I was told when I purchased and had my bathroom installed that all the permits were pulled. I just received a bill for $10500 from dade county because they weren’t and I am in violation.I tried to call them (the website says they’re open until 830). Their mailbox is full and nobody is picking up the phone at 5 pm.

I was very pleased with Bath Crest from beginning to end. Not only did they beat the estimate my mom had gotten by thousands but they did an excellent job with the installation and it came out even better then we had expected. Also when my mom called them several days later when she found water on the floor they came the very next morning and went over everything with a fine toothcomb only to realize that my mom had not pushed the lever all the way down to complete the seal (shes almost 85 so). Turns out no problems at all with the tub and it looks fantastic. Great to know they are so responsive even after being paid though. I would highly recommend this company.

Signed a contract with them in March, and its May and I havent gotten my bathroom remodel yet. Reason? They went bankrupt, did not pay their employees their last 3 weeks, I am out $1000s of dollars and I tried contacting them with no avail. All their voicemail boxes are full. I contacted their lender, Synchrony, and they confirmed that they had gone bankrupt. Please, call your lender, banks and credit card companies. They need to know that this company took our money and shut down. Do not let them get away with this!

They restored all 4 of our bathroom home every day we see our bathroom and.It helps us remember them for our family future needs. It really goes to show the detail they put into their work.

Wish I had something good to say about this company. I signed up to have someone contact me at a craft show. They asked me how soon I wanted to get the work done. I told them 2 months ago. It was long over due. The rep said they would call me the next day which was a Monday. Never heard from them until Thursday they scheduled me an appointment for Saturday Which was just 2 days away. My appointment time came and went and I never heard a word from them. I texted the person who made the appointment twice now. No reply. If they cant make an appointment for a sale they I cant really expect them to deliver on the finished product. Disappointing

They promised to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower in two days. It took 6 days because they only worked 4 hours a day. Sloppy job.Four years later it began leaking into the apartment below and the public corridor. Nothing was done properly. Now it’s had to be removed and the entire shower pan and plumbing is being replaced.Their representative was very rude at the time.Allen L. Parsons

With my experience on companies in the South Florida region make sure you always read one star reviews also look to see if a company has filed a response on one star reviews. I find when you see a company filing comments back on only 4 and 5 star reviews stay away. Any company that will address an issue and try to resolve an issue is a company worth dealing with. A company who will not comment and resolve a 1, 2 star review is not a company you should go with.To the owner please read and if you feel you are doing good resolve your problems that attracts customers more.The largest majority of four and five star reviews tend to be friends or employees posting reviews especially with companies that will only respond on those reviews and not resolve their problems a reputable company will always take care of a problem and turn a 1 star into a 5 it’s truly time for somebody to stand up against companies ripping people off.

I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and the workmen that did the work in my bathroom. He was extremely neat. Bath Crest fulfilled all our expectations. I have had it for 2 months and am very pleased with the job. I will be glad to follow up with another review after 6 months. The price was very reasonable and the material was superior to other companies. The only thing I would recommend is that the company should follow up with a call to see how pleased the customer was. I would actually give 2.5 stars but you cant so I settled with 2. My mother recently had a shower installed by backrest. It looks OK. Nothing special. The quality seems OK and looks like it will be durable. It is definitely not high-end and not worth the price she paid. There was a little issue with the installation but I think they will fix it on Monday. Overall if it was my bath remodel I would be dissatisfied. Its just too expensive for what you get. They dont have enough higher end options. I am giving a review not as a person who purchased it, although I do know how much it cost, as an unbiased person with high standards as far as quality and look. It just would not meet my needs but may be just fine for others, who arent looking for something that looks higher end, like my mother. It just seems like she paid way too much for what you got.

For all those who really want a quality bathtub and remodel, Bath Crest is the only one to use! We called and they called right back. Stated an apt time and were there on time. Very pleasant and explained a wonderful product they have that is made in the USA(very important to my family). The showed me not only the facts, but also samples of the product so I would really know what I was getting. They also offer a lifetime guarantee. I am a hard sell, but Johayro and Joel sold me . I cant say enough wonderful things about Bath Crest!! No company walks on water, but my experience was a pleasant one from beginning to end! I was very skeptical in the beginning. I wondered why it was necessary to have my wife there for the free in-home estimate, but it quickly became clear why! So many choices in colors, patterns, and styles!! Our bathroom was installed in one day as promised, and we received a gift card for referring a friend! My experience with Bath Crest of South Florida was excellent. I had reservations at the beginning when I saw the job half-done but was very pleased with the final result. I was so glad that my concerns were unfounded. The installers, Alejandro and Javier, were very professional and very efficient. I had a shower to bathtub conversion done, and Im enjoying the new addition to my bathroom...Thanks for a splendid job!

After signing a contract with them at the end of January of this year it has been nothing but headaches. Waited 3 weeks for them to schedule appt, then after another couple of weeks they came to demo and install new shower only to tell me that I now could not use it until they installed the glass wall and door. Here I am in MAY and still not complete shower. I have spoken with Mark and Derek when I can actually get someone on the phone and all I get are promises it will be next week. They never actually call me back. They were very prompt in collecting payment and terrible at delivering services.Not sure if I would believe any of the 5 star reviews, I even tried to call Joe, who was the sales man that came to my house and can’t get a call back either.My next review is the better business bureau.

I was extremely pleased with all of the professional staff at Bath Crest from start to finish! They had EXACTLY what I have been wanting to update my old ugly bathroom. My husband and I are in just amazement everytime we walk into our bathroom, it is just SO beautiful! The entire process was so simple from setting up our appointment to installation! I called and spoke to an employee about my needs for a shower door. They suggested that someone come out to look at my bathroom to provide me an effective solution. We made an appointment, but it was cancelled by a manager there who seemed to think his employees have better things to do than secure customers.

I went to a home show & I was attracted to Bath Crest display very beautiful, professional looking. Schedule an appointment for Tuesday the provider showed up on time he examined the bathroom & explained tall the options styles, color, most important prices. Which I found out to be very reasonable way less than I expected. And never did I felt pressured to sign or make a A decision right there and then. They really took their time explaining how everything was going to be done and the time frame which was important to me because I only have one bathroom so it was vital that it was done within my schedule.Everything went excellent! I couldnt believe the transformation my bathroom took..it is unbelievable! I am so glad that I made that investment on my bathroom. Its really very beautiful & now my grandkids enjoy taking bubble baths in Nanas new pretty tub too. Best of I cant believe how easy it is to clean no more soap scum, no more scrubbing no more having to buy those harsh detergents just to take the soap scum off... it really is very very easy to clean. The guys were professionals as well they delivered as they said they would.

The job Bathcrest did converting the tub to a shower came out 400 % better than I ever expected its absolutely beautiful. I was so amazed with their work that I have decided to take care of my other bathroom, the new rep Johairo did an excellent job explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to do their bathroom with this company without any hesitation.

Be wary of this company. The sales person was great. However, as we are selling our home it was necessary to cancel the order. We followed verbatim the cancellation instructions on the back of the contract (may, for any reason cancel within 3 days for a full refund). We were told by their office that they did not put the paperwork through. But, then, a week later we received a call saying they wouldnt refund until they could send someone to visit our home and talk to us. They said it was a requirement even though the Florida contract was very clear it was not.

I met this company at a festival and needed a new tub, wanted a shower. I was so impressed with their options and their knowledge. They use quality materials, American made, they gave me a free estimate. Once the work was scheduled, they nearly finished the first day, and completed the job the next morning, left my bathroom sparkling and spotless! I would recommend Bathcrest of Pompano Beach to anyone in S. Fla who wants an instant facelift for their bathroom! I get a lot of complements on it.

Bath Crest of Pompano Beach Florida failed in two attempts, 1/18/17 (insert installed except for shower doors 1/9/17) and 1/31/17, to properly install a bathroom shower insert over the existing tile shower and supporting drywall. Both failures were due to an improperly done soldered connection Bath Crest did in order to install a new shower valve as part of their installaton. Bath Crest successfully completed their third attempt at installation of a shower bath insert unit after removing the existing bathroom tile walls and drywall on Thursday, 2/23/17. In summary what was to have been a straightforward, 1-2 day job of installing a shower insert over Customer’s existing shower stall entailed three fixes installed over 48 days and included the removal of the existing shower walls and tiles which Customer had not envisioned and if Customer had Customer would not have hired Bath Crest to do the job;

Did first bathroom shower amazing job. Having walk in tub put in now. So satisfied.Joel Gaitan did a great job, trustworthy, dont hesitate to use Bath Crest!

An inferior product. I asked for a center drain only to have installers show up with left side drain...and pitch is off. I spend just as much time squeegeeing as i do showering. Salesperson told me he would oversee the installation only to be a no show. STAY AWAY. The one star is because the installers were gentlemen...written by Marys husband

We had an estimate and we love your product but are waiting till the spring. The salesman that came was very arrogant and mentioned several times Why in the hell am I here because we would not commit that day to having the work done. We had visited the West Palm Beach fair and they set up a visit from a guy named Adam. Sad as we will probably not use your company due to the treatment of this man.I was very pleased to have the owner call us regarding the incident. He was very professional and understanding. When my wife and I were thinking about having one of our bathroom renovated, I started looking for a company that do bathroom remodeling thru google and came across a company Bath Crest. After reading the positive reviews from previous customers, I decided to make an appointment with one of the company’s personnel to do a free home estimate for us. Johayro was the gentleman that came to do the free estimate for our bathroom. renovation. He was patient and very professional and answered all our questions . After a long thoughtful process, my wife and I decided to let Bath Crest do the renovation of our bathroom because of the professionalism that Johayro showed during his presentation to us. He was very clear in his presentation with everything that we asked about regarding the renovation..

This Company is not what they seem. and WE would not recommend them!!my partner and I own a condominium at Palm Aire, Our elderly Aunt was living in it, we decided she needed a stall shower as she could not step over the tub any longer.we gave our $2500.00 deposit and the next week our Aunt fell, broke her arm and was in a rehab for 4 months, we called bath crest and asked for job to be put on hold. And that we didnt know if she would even able to live alone anymore. unfortunately that was the case and she was moved into a facility. long story short, we offered to pay for any permits and time involved and they refused . they keep all our deposit money, DO NOT USECALL BATHFITTERS

We have just received notice that Bath Crest has filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy on May 7, 2019. We are now out all our downpayment money. No one is answering the phones.

On 10-30-15 i had a salesman from bath crest, alan, come to my condo for a free estimate for my bathroom. i agreed to the price and gave him a $700.00 check for the deposit. the next morning i decided not to do the install and called both he and the office along with sending a registered letter to the office in pompano stating that i am cancelling the contract which i had 3 business days to do. i told the salesman to destroy the check but he did not and the company deposited that $700.00 into their bank acct. knowing full well that i had cancelled. ive been in touch with the office manager, shannon wright, but as of yet i have had no refund issued. i just worte a letter to the home office and also filed a police report. next i am contacting the better business bureau and the promoters of the home show where they set up their booth. small claims court is the last resource. shortly i talked with shannon she resolved the issue of getting my deposit back. she was very professional and sincere. as of 5-2-16 i am completely satisfied with bathcrest refunding my deposit.

It seems be a common thing in south Florida for a business to lie to you to get what they want. After running into various issues with a different bathroom company, the finance company told me to get a second opinion in writing of work done wrong from another bathroom company. So I turned to bath crest as they also offered acrylic shower wall installation. Joel, the salesman, came out and looked at the first companies install and told me what was done wrong, but said he couldnt put it in writing unless I agreed to purchase their products if my finance company approved my claim against the first company. didnt have much choice as I needed in writing what was done wrong, so I paid the $3800 for an initial deposit for 2 shower remodels, with the stipulation that if my finance company denied my claim, bath crest would refund me the $3800 after a denial letter was presented to them. This was clearly written on the contract.Finally in July, my finance company denied my claim against the first company and sent me the denial letter. I emailed Joel the denial letter and sent him the text and he said that the owner of the company was out of town and the refund would be processed the following week when the owner returned. 2 weeks later, I still did not have the refund when joel decided to call me. apparently he wanted to discuss ways to get my money back from the first company. I told him I was not interested at that point and still wanted my refund and once again he said he would get it processed, but never did. Needless to say, I had to file a claim with my credit card company who gave me my money back.Overall would not recommend this company to anyone. Dont know how their install or products are but if getting a refund is this hard, can only imagine how it would be if something went wrong with their products. It seems to be a normal thing for these bathroom companies to lie to you after they get your money.
