A friend of mine referred me to Culligan. I called the Broward Culligan office who would handle my account. Was told had to call Palm Beach to schedule an appointment. I called Palm Beach and spoke with Lauren on 1/30/17. Appointment scheduled for 2-1-17 at 11 am. It is now 3pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I guess when you are the only distributor in Broward you can get away with this. I will find someone that wants to be professional.

I have been a Culligan customer for years the quality of water their filters deliver is the best in my opinion and their service is outstanding.

Delivery guy super aggressive after he drove over equipment at the yard that the police had to be called, product is great but it’s NOT acceptable that their delivery guy assaults the customer.
