I recently had to bring my car into Land Rover Fort Lauderdale on an emergency basis. My service consultant of 10 years was not present due to Covid-19. I was greeted by Michael Fixler who asked to help me with my issue. Michael did an outstanding job handling my emergency. He kept me informed about the work on my car as well as when it was ready for pick-up. He didnt leave any detail uncovered. Michael has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to work with. This is my second visit to LR of FL and both times the service has been terrible. The first time was for my transmission. I had an appointment to have to have my transmission check, I was told that they will give me a loner.I showed up on time for the appointment and I was told that they didnt have a loaner also was told that the person that make the appointment should have know that they dont do diagnosis

The gentleman that hped me was very nice. Parts dept is under construction. Logistics nightmare but they have it under control.
