I took my car there as the authorized body shop for the brand, and they are great! Right on time and very professional. Always kept me informed on the status of the car and the conversations with the insurance. My advisor was Martin and from payments it was Amber, they both did a very good job.

I am a total perfectionist with OCD. I drive a 2011 Aston Martin DB9 and a 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S and have owned both cars since they were brand new, with the Porsche being a special order car from Germany. There is NOWHERE and I repeat, NOWHERE else that I would ever bring either of my beauties to than this body shop. They are not the areas only factory certified Aston Martin collision repair center for no good reason. It is because they are the BEST...PERIOD. My contacts there are John Scheppel (Aston Martin body repair manager) and Charlie (their best painter). Amber (receptionist) is very sweet and Kevin (owner) is a true gentleman. Thanks to all of you for always being there for me if I ever need you (I hope that I dont, of course) and as long as you are in business I will never be moving out of the South Florida area.

This place is phenomenal. The quality of work is superb and the service is second to none. The first person encountered was Amber. She is a complete asset to this company and everyone after her was just as attentive. It is refreshing to have such service and professionalism during an experience that is a result of an unpleasant event. Thank you to Amber specifically and everyone there.

I have a Tesla Model 3 with a vinyl wrap. These folks did an incredible job and I’m confident it couldn’t be done better. The repairs were as fast as possible with a Tesla (it took about 3 months, but this is normal for Teslas), they were able to resolve connectivity issues, and handled everything easily with my insurance company and aftermarket wrap. They are the best. Great shop. More details below.I had what appeared to be a very minor car accident on the rear wheel well / fender; the car was still easily drive-able. A quick google search let me know just how complex these could be on Teslas.Based on the exceptional reviews I went to 1st class auto. When I saw the $20k estimate I was shocked, since my experience was with ordinary ICE cars. State Farm provided an estimate for a little over $9k. They were able to fully handle adjusting the State Farm estimate without any involvement from me.All parts need to be ordered from Tesla, so it can take awhile to get the work done. There is also a special lift and and alignment that is necessary. Unfortunately, ordering and receiving the parts adds about 3-4 weeks for repair time. The difference between their estimate (which includes some Tesla specific procedures) and the insurance company took another 2 weeks. My wrap and allowing it to cure was another 2 weeks. The work itself took about 2 weeks. This may seem very time consuming, but unfortunately is just part of working with Teslas. Throughout the process the shop kept me informed on the details of the process and progress. And they told me up front how long it was going to be.After the car was fixed, they made sure all of the little details were right. Fixed my connectivity issue, the car was spotlessly detailed, and also towed to my apartment (this was during covid so they may not always provide them service).Great job. Best service experience ever. They are the best choice if you have a Tesla.

Bryon and Amber provided exceptional service. This is the first time I have spent the winter in the Fort Lauderdale area, so I was unfamiliar with where to get my auto repaired after an accident in a parking lot. The local dealer suggested two places to me. I got estimates from both. The estimated cost to repair were comparable however the integrity and quality of service I received at 1st Class, was just that, FIRST CLASS. Bryon was friendly, patient in his explanation, and very honest explaining what needed to be done. All of this was important to me, because this was not going to be an insurance claim and this was my new Toy. As a result of our interaction, I felt like I could trust them with my car and to be fair on the cost of the repair. Amber the office manager, was friendly and went out of her way to secure an affordable rental car for me to use during the repair. She provided me updates during the repair and was always a joy to talk to. The two of them made an unfortunate experience, in an unfamiliar city, engaging and stressless for me. Without a doubt I would recommend 1st class to others. What I know is that it is people that make the business successful. Your business should be proud of not only the quality of the work your staff performs, but find comfort in the stellar representation they provide for your business.

I went in for an estimate for the repair on my left-side passenger rocker and Rim since I hit a curb on a drive-thru ATM with my Tesla Model 3.The sales guy started with sharing they had just finished a similar repair but a bit worse (the other being a whole in the rocker) which cost $20k. I thought to myself that this was BS and/or someone has way too much money than they know what to do with. (lol). In any case, he called a tech over; the guy literally just looked at it and walked away- no hello nor comments on the damage.Long story short, homeboys claimed they needed to replace the rim since Tesla doesnt want them working on metal and that it would be close to the cost of the previous repair.I mentioned that their estimate was by FAR the most outrageous and that I was going to go to another off Dixie Hwy, to which he sarcastically said, I dont know of any off Dixie that is authorized to touch Teslas (recommendation: perhaps do some research). After getting the quote from the other spot, I noticed I received an email from the salesman, Bryon, for just under $6k. Somehow it miraculously went from about $20k to under $6k.Talk about integrity! Def will never use these guys and will make sure whomever I influence doesnt either.P.S - the best quote FROM AN AUTHORIZED TESLA spot so far is $1,400. Beware fellow Tesla owners, there are vultures out there.POST OWNERS COMMENT: Im sorry but that is just not right. Ive ONLY been to Tesla-Approved body shops and the others were under $2k. There shouldnt be such a price difference for the SAME EXACT service! That is a perfect example of PRICE GOUGING, my friend. Thankfully, I do my homework so businesses like yours dont get a PENNY from me!

This shop was recommended by a family friend who is the service manager at Audi. Bryon, the shop manager, stepped in when I was having issues with my repair. I commend him highly on his professionalism and for going to bat on my behalf. It wasnt as easy as it should have been (thanks to Geico) but Bryon got my car fixed properly. An Audi RS can be particular and difficult but they got it right. Attention to detail and excellent customer service. I hope to never need his services again, but would happy to use this shop in the future.

Dear Porsche Colleagues,I have hesitated to write this review as any experience can be specific. Given the brands worked on here, I am sure that there are many happy clients.I am not one of them . . .The problems that I encountered seem to me systemic--I doubt that my experience is unique and there is an earlier post from a Porsche colleague that confirms my experience. While I fault the work that was done on my my car (paint job and other issues), I mostly fault Porsche National for certifying that this facility is a Porsche Collusion Center. I have spoken to the national office as well as local dealerships concerning my experience. The local dealerships have been very responsive, Porsche National less so.My post is here only to urge you to go beyond the Porsche Collusion Center web site and do your own due diligence (which I did not do). Do not trust Porsche. Talk to people in PCA and friends who own Porsches.Again, I might have just gotten unlucky but would you want to tempt fate with your Porsche?

This review is a 4.5 review. .5 point taken off for the length of service time being longer than anticipated/estimated.Michael F. was my Service Advisor. My review is in no way intended to discredit anyone elses, this review reflects my individual customer experience coupled with the fact that Michael F. and I collaborated and level set on intended outcomes (types of materials, processes, etc.) prior to me giving my insurance company the go ahead and cite 1st Class as the repair shop of record.Micheal F. was uber responsive by both telephone and email. I even asked him at one point if my calls got routed to him directly. Turns out they do not, he simply put in the extra effort to address my calls without me being needlessly transferred around. Id present a technical query and hed take no time at all not just to reply but he actually actioned my inquiries so that we never had a vicious communication loop, instead we found resolution. There were times when my insurance company was behind on a deliverable and Micheal F. and I would sync to ensure progress was being made to my satisifaction. Maybe Michael has acquired a new set of skills since the last reviews but I felt as if we project managed the service together and the body of work (my car) reflected that effort. The other notable shop representatives did much to allay my concerns and keep me feeling valued as a customer: Amber, Receptionist / Office Manager, Jeff / Towing, and Scott / Service Advisor who stood in the gap when Michael F. went on holiday. The half point off was due to the delayed turn around time. It seems once Michael F. went out on holiday, the techs work performance slowed to a crawl. I actually picked this shop which is far north of Miami to avoid just that; the laissez faire approach to work the so called certified techs in Miami fully embrace. Taking my business so far north, Id not expect that to be the case.My car needed a few minor tweaks at pickup and for final sign off. With due diligence and good partnership, your luxury car will receive professional level parts, service and all around care.

They damaged my porsche, and put 76 miles on the odo. Extremely unprofessional. When I asked the service rep (Michael Flamia) if he was on drugs (rhetorically ) his response was yeah, howd you know . If you try and transfer your car to another shop, they will threaten to mess up your car and they will intentionally damage your car just to bill the insurance company more and offer you a couple hundred kickback. If you refuse, they will threaten to mess up your car. Dont think these threats are empty. They will put your car in park/neutral and mash the gas pedal until the engine is completely cooked, as Ive learned from an employee. Avoid this place like the plague or you will be paying for it for a very long time. They dont even deserve 1 star but there is no option for 0 stars.9/6/17 Update: I received a very uncomfortable call from Mr. Michael Flamia minutes ago. Not surprisingly, the compulsive liar expressed his discontent with my review. He threatened me with legal action and tried to bully me into rescinding my honest review. I wish I could give this business negative stars because they undoubtedly deserve it. I encouraged him to seek the advice of a psychologist. I think hes crazy and anyone willing to trust this company with their car after reading this review is crazy too.Thank you Mr. Michael Flamia for taking the time to demonstrate to me how terribly ill managed and poorly trained you are. In case anyone ever doubts it, they can refer to this review which i intend to keep on my posts forever.I will continue to share every contact you and your representatives make or attempt to make with me. No need to thank me, the Internet is free and herassing your customers is NOT a good idea.
