Horrible service I am trying to get my delivery done and I called 6 times nobody picks up the phone and when they did it I got a lady very rude on the phone in the POMPANO BEACH location could give me the information I needed. I have a birthday party and I was needing to know when it would arrive. I don’t recommend it.

PETER at Edible Arrangements IS THE BEST! I have an adult disabled son. Today was his first day with a new caretaker, and my son wanted to get a smoothie from Edible Arrangements. They went there, and my son used his debit card to buy a pricy platter, in addition to the smoothie. When the caretaker told me about the platter, I explained that my son was not allowed to spend that much money. They went with me back to Edible Arrangements, and I was expecting a serious debate when I returned the platter and asked for a refund. Instead, Peter could not have possibly been more understanding and kind. I told my son and his new caretaker to regularly go back to this business and buy smoothies. PETER IS THE VERY BEST! EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON WORKING FOR THEM!!! Please also visit this business and tell Peter that his actions and attitude are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Do not shop @this location, they’re rude, my 14 yr old daughter ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day! For me, Denise/customer service was very unpleasant and sarcastic, even asking a question about the arrangement. In the event of calling back the next day, she was rude to me as well! When asking about the rude service, she responded, why are you calling to say hi!😬😬

We ordered from this place and the store is not even there anymore, it moved to the pompano citi centre. Since I was picking up my arrangement I decided to get a cup of fruits with chocolate for myself. The strawberries were good but the apples were horrible I had to spit it out. I went back to the store and the lady said that green apples are bitter and that they put lemon so they can maintain the whole day. 1st of all lemon is so the fruits dont go yellow and lemon still taste good. 2nd there is a big difference within good bitter and bad rotten bitter.So she made me a new cup just with strawberries but forgot to put my chocolate. Ended up paying about $6.00 for a cup of strawberries with a little bit of whipped cream.Never going back. Horrible!

Recently, I needed a very last minute gift to send same day delivery. After researching local various flower, gift basket and edible options online, I ended up selecting, Edible Arrangements. Ive used this company, and some of their other locations across the state in the past. Their overall selection and same day delivery options were by far the most extensive. While theres nothing very special about the high costs associated with these fun packages from any of available companies... pricing here is pretty comparable to others brands - I was able to locate a few different promo codes on the company site to help bring the cost down.

My mother ordered an arrangement to be sent to me same-day yesterday. The guy claims to have tried to deliver it at 5:25pm, well after the store closed, even though it said out for delivery at 1:30pm, so when I got his message to call the store, no one was there when I called. Today I called at 9am asking about it. They said theyd deliver it today. I just called at 4:15pm, and the very rude woman who answered the phone said that he attempted to deliver today and no one was home. Ive been home all day and havent received a knock, phone call, nothing. I told the woman that if I dont get it tomorrow, they need to refund my mom. She said theyll try to deliver it tomorrow. What?!She said she doubts theyll refund her since theyve already had to make the order twice. She started yelling at me, and thats when I hung up. What kind of terrible business is this? Dont ever go here.Update: finally arrived today. Guy who delivered it was super nice. Still wouldnt recommend though, based on my interactions with two other employees and the fact it was two days late.

I will never order from Edible Arrangements ever again!I placed an order on June 17th for a delivery on Fathers Day (June 21st). I payed an extra delivery fee to have it delivered on Fathers Day, I could have selected the day before (Saturday) for no additional fee.On June 21st, Fathers Day, I called the store around 2:30pm, knowing that the store was closing at 3pm to check on my order. The lady let me know that my order was out for delivery and even though they were closing at 3pm it would still be delivered after hours. To my surprise nothing was ever delivered to my dad on fathers day.I called the next morning to check status of the order and I spoke with a guy this time. He let me know that he was calling the girl who worked the day before to see if she had delivered it on her way home after work. She did not. The guy apologized and told me that they would make sure an order went out today. I told him that it was unacceptable and he let me know that he would do something special and send a little something extra to make up for their mistake. This does not justify the situation, but I agreed to allow them to deliver today.Again for a second day, nothing was delivered to my dad for fathers day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling in the morning for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF IT IS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. If you must order from Edible Arrangements, go and pick up your order. This establishment should be embarrassed of their poor service.

Every time I call within the hours that they say they are open I get no one. I was confused if this location was even still open because every time u come the lights are off & it looks closed down. Stood outside waiting & calling then at 9:09 am I guess an employee decided to come to work, & with an attitude told me that they opened at 9 am. When she filanny let me in I told her I was there for pick up & she said I just got here there is no pick up. -Eye roll- I told her that it was called in from the day before. And apparently it still wasnt ready so now I have to wait another day to pick it up because I cant wait an hour for it to be made. Again why it wasnt made when the order was placed yesterday I dont know.

I want to be clear on the basement level customer service we received here. I ordered two dozen chocolate strawberries for Mother’s Day (one white, and one milk chocolate). I was told to enter it on the comments section on-line by a member of the Pompano store in order to secure the coupon promo.When I arrived to pick up on Friday only one of the two dozen were ready. The had to make the white chocolate dozen while I waited.Upon getting home, my wife discovered, after biting in to one that the chocolate was NOT milk chocolate, and was in fact a bitter dark style chocolate.We contacted the store today to see about changing out the chocolate strawberries either for milk or white. They refused. Instead, they told us, once one is bitten in to, you can no longer return the rest. This included the on duty manager today.We will be using other competitors moving forward thanks to a franchisee who clearly cares nothing for the satisfaction of its customers and the broader reputation of the company.

I went here for a fresh fruit smoothie. They had advertising outside that drew me inside to inquire about the smoothie. I didnt know they made them, but it makes perfect sense. All that fresh fruit... And they make them to order... just the way you want. Im a practicing vegan and this will be one more place I can add to my list of eat out spots.

A bit hard to find. Where most shops have signs on the walkway, there are no signs in front guiding you to the location.That aside, the shakes are good. Almost completely fruit with very little ice or juice. Its quite refreshing and tasty.There always seems to be one single employee working there, but thankfully the location is often empty or has very few customers. Most are picking up orders.

Im impressed with their speed, customer service, professionalism and effectiveness. Never again! Received a 12ct chocolate strawberries and the strawberries were rotten. They made me sick that same night. This place needs to be reported. This is unacceptable

If I could give zero stars, I would...just called this store to place an order, and asked for a little help from them to determine the best basket to send a friend and her family. The rude man who answered instructed me to look on the website, and refused to offer any expertise/guidance in my selection. He made it clear he had no time or intention to help me, as he was wearing gloves and working on a basket. I have placed orders at several Edible Arrangements locations in the past for different occasions, and have NEVER had a customer service problem like this. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone.

My experience was amazing! I order the salty caramel-tiny and It was as described in the Picture, the fruit was fresh and sweet! I was kinda concern because the reviews but it was beyond expectations!Thank you

I ordered an arrangement from New England for a family member in Pompano. Not only was the fruit amazing, but our delivery lady went the extra mile to get the bouquet delivered!! I even gave her the wrong address (accidentally of course). Their customer service is excellent!!

Would not recommend this store at all. The fruit basket that my 90 year old mother received for Mothers Day contained melon that was hard as a rock and after two days the melon was spoiled and had to be thrown out. I called the store and they were very defensive, claimed they got fresh fruit, wash and sanitized the fruit. Said fruit is only guaranteed for two days. The store did not apologize or offer any compensation. As all the other reviews stated this particular store was horrible and I would not recommend doing business with them. I even called the Corporate Headquarters and they were no better. All they would do was to fill out a complaint form and send to the store and the store would have 24 hours to contact me. I am note hopeful that the store will contact me. Clearly customer service is not one of this stores priorities. Dont send edible arrangements, send flowers, at least florists guarantee their arrangements and will replace if there is a problem.

Ordered Mother’s Day order 2/25 and here it is 3:30pm on Mother’s Day and order still not out for delivery, the red coffee mug I ordered was not in stock I called office 3xs no answer then called customer service who couldn’t contact the office and had no information about my order or delivery time. Local office called me nonchalant rude and defensive about my concern which I paid my money for services. They did not offer a courtesy discount just said they can deliver order another day when the mug came in which would defeat the purpose being that it was a Mother’s Day gift. Horrible horrible service will never use company again very disappointed being that this was a big name company and prices are Steep. What I ordered and what I got after waiting until 6pm to arrive.

Worse place to order anything. I ordered my mom a beautiful box of chocolate covered strawberries and they sent a half assed box that didnt look anything like the site. I posted a picture of it so everyone can see what they delivered on a $60 gift.

Was so excited to get one of these arrangements as I seen the commercials. I had even tried to send one but there was no franchise in the area. So glad I was able to save my money now and not disappoint them the way I was. There was nothing edible about the arrangement, the fruit was not in any way ripe. It was hard to chew and not sweet but starchy and sour tasting. I am still waiting now over a week for the promised customer service return call. Whatever you do stay away from this store. Lousy arrangement non-existent customer service. Try Harry & David instead, they never disappoint and pride themselves on only shipping at peak of ripeness fruit.

Trash ordered one and it never came I waited 7 days for these people to call me back and they said that it was delivered to my home but never received a refund or a nother basket the workers are rude and dont care about the people that they serve the owner is very rude and she treats the employees like trash but they deserve it with how they treat the customers

These people are the dumbest ive ever dealt with by far!!! From 14min hold time, to incomplete baskets, to lack of customer service,i mean you pay a $100 bux for a basket you expect it to be correct!!! there lucky the company is worldwide cause if they were independent they would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! This morning I order a gift box for my sister for her birthday. I was expecting a confrimation of delivery and there was no response even in the web site. When I call they hung up and call the second time . I was told by a person that dont know any thing about customer service that the driver had not returned. is 5.29pm and is not delivery made jet. This is not the first time I have this problem the franchise of Coral Gables also gave me the same headache I will not use this company again. I have to quialfies the quality with out receiving anything also the appeal I am realy mad

Placed order well in advance of Valentines Day. They never delivered the order. I was never contacted. When I tried to contact them, someone on their end picked up the phone only to hang up. These people are deplorable. Do not do business with them.
