with me that it wasnt a charge. I am looking here at my bank account and I can tell you the funds are being held. Gave me the oh well nothing I can do call your bank. Funds to buy my father a gift now in limbo until the bank lets it go. Thanks 7th class humidor you will never see another order from me and out of the 12 Cigar groups I am in on Facebook I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience.
