My professional sales rep was Shannon! We had a lot in common clicked from the start! I inquired about a car 2 months b4 I bought 1. I asked if they would be able to hold car for 2 months going out on a limb they said they couldn’t.. I was fine with that. I told Shannon to keep me posted on a lambo I told her what I was looking for! She stayed in contact for those months and she told me later on what they had in inventory and what was coming in. Well 1.5 months went by and sure enough she stayed in contact unlike another dealer. I am in investment business and she treated me as I would treat someone with respect as I gave her to. She’s our friend now! She deserves the business and will be buying all our exotic cars from her here on out for me and my wife. I was waiting to buy a car bc we were closing on another home. So I had to wait until house closing. Well Shannon pulled strings and had owner hold this car for a month with a deposit and she trusted me! We got the car and it’s immaculate and she had it shipped 18hrs away in a enclosed trailer! Top notch. My dad will be buying an exotic from her to soon as he saw how I was treated.

Let me start by saying that I have been to many dealerships over the course of my life, but this dealership was the cleanest and most professional experience ‘hands-down’! From the moment you enter the show room. You are greeted in such a nice way, very inviting and with no pressure whatsoever! Walk around and look at their cars and no one comes breathing down your neck. And the selection is truly unbelievable, and if they don’t have it. Maryam has the plug on all exclusive cars…good luck finding the maybach two toned in the United States. Because of her our crew drives in the ultimate lux. Oh, and we were short about a hundred grand, and her approval process was smooth and intuitive to say the least. Approved and drive away same day. I have been in the high end automotive business for a long time now and I would never recommend HGreg Lux EVER. When I went to visit HGreg Lux I had high expectations since they deal with high end cars. But when I visited I was introduce to a gentleman name Boris. He didnt really know much about cars nonetheless did he even know how to pronounce the cars names correctly. When I asked him questions about details regarding the cars he would give me wrong information and always would tell me he would need to speak with someone to confirm hes right. That is not someone I would want to buy a $100,000+ car from. If youre going to hire sales professionals please hire people that have knowledge about your cars and your business. He seemed lost and very confused when I asked certain questions. He didnt ask me what I liked or what I was looking for he just went straight to the most expensive car and told me this would be a perfect fit for me. How does he know if he didnt even ask? There are a lot of high end car dealerships throughout south Florida that will give you fair price and great knowledgeable sales professionals. Dont waste your time and money going here because if they hire employees like Boris then thats a big red flag right there.

I had an appointment to look at a Targa listed at $153K... an hour before the appointment, Boris called saying the car wasnt available because it was out getting detailed and would I like to reschedule for another day... the next day he texted me saying they raised the price to $179K... classic bait and switch... I can buy a comparable car for $150k from a Porsche dealer and get a CPO warranty... why deal with these jokers???

I had such a great experience buying my car at HGreg Lux! Look for Ron, he’s the best dealer I have ever dealt with. They were all very direct and transparent while explaining me all the options I had, the pros/cons of the car, the financing options, and in the end they made a really good offer for my old car. I had no better option other than leaving the store with my new car. Now it’s been a month since I bought my car, and I am very happy both with the car as well as the customer service they offered after the deal. It’s clear these guys want customers for life (not for a deal only), no hidden tricks or anything. I’m really happy and would buy with them again.

I am not much for writing reviews, however, when I get surprising incredible service, I need to speak up. I am in California. Purchasing a car over the internet is a very big concern for me, especially when considering whether it is worth a personal visit to see the car in question in Florida. I relied solely on HGreg Luxs description and pictures they sent me. The car only had 13,000 miles so i assumed it had to be in fairly good shape. I still had reservations about the reputation of HGreg Lux. To start with, the company Lux suggested to transport the car was top notch. The price to deliver came in at the low end of their quote. I was surprised. The car came with two keys. The car came full of gas. The car came exactly as they described and I expected. 4 months later I got a refund of $180 because they discovered I over payed a Tag fee. I just doesnt get better than that. Very very impressed with the honestly and service of HGreg Lux

He was patient, kind and not pushy which in my experience is unusual for high end car sales. I bought a 2020 Range Rover Velar on November 25, 2020 two weeks prior my dad bought the same car from them. So 2 in one month...Frank (our salesman) did my tags wrong by putting my tags with my dads birthday instead of mine. When I realized the mistake I called and they told me they could not help me but they would pay for it seeing how it was their mistake. Now its been 2 months...my calls are ignored and I cant even get a call back from the manager. Never got reimbursed ...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I was approached on August 1 by the salewoman to finish up a deal on buying a new car. I flew from Michigan to Florida for a vacation and to pick up the car. I called her when I got there, she said that she had a day off she will call me the second day. Next Morning she said sorry this car is sold but i have one more Just like it but prices went up we need $ 1900 more. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I went to Hgreg to look at a used Audi R8 with my girlfriend. The salesman was nice and showed us the car. I currently own an Audi TTRS and was looking to upgrade. I decided to talk to a lender to secure financing and call the dealership back in order to schedule a test drive. I was told that they would have to run a credit application and have a signed agreement for intent to purchase before I could test drive. I understand that it’s a high end car, but it’s a used car with 13k miles on it. It’s absurd to think that people are supposed buy a car or agree to buy a used car having never driven. Additionally, their Audi R8 was priced at least $10k higher than what I have seen identical cars priced at. I go to the Porsche dealership all of the time and they are more than happy to allow me a test drive. No a fan of this Hgreg lux. I’ll definitely be exploring other options.

Beware! HGreg Lux sells cars imported from Canada. Importing from Canada voids the warranty. I bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler in 2019 from HGreg Lux. My salesman,Steven Lewis,swore up and down the Jeep was protected under full warranty. When I brought the Jeep to a Jeep dealer for a repair in December 2020, I was told the warranty was void due to being imported from Canada. HHreg Lux and Steven have done nothing to rectify this for me. This is a shady business and Steven is not a man of his word. Beware!!!

Carter and crew rolled out the proverbial red carpet service. Very easy to work with, no pressure, no games. My first purchase with HGreg, but wont be my last. Super satisfied.

They were very nice when selling me a 2014 Lotus Evora. It only had 7k miles on it when I bought it, and they assured me everything was in excellent condition. I enjoyed working with Steve in sales. However, once the car arrived it had a check engine light on already. The clutch master cylinder had to be replaced in the first 200 miles of owning it, and then we also swapped out the throttle body. The issues still remain 2 months later. They were willing to cover the Throttle body replacement, but not the clutch master cylinder. 2 months later the issues are still present. I now have a beautiful looking Lotus Evora that wont get past limp mode, and I have no further backing by HGregLux. The OBD II fail are the error codes that it arrived with from the shipment truck. The other error code screenshot are the error codes present today. I imagine they have sold some good cars as the reviews are mostly pretty good, but my experience would force me to look anywhere else when buying a used car from them.
