A couple of texts to agree on a price and then drove there, did the sale (wire transfer) and was given a ride home all within about 1 hour. I hardly write reviews but I consider car buying such a nerve-racking experience that I hope somebody out there will benefit from my experience:A friend of mine tipped me off about this place. I was looking for a specific Mercedes GLC. I had researched the market for GLCs pretty well for a couple of weeks by now and I knew exactly what car I wanted at what price and I even knew what would be a good and even a great price for the car.On my visit, they did not have the GLC I was looking for. But salesperson Carleigh offered to work with me because since they are also a car wholesaler they have relationships all over into the car market. For the next three days we simply communicated by text message. It was simple: She sent me pictures and specs of a vehicle and I simply texted back yay or nay. No lengthy sales calls. No sales pressure. 100% straight.After about six or seven vehicles we finally found the car I was looking for at a real competitive price. The next time I went to their office was to complete my paperwork and pick up my new Mercedes...Although small and unassuming when you drive by, dont be fooled - they can get you any car you want there at a great price.

Negative experience with this dealership. Called and was transferred to a salesperson, he sounded rough and harsh answering the call to begin with. When I started explaining amicably to the salesperson the reason for my call and upon hearing that my call was not about purchasing a car from them, that particular salespersons true color came through straightaway. His response to me was measured by - since I know you are not calling to purchase a car from me, I dont have to pretend and be nice to you. I think some of you who may have experienced similar, would understand and comprehend what Im saying. I am in the market looking to purchase a car and would have considered one of theirs, had it not been for this negative experience. Even if I didnt purchase this time round, there could be a purchase down the line in the future. I think the way the employees response to me was uncalled for, especially when I called to explain amicably. Always be careful who we are dealing with and whether the salesperson/dealership deserves to earn our business. Our money is essentially in our pockets, who we give the business to is very much dependent on the salesperson/dealership we are dealing with. If they treat people badly, I doubt their integrity. I have to say unfortunately, it was a negative experience.

For the past 3 days I’ve been calling them repeatedly to purchase their 2014 cls. I’ve called more than 10 times to the dealership. I spoken to multiple sales reps that promised to call me back for information on my r8 trade. Never got any call backs or anything. I also spoke to the owner and he told me he’ll have someone call me, but still received no call. I guess they just don’t want to do business

Smooth, seamless and stressless transaction. Salesman, Brett, was great and very helpful. Shipping my purchase would have been a very easy process had I chose that option with them; though I decided to make the 3.5 hr drive south and pick up the car. The car was in extremely great condition, as online photos were accurate in-person and Brett was honest and upfront even with the smallest details. I drove home in luxury and peace of mind knowing that I had made a good choice, received a good deal and purchased a quality car.
