I wish that I could give 10 stars. The owner is so sweet and very professional and the other staff members are so warm and friendly. I needed to engrave on a leather book, and this was the only place that I could find. I was not disappointed; I was impressed with the finished product, especially because most places did not feel comfortable working with leather.I had made a mistake when I was giving the information that I needed on the book and upon collecting the book, that was when I realized the error. They corrected it in time without a fuss. They were even willing to repurchase the book in order to redo it. That was the sweetest gesture.For all My Printing and engraving needs.... ALL STAR ENGRAVING all the way!!!

So after USPS lost my shipment, I called All Star Engraving and explained what happened and the urgency for my order. They understood my urgency and they were able to recreate my order immediately. Im grateful for their help and their immediate action.

I would recommend this company to others. I ordered a sign for my new office from All Star Engraving. The building manager gave them the wrong specs. The sign arrived incorrect, not their fault.. They were HAPPY to replace it at no additional charge. Doug asked me to take measurements and for the correct specs since the building mgr messed up.I told them that I have a professional services business and do NOT have a tape measure here. A day later I received a FEDEX package. I opened it and it had a NEW Sign and a tape measure in it. This was both funny and helpful.These guys kick butt in service and client satisfaction!

Terrible, horrible experience!!! Order was - engrave a name and date on silver cup. What was to be a 2-3 day turnaround turned into 2 Weeks and sitting in their office for 2 hours waiting while they engraved it. Owners excuse was “sorry, we were slammed”. Then the engraving was terrible and the cup now had 2 dents to which the owner stated the 40 year old cup “looks more authentic”. Terrible experience!!!

Had a few nfa items that needed engaving. Work was done neatly and properly for a great price. Turn around was 2days! Couldnt be happier. Thank you!Just went back for more work, same quality. Same great price!
