The best customer service. As a contractor/investor this is the best flooring company I have dealt with. Found them on craigslist and have been extremely happy. Great selection and will get you whatever material you want at a great price!

The product this company sold me was inferior. The vinyl planks do not lock together as intended. The first installer they sent abandoned the job as he saw the pieces did not fit together correctly, and he did not want to be responsible for poor work. The second installer completed the job, at a much higher cost, and there were still many fit issues. I was told that in time the floor would settle and all would be good. Its been almost two years and there are many sections that are still not locked down as they should.I have come to realize it was not the installers issue, but this vinyl plank, made by Tesoro, is a inferior product and is very difficult to lock in place. I doubt this brand sells very well, and hopefully it has been removed from Foundations product line. If anyone is considering installing a vinyl plank floor, I would highly recommend going with a popular name brand, and not make the unfortunate choice as I did.
