On August 4. I left my 2013 GMC Terrain with just 96,000 miles. I took my car because I had the check engine light on.After 12 days they gave me the car back and 10 miles later the light went on again. The advisor told me that I needed to change a sensor, after 2 months I am still waiting for him to have a moment to reply to my messages.Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with the GMC Pompano dealer, I just want to be able to fix the check engine light on, because although the SUV has 8 years old, is a great car.

After much car searching, I was extremely relieved to find Sheehan Buick GMC, INC.! The salesman that worked with me, Troy, is a straight communicator and I felt he had my best interest at the forefront. He was easy to work with, honest, and did not pressure me into a car that was beyond my means. I also appreciated the environment at Sheehan - it is smaller than most dealerships in Palm Beach and Broward Counties and definitely has a more cozy, family-oriented feel to it. This place lies to you about repairs. My Denali sat there for a week, without any repairs. Then they told me it would be 1750.00 to fix the wiring and it most likely wouldnt repair the problem, SO WHY DO THAT. I removed my vehicle and took it to a honest shop.

My service advisor, Brandon, is great! We made an appointment, was greeted within 1 minute, and he took care of the rest. I was on my way to work within 5 minutes of arrival. Brandon followed up with me and my car was done when promised. Also, I appreciate the way that Mr. Sheehan keeps up his facilities as they are the cleanest I have seen in the industry (I have over 500 dealerships as my clients). I called every hitch installation place in south Florida and couldnt get the right hitch for my truck. One quick call to Gary and he had the part in next day! No fuss, just yes and then made it happen. Beyond that, the service department got me in first thing the next day to install it. I wont go anywhere else ever again for my GMC service needs! You cant get this quality of care anywhere else, and you can put your money on that.

I have taken my GMC trucks there for years. This time a lot of confusion. I was given appointment by gentleman on the phone. Showed up an it was supposedly the next day. Ok, after some huffing and puffing they “accommodated”. Almost 2 hours later when I could have come back for the routine 45-60 minute visit, the car was ready but keys nowhere to be found…

They had the van listed on line for 33800.00 when i called they emailed me a buyers order for a 34595.00 a license fee for a new tag 849.50 and additional fee of 998.00. when i called them back questioning the price changing from the listed price on line they said that they made a mistake !!! i also questioned the high cost of the new tag, the state charge 460.00 they said its how they do business for the last so many years.the issue that Im having is the dishonesty of attempting to flip on the price advertise, stating that the price was for finance only not for cash ????I would go to another car lot and pay more for service and honesty .

My service advisor Eric took care of me very professionally I waited for my vehicle it was washed as a courtesy of Sheehan dealership by the way he informed me that I needed a TPM before any work was to be done I thank him for informing me and proceeded to do the work.
I went for an oil change and when I left and felt the car with a different sound . Any way I had to go to work, but I was very worried because the car was sounding different and I didn’t know what was happening. Next day I found out that they had forgotten to install the filters and that was the problem.

I visited another dealer and didn’t have a good experience. I left disillusioned. I considered another brand but called Sheehan and luckily found my salesperson Rene. He called me several times to confirm the color, equipment and price. I arrived at the dealership and minimal negotiation was necessary. It was Rene that convinced me to pursue the purchase of a Buick and I’m glad I did.

Terrible representative for an excellent, customer focused business.

Not so much as the dealership being a problem as much as GMC in General. I bought my truck 4 weeks ago and on the 3rd week before I even made my first payment on it, it was in the shop with engine problems for a week. So I made my first payment driving a loaner which was a Chevy Spark. Just leaves me questioning what I got my self into buying this truck and got nothing out of it for the inconvenience.Update. Truck was in the shop for a 3rd time this month with the same engine problems since I bought it in December. A months worth of rentals in total. Need my truck for work which has started costing me money now because I assumed a GMC would have a good running pickup. GM does not seem to care, all they want to do is apologize which does me nothing. Hopefully this is fixed now or will definitely switching back to a Ram or Ford even with the inconvenience which is all I have had anyway.

Great car leasing experience with no time wasted. Loved the delivery to my door (vehicle was custom ordered). Signing the documents took less than 20 minutes! Sales person Claude Eastwood answered all my questions immediately on the phone or through texts, well after the truck was delivered and when I didnt know how to operate certain things. Alan is a very fine service rep. However, I am very disappointed with the upholstery in thedrivers seat. It was replaced after several months due to terrible wear and tear. It took about 20 phone calls to GM and there was no resolution. Finally, Tom Sheehan took one look and said that this looked like a five year old car and he arranged for a replacement, That was greatly appreciated. A few months later this is all wearing out. There is some defect to the fabric being used in this model and frankly this should be addressed. Please have someone contact me at 9545-560-8389. There is something wrong with a 4000 mile car needing upholstery twice in one year. THanks. Maybe Tom Sheehan should again be engaged.
