Great subs, but the customerService was horrible, I was told I cannot stand and eat my sub at the counter in the store. The old lady was so rude and said she did not care if I come back. Go somewhere where your money is appreciated

OK, so these subs are phenomenal. They are the freshest, fullest, and best subs I have ever had. It is absolutely amazing how fresh and delicious they are, and the people who work there are so incredibly quick and efficient at making the subs. Theyre also super nice. By the way, did I mention how much I LOVE these subs.

Was excited to try these subs, all reviews led to believe they were the best subs in town. They are NOT. I asked for mayo, got nasty miracle whip, almost threw up, didnt even eat the sub what a waste. I got spinach, barely got 4 leafs on a 12 inch sub, got 3 slices of cucumber, and a handful of onions. Needless to say, the lady making the sub was lazy, or maybe they make all their subs this way. I dont know but def. Wont be going back there... terrible sub

Went in on a October 3, a Friday.Wasnt busy when I walked in.There were three women working.One cutting the meat, one preparing the subs, and one that takes your payment...First off, This place is a Shack!I mean its really tiny, so you would think that theyll greet you when u walk in the door? No! They just look at you weirdly.They all had the nastiest attitudes.None of them smiled while they spoke to you, OR while they prepared the sandwich. The one that takes your payment was okay, but the blonde and the brunette w the piercing were cold. These women really need a reality check on hospitality skills to say the least!Ill give two stars, cause the sandwich is with Boars head meat and it was OK....

My second time coming here and I will not be back. I dont know if they are racists but they did not speak to me when I came in. I waited a min and then the lady cutting the meat said what are you getting. I told her my order and in walks another customer (white woman) and she greets her. Are you serious????! The staff is not friendly and barely makes eye contact until its time to pay. smh If I wasnt hungry and in a rush I would have walked out but I will never step foot in that place again!!!!!!!!!
