Fast & reliable service!! Stacy at the service department was so nice. She serviced my account twice and provided excellent customer service. The first time my truck needed to stay at the dealership for three days and loner was provided. Second time, I needed the truck to be done same day if possible although I had a major problem and parts needed to be replaced. Stacy did her best to get my truck ready same day!!!

Please don’t buy hereWe have to stop this false advertisingI went there because they show on internet a pro master city van for $17000When I get there that price was not 17,000, only with a trade in, so I have to fight for a new price, they ask $22000 and we agree on $18500 . For that I signed the paperWhen the statement came from the bank the truck was $21000 plus another $5000 in dealer fees and taxesThe paper that I signed is no longer there anymore . Because everything is electronically signed, you don’t see any numbers l.I went there to get to the bottom of it and the sales person knows nothing and the financial person doesn’t know anything . Let me start by highlighting my sales experience before visiting. The sales staff was uncommunicative, I left several messages for sales managers on the two occasions I attempted to visit to view a vehicle and didnt get a call back until I called three salesmen in a row and happened to get a manager on the phone. I asked for a buyers balance sheet before I made the long drive down to look at a vehicle after looking at all the terrible reviews about unreasonable fees and they agreed to send one over. Unsurprisingly, they failed to send over the buyers order, but I decided to drive down and look at the vehicle anyway since the price was right around what I considered fair if it was in the condition they claimed. I took the vehicle to another local dealership for an inspection for an extended warranty and for an unbiased opinion. The service department highlighted primarily, paint/finish issues and very bald tires (just below the legal sale limit of 1.6mm). The car was filthy despite them having over a week to prepare it for my review. I returned to Bachrodt to negotiate price for the paint problems and get a legal set of tires put on the car before I would agree to the asking price. When they put the buyers order in front of me all of these terrible reviews started to make sense. Despite having a good condition trade in that met their requirements AND agreeing to finance through their department, there was a $1995 additional equipment added on in addition to their standard dealer fees and processing fee, which was separate. I asked what the additional equipment was, and the sales manager claimed this was in the fine print but couldnt point it out to me in their advertisement. The sales manager claimed that this was for an extensive paint correction and protective film that had been applied to the car, despite having clear bubbling and visible rust on the exterior. Obviously this wasnt true - this was the first 100% clear lie that I was told. I remained calm and provided evidence for why that was clearly false. Then came the second whopper. The sales manager told me that the car had just had fresh tires put on by their service department. The tires were clearly from the previous owner and had rediculous stickers glued to the exterior, and were literally just measured at below the legal limit on the outside tread line of all 4 tires. He refused to budge on his outrageous additional fees, refused to honor his advertised price despite me meeting all of their fine print to avoid the extra fees, they refused to put a legal set of tires on the car, and they refused to negotiate despite the condition of the vehicle not being comparable to other vehicles for sale locally. BUYER BEWARE - This dealership will lure you in with an attractive price and then make up the difference in their predatory sales practices. The reviews dont do justice for how awful the experience is, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I included pictures of their fine print, where the additional equipment fee CLEARLY is not included in their advertisement, which is illegal. The sales manager the night before told me stories about the dealership being sued for false advertising in the past and its completely unsurprising after my experience!

WORST SERVICE EVER. Since we left an NSS Aramsco truck on September 30th, the only communication we have received is lies. We left the truck for brakes inspections, oil change and maintenance, and as soon we picked up the truck on Monday October 4th, 20 miles away the truck got broken. So we drove it back to the dealer and since then we only have received pending status and nobody knows what happen with the truck, then they say that they are missing parts, then they need special tools etc, etc, etc. I dont recommend this Service Department

Worse place ever to buy a car for your future vehicle purchases. I got my truck in end of August a week later after driving on the highway the tires or rim is bad. This issue is still not fixed and I took it back to them eight times already. Communication was the worst that I ever came across in the service department and sales department. I am now stuck with a truck that shakes every time I go 70 mph on the highway.

The service department is CRIMINAL!!Not only do they offer terrible customer service but on top of that they have little to no communication, but above all they lie about damages and charge accordingly. We all know we have plenty of choices when it comes to vehicle repairs. After calling 4 or 5 different diesel mechanics, I decided to bring my truck to this dealership for 2 main reasons. Im from out of town and I broke down on my way through and was told they had a diesel mechanic readily available that day to work on my truck and that they had an appointment available at 11 am. Much to my dismay they didnt even look at it until 3:45 pm that afternoon. The next day after the very poor response from the dealer, I realized I was not getting my truck back any time soon and I would need to rent a car and get home. Before I left, I had to go back to my truck and pick up the remainder of my belongings. While I was there I had a very specific conversation with both the service advisor (Will) and the diesel mechanic who was working on my truck and both were very happy to inform me they still didnt know what was wrong with the truck but after a very thorough and systematic check, there was no metal in the gas tank, the fuel filter or the fuel injection pump. The pressure in the pump was good and it seems as though the problem is in the fuel rail. They would however need some time of course but it didnt look that bad. Ten days after I had brought my truck in, Im told it is now ready. Heres where it really starts going South, as if the lack of communication and the failure to quickly fix my truck wasnt bad enough. I walked in to Wills office (my service advisor) in order to pay my bill. Im then given this outrageous price which is 3 times more that what I was told. I tell him point blank this is ridiculous. He quickly shuffles me off to his service managers office (David) (who by the way side note doesnt return phone calls either). Im now told that a hefty discount has been given but due to metal found in the fuel system, they had to replace the entire fuel system and the cost would be 3 times what I was originally quoted. I explain to David that this cant be true both the service advisor and the mechanic told me no metal was found. His response is they dont know what theyre talking about and he has actually done the work himself and its due to metal in the fuel system. With no choice but to pay my bill in order to get my truck back so I could drive home... it makes for a very sad Christmas and New Year. Buyer beware! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.So typical of this place. They responded with a blanket response to my review and of course nobody answers there phone. As of today ...5 days later. Theres still no response from any of the 4 different people I left messages with.

If you need out of warranty work on your Chevrolet take your vehicle to a mechanic. It took 4 trips to this dealers service department to get my horn fixed. The charges for parts and labor were inflated. Both the work and customer service weresubstandard. I won’t be back.Since writing the above review, I have been given a partial refund on the original invoice, which I appreciate.

My steering wheel door and console had oil on them also but because it is dark in color you cannot see with a picture. This is the second time same tech... # Unacceptable. I will never go back.

Mike Chacon sold me a truck with a broken frame the guys at alecs truck accessories stop in Miami couldnt attach a front grill gaurd on the front end because the frame is so bent. They knew I had a brain injury from Iraq and took advantage of that, Im not a mechanic they refused to take it back for a different vehicle due to it being 6 months after the purchase date and they refused to fix it and they had to know because my brother works at Braman BMW in downtown Miami Lou Badrochts had to have inspected it to find its value and not sell a truck that shouldve been salvaged due to frame and safety issues. Go somewhere else.

I found my car at this dealership and called and the sales manager Emil who was more than accommodating and helpful getting it to a price range I could afford. It seemed straightforward enough for me to drive 8 hours round trip from Tampa to get this car. The paperwork was ready to sign and drive when we got there so we were there less than an hour. I feel like he was accommodating and responsive through the process and good to work with in general. The only negative thing id say is I did have a nice $2400 “accessories” charge tacked on and when I questioned it he said it was a charge that goes on every vehicle on their lot for after factory things they do to the car. So here I am thinking he’s gonna show me some sweet all weather floor mats or whatever and he says no it’s our enviro guard, it protects the paint and the leather…so I’m like that’s cool so if I mess up the leather or the paint chips I guess it covers getting minor scratches fixed or something, but then he comes in and shows me a box of cleaner that they had rubbed the car down with and THAT WAS IT lol! And I didn’t even get to take a box home with me for the future, so immediately my husband and I broke out in laughter and we all had a good laugh (bc even the manager knew it was BS…) but overall I got the car I wanted (and still feel like I got a good deal even with the $2400 wipeDown!)

While shopping on-line for a newer business truck, we found a 2018 Ram 2500 for nearly $34k. Upon calling, the sales associate asked if we were coming in. I politely told her that we were about 19 hours away in another state and had business financing already secured. The associate asked if we had a trade in. We did not have a trade in and wanted to negotiate the price. The associate then stated the price of the truck without a trade-in was then going to be nearly $36k with an increase of $2k!Do not shop this dealer as their tactics are misleading and untruthful. Complaint filed with Edmunds.com and this dealer should be ashamed of its at all costs attitude on selling cars. We will never consider this dealership again and suggest everyone stay clear of it. Zero stars if we could.

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet at Pompano beach is the best car dealer in south Florida. They are very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I live in Miami, but I rather travel 50 miles to pompano beach because they are very respectful and honest.Michael, Camille and the sales manager Alex are very professional, they sold me a great 2020 BMW X3 at an awesome price that, no other dealer would have done that. I saw a Chevy Equinox on their website listed for 14,000 and change, got pre approved with Capital One so I went in to check the car out. It turned out the car actually costs $17,000 and the listed price had a bunch of catches so it was much lower than the actual price. Then they convinced me to try and lease a 2020 Chevy Trax, after running my credit (650) the best they could offer me was $320 a month with a $2000 down payment, now who in their right mind would pay that much money for a Trax? We left the dealership and went to Braman Honda, where I leased a 2021 Honda Civic for $200 a month. Chevrolet must really not want to get rid of their older models...

He has been very clear about everything and has been very patient and approachable, dealing with any question I have had before, during and after my purchase. Left and wont be returning. How about you list the price of the car in your website instead of bait and switch. I dropped of my car for service yesterday around 9 am. They didnt call me until late that afternoon to advised me the issue and the cost. I gave them the okay to make repairs. Now we are on a whole another day and yet no calls. This has to be the worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever, I called in the morning and talk with Carmen Laster (sales manager), she told me the car was available . I traveled from Miami to Pompano beach with lyft and spent 70$ . When I get there, the sales men told me, we just sold it 30 minutes ago.?? You guys are playing with costumers?? you have my number, at least text me . I have to pay another 70$ to back home . Dont go there, they dont care about costumers and nothing. I wont recommend this dealer never . And Ill send a letter to main Chevrolet about this situation.

First of all, amazing customer service. Personally my car knowledge is pretty limited and they were quick and thorough with any and all questions I had! Helped me by asking what I was looking for and my budget and showed me what would work for me. Big purchases like cars are intimidating and scary but they talked me though everything and even let me sleep on it and come back the next day without pressuring me into a purchase right away. Very personal, and knowledgeable!

Like so many others on here I found a car that I liked at a good price and inquired about the vehicle only to find out the price they advertise is not the actual price you will pay.Vehicle is advertised on their website and cars.com for $22,070 and when I wanted to move forward with the deal they told me there was an accessory fee of $2,000 for new brakes, tires, and an oil change. Don’t forget another $1,000 in dealer fees, plus tax, tag, title...Patrick Simpson was my rude sales guy. When I told him I was not interested at this inflated price and want the car for the advertised price he told me to go buy a car somewhere else.Patrick Simpson and this dealership are terrible and their practices are not trust worthy. I will be reporting this to General Motors as I’m not sure how they let a dealership run as shady as these guys do. This is what I expect from a random small used car dealer, this is unacceptable from any dealer but especially from a large name brand like Chevy.I’ve also contacted the supposed sales manager Alex Marin, we shall see what come off that. Not holding my breath though after reading all the other reviews just like mine.Extremely disappointed in GM/Chevy and Mazda for letting this happen!Take others advice and look elsewhere, if these guys lie about price and are okay with operating like this what other shady stuff do they do?

This is the worst Chevrolet dealer I was at the service department first they have no mask at all so good source of spreading virus. And they are not there to resolve the issue they are there to give you an attitude. Not professional at all they looking for every opportunity to charge you more. Very disappointed
