When returning to pick up the vehicle, earlier than expected, David was able to provide the additional information requested. Let me start off by saying this, I am not one to give anyone reviews on good or bad services. But after this amazing experience that my family and I had at Hendrick Honda, this review from me was a must. We had such an unforgettable experience with everyone that worked with us from start to finish. From the salesman whos name was Greg, and the sales manager whos name is Omar.. They all helped us to make the best final decision for what would be best for our family. There was no pushing what so ever on their end. As we got skeptical at points, they just kept working with us more and more to the point of not being able to pass this deal up. They worked with us beyond measures. Weve been with Hendrick Honda going on 11yrs and this was by far the most unforgettable experience. My family drove out the parking lot with such joy. I could never see us with any other car company. Take it from me when I say, being a Hendrick Honda customer is who you want to be. Because they truly care about their customers.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.Weeks ago we took our 2002 Honda to this dealership since, although we live in the Coral Springs area, we were better off driving all the way to Pompano to get our Honda cars checked/fixed there because the Honda dealership in Coral Springs is notorious for charging a fortune for anything and always (and curiously) finds issues that end up being not true...We had previously taken the 2002 car elsewhere (not Honda) for a checkup and we were told that this was a great car, that the engine was in good shape even though its age but they didnt fix an AC issue where the air doesnt cool.So naturally we took the car to Honda Hendrick Pompano since weve been there before, its Honda, and we wanted to make sure we got the right spare parts or anything that the car needed.We were told the car needed a host of different belts changed in the engine area and a few other things which we ended up paying for worth more than $1000.We pick up the car and somewhere on the road the car starts overheating, something which *never* happened before, we pulled over and waited until the car cooled and managed to return the car without the AC on.After another stay at Honda and more hundreds of dollars, pick up the car, this time we were told that they got the issue and everything was fine.Days later, once again, the AC doesnt work. We took the car back in and after another stay and more HUNDREDS of $, we were promised thats it, its fixed.Well, lo and behold, the AC again doesnt cool. We take it back in again, leave it there and of course now its something else that somehow they couldnt figure out initially (even though theyre Honda) and its going to be more HUNDREDS of $.This time we declined to keep burning money. Perhaps they got the wrong impression that somehow were related to Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos.Even though the customer service person we dealt with, Brian, was very nice and helpful, and he wasnt happy that this kept happening at a great expense for us, were sure his bosses and corporate owners of this dealership must be very happy.This is Honda, they should have *knowledgeable* and *honest* people in staff who could have told us in the beginning what was truly wrong with the AC and we couldve decided back then instead of them dangling the carrot every time and having us go back repeatedly and pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for nothing. Were back to square one, having now to look for another place that knows what theyre doing without charging a fortune.
Marlon was my advisor and I am really happy how he helped me. I just had a knee surgery couple months ago and had complications and needed to use the crutches to walk and Marlon made sure that I was safe. He opened the door for me in the waiting room. Marlon really took the time to make sure that I don’t have to wait for a long time because of my condition. Marlon also had someone to get my car for me when the service was done so I don’t have to walk outside. Please give a recognition to Marlon Gueriro for his excellent customer service. I went here about a week ago about my A/C taking a while to get cool. They told me I had to get a new A/C compressor which would cost over $700, but my car still blew cool air, keep in mind I have a 2015 Honda Civic. I took it to a different mechanic and they said it was fine and I had no leaks all they did was put coolant in my car and it was back to new. I know dealerships like to take money but this was ridiculous.

After an exhausting horrible ordeal at another Honda Service Center my friends recommended I go to Hendrick Honda in Pompano on US1.I was not expecting to be treated like a VIP, I just wanted my car to be looked at by a professional and fixed by Honda. The AC was blowing warm and the car was out of warranty by about 3 months. I made an appointment and hoped for the best. I arrived and was greeted not just by David Butterly, my Service Advisor but by everyone that works at Hendricks. Everyone was so nice they made me feel at home as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle.David took the time to explain everything to us and immediately consulted with the head of service. They had an idea what was wrong with the car and had an idea of how much it would cost. David explained that he would be able to contact Honda and ask for an extension grace period for my AC. he went out of his way to make sure we did not have any unnecessary costs. He was actually able to get Honda to cover most of the repair. All this in a couple of hours. David helped me make an informed and beneficial decision about my car and I had it back fixed perfectly the next day. Taking your car to the dealer for service is an important decision and David understands this. His kind attitude was a bonus to his incredible work ethic, he will truly make you feel like he is in your corner. Hendrick Honda in Pompano will have my business forever.

I brought my car in for an oil change + tire rotation, and it was my first service since purchasing my car in April. The front desk team was very friendly in guiding me on where to go, and the service team was also very friendly with getting me checked in for my services and making sure that I was getting everything I need. Service took about an hour, but felt much quicker since I kept myself busy while waiting. Very friendly and professional team, and I’m grateful for the inspection checklist that I was sent home with as well.

First of all everyone there was very nice and very polite and things went as quickly as a car dealer can possibly make them go. However I was in there the day before questioning a sales manager about the price of the vehicle I wanted. I was told point blank I could buy it for the manufacturer suggested retail price. But when I went back to actually get the vehicle they had added thousands of dollars worth of add-ons. None of which I wanted on the car. Thats really aggravating because they do it because their markup for those items are like a thousand percent. I wish car dealers would just be a little more upfront with things and treat people with a little more respect.

David B. was my Service Advisor. His knowledge and his extra effort to understand my needs with the repairs was excellent. One of my cars is a 2002 Honda Accord, I was trying to keep my many repairs that I knew I had, to keep the cost to a minimum to keep the car on the road, since it is my backup car. David totally understood my reasoning to keep repairs to a minimum in price and help me prioritize the urgency for each repair to keep the car on the road. He reviewed with me the multiple repairs I asked to be done and also went over other parts that would be needed to keep the car on the road for 1 to 2 years which was my timeline to keep it running. We reviewed the parts/repairs needed together and he suggested many parts to be 2nd market parts. He was able to substantially reduce my bill and was also able to get my A/C working again with the savings from the 2nd market parts savings which I never thought I would have the excess money/savings to get the A/C repair done. I have used Hendrick Honda for my other Honda and have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with the service and very fair price.Kudos to David and the Honda Team.Steve K.

I recently leased a Honda CR-V from this dealership. Devon was my very dedicated consultant. I have to say that both me and my husband were extremely impressed by how smooth and easy the process was. We have not had much luck at other dealerships, spending hours there and leaving feeling like we got scammed, that was definitely NOT the case with Devon. He spent a lot of time going over the car features and making sure it was the perfect car for our family. The branch manager, Cole was also fantastic. No suggestion for going to this dealership!!!I went to this dealership for oil change services this month. One of their staff said my brake fluid & my battery need be replaced. I went two different stores ( Autozone & Advanced auto parts ) for battery testing, guess what? Both stores told me my battery is running well and no need to replace.

Danielle was amazingly helpful when I got there for my dead battery! My only complaint would be with customer service before my appointment. I spoke to 5 different representatives and they all informed me if different times the service department closed.First I was told 3:30, then 5-5:15 and someone else told me 7 because thats when they closed. If they close at 7, service should also end at 7 for people like me that get off at 5pm and cant take time off. Its very confusing when Im trying to confirm getting work done and nobody seems to know the right answer.The person that actually replaced my battery made it quick and easy! I only waited about 15mins and Danielle did all my paperwork super fast so even though the calls were confusing, my car was still taken care of.

I went to this dealership in search of a vehicle i been looking for two week. I thought I found it when I saw one online with this dealership. I got there to meet Mr. Jack very nice guy beefing working there for 23 years. I told him I would to purchase the vehicle that was list for $26,700 which had 4567 miles on it he told me the car was in the show room and it ready for purchase. Which was great. I told him I have a per approval from my bank and I cannot go over $28000. He went to his manager and talk to him but the manager would not take my deal. They had all these fees on the car window tint was $389.00 and eat other fees. He told me I would not find this type of car for that price. Well I went to Ford of kendall and find the car a white Honda Accord sport with 1432 miles and got for the 28,000. I really want that car for the color. Long story short Mr. Jack thank you for trying to get me the deal I was looking for. But the manager wouldnt take it. And yes it be your own people trying not to help you. If you understand you understand.

This was my first time buying a car from the sales lot. I’m a young guy got a great job and saved up to buy a new car. Being that I was uneducated about the process. The salesman was very pushy and I didn’t explain anything. I don’t recommend all they care about is commission checks. I like my car but I don’t recommend this dealership at all. They add on all kinds of extra fees and pushed me into signing or said the car would be gone tomorrow. The car instantly needed all new brakes which I wasn’t made aware of. 0 stars for sure

I was worried about it taking too long because of covid and didn’t want to wait around so they had everything ready for me and I literally walked in, saw the car, signed my documents and drove off! If you all are not asking interest rates on your loan/financing car, you are getting robbed. Never thought car dealerships would be synonymous with theft, robbing their gullible clients. And confuse them by throwing 2-3 subpar incomplete financial terms that even their sales team do not understand Every customer should go and ask for payment options ; with interest rates and time to repay, what bank is offering these rates (36,48,60,72)?. All options.Car dealerships should be regulated by Federal Organizations. that MSRP is a joke. Can not wait when fin-tech takes over this sector. No-wonder half of America lives pay-check to pay-check. Salesmen should be licensed and taught ethics (if there are any left in the profession)

I bought my car (used Accord-13k miles) from Hendrick Pompano last June and had a good experience. At the time, I was told 2 oil changes would be included with purchase. The first oil change was done in February 2021. I took the car in for second oil change this weekend and was told that the promotion had expired. Apparently, it is only good for first 10k miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. The car maintenance system (Honda Minder) alerts to take car for service roughly every 10 k miles so I do not understand how someone can get 2 oil changes within 10k or 12 months. Nonetheless, I agreed to pay for oil change along with the other recommended services by Minder system including tire rotation, brake flush, cabin and air filter changes. The total cost being over $300.After dropping the car off, I received a call from service advisor that the right FRONT tire is wearing unevenly and I need to fix the alignment (additional $128) and change tire ($195). I asked to not go ahead with these services at this time since it is out of my budget but I will get it done within the next month, still asked to rotate tires.When I went to pick up the car and paid for services, I noticed the tires had not been rotated. The tire with uneven wear was still on the right FRONT axle. I went back and asked the service advisor who came back out with the mechanic who worked on my car. Per the mechanic, apparently the right REAR tire was uneven and moved up to the front. At this point, there is no guarantee that a tire rotation was even done so I asked to review the video footage of the time my car was being worked on. The mechanic offered to refund $20 charged for tire rotation. Now, the service manager came out and stated that he himself also saw the tires being rotated but refused to let me see video footage. I then requested a copy of alignment check to review how off it was. Turns out, the alignment was not even checked and I was being told to get it repaired just on basis of tire wear. They offered to rotate the right sided tires and I had to physically watch them do it. When asked if I would be refunded the $20 for not performing the service and taking extra time of my day, I was told notes would be put into system to give me free tire rotation next time but clearly I will not be coming back to this service center.I have had experiences at other car repair shops where a tire rotation was paid for but never performed. This business is built on trust and quality as customers are not allowed in the back area to witness the repairs and services. How do I know if the other services were performed? Just take their word? Just a warning to other customers, would avoid their service center but if you go, make sure you check the services you paid for were done. Another example, I was told all the fluids were topped off but I just checked and my windshield washer fluid was not. Also, other places offer free alignment checks. For example, Firestone will check alignment for free, do the alignment for $99 plus give 1 year guarantee (which they dont do here).I will also be reaching out to American Honda to report this.
I never leave reviews but I had too. Jason was aweful. He told me he ordered a part for my car and it would be ready in a week. A week went by I came back and he never ordered the part. He didn’t apologize or own up to the fact he made a mistake. I had to wait an additional week to receive my car back and that was detrimental because I work in Texas and missed 2 weeks. Everything wasn’t complete either. I had to take my car to a different body shop. Terrible service, unappreciative and incomplete. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Luana is truly amazing. I appreciate the fact that she takes the time to explain everything to me into terms that I can understand. My car was due for an oil service and had some work done that was going to take about 3 hours. She informed me and gave me the option of being taken home by a driver so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealer. I was very pleased with my service!
This review is specifically for Mr. Kerry Bromery who is the epitome of what true customer service is. As soon as I passed his office he didnt hesitate or put a facade to greet me. Not only he greeted me but he took the time to sit with me and conversate and make the wait time go fast. His personality is contagious. He put a smile on my face. It was the most genuine greeting I ve experienced at Honda.
You ever go to a car dealership and tell them directly what you want in a car and find yourself not getting it?It is not at all like that here at Hendrick Honda at Pompano, Beach.I spoke to salesman John Budree, I told him from the start everything I was looking for in the CR-V 2021. The features... He actually knew all the features plus he was friendly about it. I was able to make a deal and I believe you can to if you give this dealership a try.
Im looking for a minivan and I came across a 2016 Odyssey in this dealership. Called and asked for a buyers order which was a hassle to get and now I realize why... Look at the add on, Im OK paying $849 dealer fee and 200 e-filing fee (which is not a thing but ill pay it) but I cant get ripped off by the other extra $2,287 in unnecessary things that you dont need and never going to use, that means youll be paying over $40 extra monthly if your financing just because. By the way non of this is listed on the disclaimer of their website which make this not only unscrupulous but also false advertising. Stay away unless you like to pay money extra for no reason. Also the used car managers told me straight out that because there are not too many cars in the auction right now they technically can do whatever they want. Just disrespectful. If you bought a car here look at your purchase order, God knows what else they added to it. Praying on the poor people that only look at the monthly payments and dont really look at this trash.
