It was amongst the greatest of experiences. Service greeters were excellent and our Service writer, Armando was excellent, courtesy, and knowledgeable on all aspects of the service needed. Great cars, great price but expected to give up four hours of your life.For a large Mercedes dealer, we were not impressed. We selected and reserved our vehicle online and made an appointment a head of time before arriving. When we did arrive, on time, they could not locate the vehicle and when they did, the battery was dead. In total, despite calling ahead, picking out our vehicle ahead of time and providing personal information, the transaction took four hours. It was a week day afternoon and the dealership was not busy.On a positive note, we love our new car (a late model BMW X5 that was traded in for a new Benz) and the price was better than we could find elsewhere but the experience was tiring and reminded us of buying a car 10 or 20 years ago.My impression, the dealership is poorly run and I blame management, not the sales reps. Systems seem outdated, with a lot of manual entry and duplication. Just like the old days, the sales rep would disappear into the office for long periods of time…and remember…this is a “price on the window, no negotiation” dealership. Four hours to buy a car that you had previously selected, had an appointment and were not negotiating anything difficult. Unbelievable in this day and age.The car is great. They detailed it and gave us a full tank of gas, and the sales rep, although fairly new, was nice, polite and professional — she just had poor outdated systems to work with.Bottom-line…We expected better from a Mercedes dealer — but we love our car.

So I have been coming to Pompano Mercedes Benz for 3 years. Everyone in the place will treat you like family. I had the experience of meeting the Director of Parts, Michael Rodriguez. I now consider him my brother. He was not only helpful but he has excellent human skills. Each time I come to the shop I meet a new friend. This place definitely has a warm environment, warm hearted people and excellent service. Plus you can browse the new Benz models, have a nice cup of coffee and be treated like family. My hat goes out to all the employees and workers at Mercedes Benz of Pompano.
I had a very positive experience at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. I was greeted twice by two sales associates within a few steps of walking in. The gentlemen who helped me and ultimately sold me my new Mercedes was Umut. He understood my needs right away and we had a great smooth transaction. I loved the fact he was attentive, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend driving the extra distance and visiting this location if purchasing a Mercedes.
I made an appointment for 10:00 A.M. I arrived for my appointment promptly and on time. However I waited 30 minutes to be seen. I’m not sure if Mercedes Benz forgot how appointments work, but usually you make an appointment to be seen at that time. Not 30 minutes of sitting in the lobby later. Then, what I took my vehicle in for (5-10 minute issue with a screw in the tire) took an hour to inform me that the tire couldn’t be fixed. The service here is absolutely horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would. If you schedule someone for a specific time, make sure you don’t have them waiting to be seen.
VERY......OVER...........PRICED.........SERVICE....Upon arrival we were told one price but when my wife went to pick up her vehicle it was another price. So then I called and was offered a very small discount I do mean small..... If anybody wants to know of a good mechanic that works on Mercedes at a fraction of the cost a third of what the dealer charges please feel free to contact me for a referral. Could of got the same work done for 1600.00 less then the dealer price. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER be back again.
I use the service of mb pompano beach for a maintenance for my car because of a stupid mistake of mb fort lauderdale and i dont regret i deal with Marcos from the after sale and he was very convience and helpful. Will come back for the next maintenance with pleasure

Their answers were clear and understandable. They made the purchase of my new car an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I am looking forward to returning to this dealership for scheduled maintenance when needed. I will offer feedback on my further experience after the first scheduled service.
Buyer beware. Worst service I have ever had. I have called everyday for two weeks in an attempt to receive payout balance of warranty I paid 3k for and never used on a car I purchased from this dealership 18 months ago. I sold car and they owe me remaining balance. I have left 9 messages for finance department. They will not answer or return calls or emails. I tried sales staff, manager, parts department, and pleaded with operator to connect me to a human. All I want is to talk to a person. So disappointed. This is not what you would expect from a luxury auto dealer.

Our salesman, Isaac Bertha; was so very helpful and knowledgeable. We had many questions and he pleasantly answered everyone. After we drove our Mercedes home, I had more questions and he drove out our home to be sure we knew how everything worked. He also introduced to his manager; Shawn Bressman, who also pleasantly answered all our questions. Shawn also arranged a tow truck to pick up the car we sold to them which was such a big help to us. Brian was very clear about the services my vehicle needed, provided an accurate price estimate, and kept me updated on the services throughout the time the dealership had my vehicle. The loaner vehicle I was provided was spotless! Everyone from my service coordinator, the individuals checking my vehicle in and out in the garage area, to the associates working in the retail shop were incredibly friendly and helpful!

My service manager advised me that I had 79 days until I needed to come in for my first maintenance. So I decided to wait especially since my mileage is quite low. Very happy with the free service given instead.
They were fabulous. Had mold in the trunk from a slow leak in the seals. They replaced the entire interior of the trunk with new parts (from Germany) and the trunk looks like a brand new car. Had a fun little loaner so we were not inconvenienced it all. Really great job!
If I could give no stars I would.I went in for an emissions recall. $1700 later after a module replacement a diagnostic I was told the harness was corroded from the trunk to the engine. $24000. two weeks in shop (thats 6 in Florida time) and the entire car needs to be taken apart. Yes, you read that correctly. There is a reason I drove to Charlotte, NC to buy this car. Auto Nation are a bunch of thieves.In as much as I love this car, because of the actions of Auto Nation, which owns every MB dealership on the east coast of FL i will never buy an MB ever again. Worst Dealership experience ever ! I had an appointment for 11am for a recall repair upon arriving I was told this process would take 2 to 3 hours and that they would call me upon completion. I never received a call so I returned at 4:30 thinking that they may close 5 or 6 pm and when I asked the service rep the status of the car he said it didn’t go in yet but it would be the first car in the shop tomorrow morning he also said that they had a lot of walk-ins today. So making an appointment at this dealership was extremely pointless I also asked to see the manager and I was told that he or she wasn’t available the dealership FAILED and not one employee seemed to care !
Best dealership experience I have ever had by far! Salesperson ( Donny Lee) was very knowledgeable. Easy to reach by phone. Very detail oriented. I also received a trade-in value for my old Mercedes over the phone. I love my new ride. This is my 3rd Mercedes and I will recommend all friends and family to this dealership. A++

Extremely considerate and helpful to a stranded vehicle owner ! I didn’t have a major issue but was leaving on a trip back to NY the next day when a warning light went on in the dash. I took the car over to Mercedes of Pompano. They immediately id’d the issue and resolved it that afternoon. They knew I was visiting from NY yet I was treated as if I had purchased the car from them!
My family bought 2 cars there Monday. I was promised by our salesman Harold that if we left the car there till Wednesday that it would be detailed perfectly. The windows would be tinted and all would be perfect. Called again Wednesday the day of pickup to confirm with Harold that the car was detailed perfectly and that the scratches were tended to. He again assured me they were but told me that the tinter was away till Saturday. Go to get the car and it was a total mess. The emblems had caked on wax left everywhere and the scratches were never even touched. He had somebody then rush over to try to clean things up. After 40 minutes we just took the car and left. When telling Harold of our extreme dissatisfaction he said we could just bring the car back and cancel the deal. That was his whole response. If you go there please beware of what salesman you use. The dealership is beautiful but the experience was terrible. Still waiting for the call to get the windows tinted that he promised by the way.

I purchased an SUV from Mercedes of Pompano Beach and 2 days later learned that the car had 3 recalls. Contacted my sales person to ask why weren’t they resolved prior to handing the car over to me. He said that “there were no remedies at the time”. Not sure what that meant especially when I had to schedule service to fix the same recalls he couldn’t resolve prior to handing the car over. I was told all of the recalls would take 6 hours to resolve. Further, when I dropped the car off for service I was provided with a loaner and brought the car back the same day. Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach had the audacity to charge $10 per gallon for the gas used that day. On top of poor service and customer appreciation, they have these outrageous charges and over 500% markup. Easy to say, I will be NOT be purchasing another car from this dealership!
I own a Mercedes RV which I bought for my family at Christmas and I only serviced it once at Mercedes of Pembroke I had a five-star experienceYesterday at 3 PM I booked an appointment to see a used Mercedes S class at Mercedes of Pompano they told me the car would be there for me to view I drove one hour in trafficI even called a salesman 45 minutes prior to arrivalTo Arrival I told him I was on the way he said he would call me back in five minutes and make sure everything was ready He never called backI arrived He looked shocked, Couldn’t find the car then they told me it was sold At another dealership, yet at 3 PM it was ready for viewing at Mercedes in pompano .?They told me the car was on their lot at 3 PM and ready to view later I arrived 2 hours later and the car was already sold?This shows me no courtesy for their clients.This team is not qualified to sell Mercedes Benz.When I arrived that there was nobody in there now I know why .I will buy another Mercedes but Mercedes in Pompano will never have my business.

Horrible customer service. I brought my car into repair a recalled sunroof. They started by saying only glass was being replaced and they didnt want to own it. They took it back to service manager who brought it back and said it didnt work, go get it fixed and bring it back to have glass replaced. I explained I was selling the car and as a courtesy to the buyer I was getting the recall taken care of. The service manager said Ill have to fix alot more before I sell it. Unbeknownst to them I just changed it all the fuses and took a picture for my reference. I get home and look, they took out the fuse so it wouldnt work. Thanks for wasting my time and Ill for sure be contacting MBUSA to let them know of the practices at this authorized service center.
I came in to purchase a pre owned S class and while Ruth, the sales associate was a 5 star person, who bent over backwards to accommodate me, her used car sales manager Sean Pressman was an utter disaster. Rude, discourteous and even put down his own product when addressing my trade of my 2008 S Class. He attempted to low ball me even though I had an offer for the vehicle from another autonation dealership. He said that these cars are $100,000.00 new and have low resale because when older people can not afford to repair them and thus they depreciate. I had to leave the dealership go to miami and sell my car for $1500.00 more than his final offer, even though the other offer was in his system. Not sure why this man is in sales? Nonetheless, I love the vehicle and would recommend my sales associate (Ruth) to anyone who was looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz.Martin S.
The dealership is nice and my experience with the adviser Armando Ramos was good. However, my wholes experience with Mercedes Rad Side Assistance was horrible. As related to the dealership, the car was delivered to them by tow truck at 10:51 am (based on the roadside assistance tracker). I called at least five times and nice ladies were telling me that the car was not delivered yet. At 1pm, I was transferred to Armando who wasprepared to speak with me. He told me that the docs for the car arrived on his deck just an hour ago. And he asked me to give him an hour to call me with the scope of the ordeal. of course he didnt call me in an hour. SO I needed to have my wife drive me to the dealership and give them my piece of mind, as I didnt have my car for the whole weekend and now at the end of Monday, all for the flat tire!!! At this point he started to cooperate and I had a new tire on the car within and hour. Does it need to be that hard???

Found a 2016 Lexus RX450h I was looking for at this dealership. I flew down from Ohio, reviewed the car, completed the purchase paperwork, and was on my way back to the airport in 2 hours. Had the car shipped to Ohio. Xavier and Giancarlo were great to work with.
I bought a car from Auto Nation a year ago. The dealer I use to service the car is a Auto Nation dealer. Mercedes Benz Pompano Beach. I wanted to sell the car a d asked them to give me a bid while I was waiting for it to be serviced. Their bid was more than fair and I sold them the car on the spot. Automation is a great company to do business with.
I called the service department to discuss a warranty issue with a tire I purchased at this agency. I was basically told too bad so sad. Asked for the general manager and was told they would send him an email. I asked to be copied but was told all this is private. I have not received a call back. When I read other reviews of this business it appears not returning calls is a bit habitual.So now I’m not happy about my tire issue and the response I didn’t receive from management. So today I communicated to my local MB dealer to cancel my interest in buying another Mercedes and will search for competitors brand.I have names and times of each person spoken to.

They did a nice thorough report of the inspection done on my car, it made sense to read from the customer’s point of view. The rental was there waiting for me. Bradley was very considerate and you can tell that he actually cares about the customer’s experience. Everything went very smooth.
First off I will say that it is a great car and we absolutely love it. What is not to love about a new GLE? The dealership seemed great at first, but the follow up is just horrible and when you call the dealership they talk to you like you are 5 years old and they are a teenager with a bad attitude. I cant get my sales rep to return emails as we have inquired about some minor issues. They were great up until the sale. Not impressed post sale.
Got an email for a complimentary car wash for my birthday and to be honest I’m not sure if that was a car wash or just throwing water on the car and they didn’t even vacuum the car waisted my time by going there
Do yourself a favor, and take your car somewhere else. They over promise and under perform. The last two times I’ve taken my car in, the experience was awful. I recently made 2 early morning appointments for service and a wax/detail, and both times when I made the appointment I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. Later in the day they call to tell me that they’re short staffed and that they need to keep my car another day. Not a huge deal with the service, because I had a loaner car. A big deal with wax and detail, because no loaner given for that. Take your car somewhere else.

I am writing this review to share the wonderful experience I had with MB of Pompano & especially Keith, my sales associate. It was an extremely easy and fast transaction. Communication and response from Keith and his team was timely and immediate. The finance department made the transaction smooth and seamless. Keith was attentive and beyond helpful with every detail. I absolutely suggest this dealership and highly recommend seeing Keith for the attention that makes purchasing a car positive and memorable.
I purchased a used 2020 Subaru Outback from Fernando, without visiting or seeing it in person, because I live in Tallahassee and didnt want to drive that far to see it. Fernando sent pictures and video and assured me it was in mint condition and was a great vehicle. I checked the Carfax and did my due diligence and purchased the car online based on Fernandos pics and recommendation. He had it delivered, and sold it at a great price after a few negotiations. There was some small damage done to the vehicle due to the delivery company, but Fernando followed up after the sale to male it right and I couldnt be happier with my Subaru! I cannot say enough about how amazing this dealership is! From the moment we pulled into the service area with a small problem, we were assisted by the female associates, who then referred us to a service associate, who then brought over a technician to look over the problem. They took care of us in a timely manner and fixed our issue.We will be returning to this dealership for future transactions. I highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!
I have owned a Mercedes for 15 years and had service for 15 years and for the first time in 15 years they did NOT detail my car after service. In fact they left it filthy. As I picked it up I looked at my car and asked the service lady you didnt wash my car? She said oh thats extra?? I asked her again after waiting 1 hour to get my car and she said yes we do offer it would you like to wait 2 hours to have it cleaned. I surely hope this is not the new Mercedes way of doing business. This is not the reputation of Mercedes. Im so disappointed in the service. Mercedes of Pompano Beach needs to take a look at their service advisors. I am looking at moving my business now. Sorry but when you pay the service maintenance price you should what you pay for in service.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Isaac and Reggie were on top of the whole process and I was in and out of there within 3 1/2 hours, including having tint installed on the new vehicle!
Service seems to get worse and worse. The greed is beyond. Stop penny pinching and provide an excellent service as you used to. Also I wonder why service personnel keeps changing. Maybe it’s time to change management? Anyone else agrees with me, that service management needs to go?

I am very satisfied with the service at Mercedes of Pompano Beach on the recent purchase of my vehicle. The salesman was more than considerate and helpful in this purchase and provided assistance to make the sale go very smoothly. I viewed the vehicle on the internet website for Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach and contacted the dealership about my interest in the vehicle. Traveling from Orlando, I made an appointment to view the car and test drive a couple of days later. They held the car until I could arrive and complete the deal. They had the car washed and waxed before I arrived and made the most of my time so I could drive it home the same day. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle and the service I received from this dealer.

They have extended warranties unless you agree to an open ended contract where they want you to sign an agreement that if they break any part while fixing your car that is 3 to 5 thousand dollars they try to confiscate your vehicle . They try to steal your car Warning to all do not deal with this place they scam artists and extortionists.

Bought a brand new car here and within first week had to bring car in twice to service. Not one apology and did nothing for me for the inconvenience to take time out of my day to drive back and forth two different occasions because they didnt correctly check the vehicle the first time I brought it in. Never met the sales manager in person and original sales person passed me onto someone else when they accepted my negotiated price. Don’t think I would ever buy from this specific dealership again. It’s a Mercedes. I shouldn’t have a better experiences at a Ford dealer…

My previous Mercedes Benz was totaled in accident by someone who ran a red light a week ago. So needless to say after endless hours of looking for my new car I was so excited when I thought I found “the one” at Pompano Beach. I called yesterday to confirm that the vehicle was at this particular dealership and spoke sales associate Isaac Bertho he checked and confirmed for me that the vehicle was indeed at this location and set up an appointment for me for the following day. Today I received an email confirming my appointment so I left work early to drive a half hour in a thunderstorm. Once I got to the dealership I was told that Issac left for the day and that the car I wanted to see was loaned out!!!!!! I’ve been in customer service for 15 years plus and this is just DISGUSTING lack of follow up with clients and the disrespect for their time. Obviously I’m still in the market for a vehicle but I’m definitely not buying from this location and will take my business elsewhere where my time is respected and the associates have PROPER communication skills.

This was by Far the worst experience for service at a dealership ever. Horrible communication, no follow up. And misleading diagnosis. People simply would not pick up the phone to explain what was going on, and would not return voicemails. Had to drive dealership on multiple occasions to get information on my repair. Just beyond a horrible experience, plan on sharing with as many people as possible, never get your car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano.

Service is AWFUL! Called the parts department ahead of time and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had the tires in stock that I wanted to purchase - Continental ContiSport5. Jeff confirmed he had the tires in stock and would reserve them, coordinated with Bradley the Asst Service Mgr to make an appt to get them put on July 31. Came in for my scheduled appointment with Bradley, asked him prior to paying if there were any incentives and he advised on Saturday 8/7, if you buy 4 tires you get the alignment for free. So today’s 8/7, I showed up for my scheduled appt and Brad was off, so I was set up with Anja. This is where everything went downhill. Told Anja about my conversation regarding the rebate and she asked me to show it to her (what?!) How am I suppose to know where to find it? I told her Bradley told me about it, so she should be able to find it. She asked Andrew to text Bradley and find it. He does but it states the tires have to be bought online. NIGHTMARE! Asked for the General Manager to call me - never did! WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was so happy to find Mercedes Benz of Pompano through Autonation. I was searching for a particular model. I was told by my local dealer it will not be released until sometime in 2022 and that I will love it because it has been completely redesigned. I looked on the internet and found that everything that I liked about this model had been changed making it undesirable to me. After getting past the disappointment, I found that there were a couple of new 2020 models available. I tried to get more information from my local dealer who could not help me at all. I went back to the internet and tried Autonation. I put in the information for trading and what I wanted to buy and within that same day I was connected with MB of Pompano and signing a contract for just the car I wanted. They made it so easy.
The girl who answered the phone and scheduled my service was not very helpful or customer friendly. My service appointment was on a work day, so I inquired about a loaner she only simply said they don’t give out loaners for service lasting 2 hours. Giving me no other option. Service was mediocre starting with the person that scheduled my appointment. She made it seem like I was bothering her to do her work. I thought about going to another dealership but I could not get any appointment fir that day in such short notice. The person assigned as my service guide was nice. But overall I would not recommend this dealership to anyone or go back.
Fantastic customer experience. Have been to dozens of dealerships nationwide and this location is first-class. Service manager was great to work with, made the experience seamless - discussed the service, arranged for rides to/from dealership without any issues. Facility itself is enormous and very well maintained. This is my new home dealership.
This is by far the best Mercedes-Benz dealership between the Palm Beaches and Broward! I always go to Delray, which is where I leased my Mercedes and continually receive poor service. Took my car to Delray because my electronic dashboard kept cutting off while I was driving and auto stop didn’t work, kept it 2 days, they had no loaners for 2 weeks, returned it to me told me everything was fine nothing was wrong. Drove it off, auto stop still didn’t work and a week later dash did the same thing. Made an appointment at Pompano who had loaners available, I was greeted immediately and by name just when I pulled up (it’s a small thing but makes a big difference), was taken right to an agent, quick amazing service from everyone including Hayden who took care of me. Picked up my car a day later, told me the exactly what was wronged replaced it and everything working smoothly. Not sure how 2 different service departments came to 2 different conclusions but I was on the brink of never buying Mercedes again if I hadn’t went to this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer for a repair. I had an appointment to have the button on the drivers door fixed that releases the trunk. The first appointment I had to come in to get them to order the part. The second appointment they kept the car and the button part came in broken. I then took back the car and they said they would call me as soon as the part arrived to schedule appointment #3. They have never called-its been 5 weeks.
I truly had a lovely, no hassle experience at this beautiful dealership which is rarely the case when car shopping at dealerships in general. Umut and Xavier were awesome, were genuinely helpful, friendly, no pressure while delivering highly personalized and professional service. I would not hesitate to send anyone their way.
After trying several times at another Mercedes dealership we went to the Pompano location. Our salesman was Harold Minto, and through his patience, determination and skill we found my car. There is a shortage due to the pandemic so this is not an easy task. When it was our scheduled time to receive it he unfortunately got ill but turned us over to Robert Abraham’s. Robert took the most exceptional care of us even though it wasn’t his sale. When a dealership has top people who care it really shows. I couldn’t be happier on every level!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Ive been having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano for a few years now and the experience is nothing short of AMAZING! I only deal with my service provider Bradley and I continue to request him, because he goes out of his way to insure my Service experience is seamless! I love the fact that a loaner vehicle is already awaiting my arrival, and I never have to wait long for anything; Bradley even helps me with removing my car seat from my personal vehicle to the loaner which is a Bonus. Bradleys Customer service is Outstanding, and if Im happy hes even happier, hes always smiling and he makes our family feel so valued, I wouldnt have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. If youre ever in the Pompano area, and you drive German, stop by Mercedes-Benz of Pompano just on Copans and tell Bradley I sent you, you will NOT be disappointed!

First time bringing a vehicle to this dealership. If it werent for lady at the cashiers counter, customer service is horrible. Brought the vehicle in for an open recall that was supposed to be no cost and ended up paying $150 for them to release the vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be ready the following day and it wasnt. When we received the call that the vehicle is ready, we didnt drop everything we were doing to run and pick it up. They assumed it was okay to start charging storage fees without prior notification. I get that the business needs to make money but please notify the customer before stuffing them with surprise fees. Especially for a recall that Mercedes-Benz has been non stop notifying us about. Airbag recall. Horrible way to handle customer service. Scam.

Great service. They found a leak where others could not.
My car was having 20,000 service which should take about 2 hours. I waited in the lobby for 3.5 hours, then had to search out someone to find out if my car was done. I was introduced to the person that was supposed to check me in, but he wasn’t there yet. My car my waiting outside, all washed and ready, but nobody checked in on me and it was probably done 1.5 hours before that. Not a great experience.
The service department receiving my car was a pleasant experience. The loaner provided was not up to par though. I own a GLE 350 and I was placed in an A 220 4cylinder vehicle. With a person standing 510 with knee problems I had issues getting in and out of the car. When asked if there is anything else the nice young lady stated no. When I received my car back all my settings were changed on my vehicle. Other than that the purchasing experience has been excellent.
After having gone to many dealers in the area looking for my future car, Mercedes of Pompano not only had the car I was looking for, but they also had good customer service and communication through the process. They were thorough and did a good job. Above the rest.
Anja is the reason I use this Mercedes Benz location. She is knowledgeable, always respectful of your time, pays you 100% of attention no matter how busy and she is your biggest asset.
Absolutely awful experience – and I can’t stress that enough! I attended the MB Pompano dealership on April 23/21 with my son to enquire and hopefully test drive a used vehicle that they had posted on their website – ready to buy. We were greeted by an older gentleman who immediately responded “it will take some time to look this up…we’re a very big dealership you know”. He clearly set the tone for what came next. He ultimately refused to allow us to test drive the vehicle, claiming that he would have to first conduct a credit check on me (even-though I told him it was an all cash deal), that he would have to assess my seriousness in wanting to purchase, condescendingly informing me that AMG models were hand built and they could not risk putting extra miles for test drives, etc etc etc. I couldn’t believe my ears, nor could my 13 year old son – the arrogance was absolutely stunning!! Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a car at this dealership, and will not hesitate to share my experience. I can only assume that not all their sales people are like this gentleman - there is just no way that they’d sell a single car.
Trading in our MB at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was the best experience weve had at a dealership and it was ALL because of David Byles. He was professional and caring from the beginning. He took the the time to understand our priorities and created a great environment to work on the options without the hassle that generally comes with getting a new car. He was honest, well-intended and very knowledgeable when making suggestions. First time we feel no pressure from the sales side. He helped us even on days he was off and had so many nice gestures with us throughout the four days working together that it was truly remarkable. We are certain we will work with Dave again. Such a wonderful person!
Mercedes Benz needs to learn how to communicate with their customers better both sales and service.

My experience couldnt have been better. My service rep was Anja and she was extremely kind and helpful. she helped me get a loner while my car was being serviced and made everything simple and painless. I was going to Mercedes in Delray but after my experience with Anja I will now be using Pompano from now on.
