I recently visited Auto Tech and Body and had work done on my car there for the first time. I could not be happier! I was greeted and treated warmly and as though I have been a valued customer for years. Equally important is that Jay explained to me that the noise I was hearing is because the suspension system needed replacing, and he gave me an accurate and very reasonable estimate of charges to make the necessary replacement/repair, and to have the oil changed. Additionally, I was blown away when I saw they cleaned my car, inside and out! More importantly, my car now drives beautifully. I visited this place in April 2021. Upon entering I was greeted immediately with great customer service. Upon have my truck looked at I was educated on what would take place. My car was serviced and fixed with no issues and my truck was cleaned. I have to come back in August 2021 due to the same issue occurring with my truck. Jay remembered me and greeted me right away. He apologized for the inconvenient I may have been caused and reassured me he would do his very best as which he did in April. Once again specular customer service all around. Jay and his team really go the extra mile, when others will compromise. Auto Tech did some highly detailed and precise work that saved me a lot of money. Other shops were simply going to order entire replacements because it was easier for them to replace whole assemblies. Those replacements were going to cost me at least one thousand dollars more than the total cost of the work of Auto Tech. Apart from the great work, professional and friendly people, the car was completely cleaned inside out upon return, and they even followed up with a call to ask if we were satisfied. The answer was an enthusiastic yes.

The owner of this facility is extremely rude and does not care about clients time! I took my car in on a Friday and the owner came out and looked at my car for the work that I wanted done and he quoted me a price and said that it would be no problem and scheduled me an appointment for that coming Monday to do the work. I took my car in for my appointment on Monday morning and the owner came out and told me that he changed his mind and was going to cancel my appointment and refused to work on my car! He was very rude about it and has no interest in good customer service or treating people nicely! I do not recommend this shop at all! If they cant even be professional with customers then there is no way they are professional about their work! I would avoid this business at all costs!

Honest. Responsive. Professional.Jay and everyone at Auto Tech & Body amazed me with how they handled my car repair after a devastating accident which led to major body work needing to be done on my passenger door, fender, and tires. I was able to drive the car to AT&B and as soon as I walked in I felt like Hope, at the front desk, was completely understanding about the aftershock of the accident. The entire staff quickly helped me deal with the entire insurance claims process and had me on my way in a rental car in no time.The staff took their time with my car and treated it like it was their own personal car. Where I thought it would have been totaled, Jay found a way to fix it that allowed for me to get it back within weeks. AT&B was timely and even took the initiative to give my car a deep cleaning before I got it back.I cant see myself going anywhere else for car repair ever again.

Jay is without question one of the most honest and sincere individuals I think I have ever met. Always acts as though he’s known you his entire life and hasn’t seen you for years. Jay does things the way they used to be when you had your vehicle worked on regardless of what was done when you picked it up there were always paper floor mats to protect your vehicle, it was always vacuumed out, wiped down and the tires glistened like new. Had to go and get a USAA Insurance inspection done on my car this morning Auto Tech and Body was open on Saturday witch was great! I work Monday through Friday 5 to 5, so I have no time during the week to get my insurance inspection done so having somebody open on Saturday is a big deal! The girls in the front were extremely helpful walk me through the process got the inspection done fast and efficient. So if youre looking for somebody to do your insurance inspection this is the place to go.

We brought our 2015 MB GLK250 Bluetec to Autotec for some minor dent and scratch repair, they did a wonderful job. They encouraged us to get an oil change. After we had the car one day we noticed a large oil spot on our driveway. We brought it back to the shop and they said they fixed a washer on the bolt and all was good. The next day we brought it to the dealer for airbag recall and the dealer sent us this picture with a $5,775 repair estimate. The oil drips from a crack in the oil pan due to overtightening of the drain bolt. According to several online forums, this is a common issue when getting Mercedes oil changes at independent garages rather than the factory trained dealers.

Please steer clear of these imposters. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks. Upon picking it up and inspecting the work, the part they replaced wasnt even working and the dashboard was indicating that their was an issue but still got overlooked. Jay pressured me into picking up my car or else they were going to move it to a storage location off-site when the car wasnt even ready; or properly inspected afterwards by them. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time. The manager Jay is not professional by any means, doesnt explain things properly and even tried to belittle the whole situation. Looks like Ill be taking my vehicle somewhere else to fix a problem they created and couldnt even diagnose it.

I dont usually write reviews but this shop truly worth my time to do this. My car needed repairs while I was out of town and It was a outcome. This got me realizing how fortunate all my family is having this shop within 25 miles from our home.They were referred to me by a coworker after a fender bender and weve been using this shop for body repairs, mechanical work and tires needs for over 4 maybe 5 years now and have not been to a dealership once since then. Since they do warrantee work and process insurance claims on site, it is good to have one shop stop. They are trained and certified to work on many brands and I leaned the last visit that they are a Tesla authorized repair and body shop. If they can repair these Aluminum rocket ship, my family cars are a piece of cake for them. they are always professional, courteous an do great work, also, their large lobby area and work shop is very clean and well kept. I literally left Deerfield Toyota after taking the car there for a battery issue the fourth time in three years!! I barely had the Car in park and Jay was pulling it into the bay and immediately getting all of the battery acid covering my engine neutralized. My air shocks on my Mercedes Benz failed and the car was just off of warranty. Mercedes would not do anything for me and wanted to charge me an exorbitant price to replace the air shocks. A friend told me about Auto Tech and Body so i looked them up and brought my car in for a quote. Price was dramatically lower than Mercedes and the work was professionally done and very fast. My daughters car got a deep scratch in the drivers side passenger door. Using a compound treatment removed some of the damage, but the rest was clearly too deep and needed professional attention.I called some friends for a referral and one who cares for a small fleet of high-end cars suggested I speak with Jay at Auto Tech & Body. I was a little reluctant because my daughters car is simply a Hyundai Elantra and there was not enough damage to go through my insurance, so I though I might get a high quote and little attention.I was overwhelmed by the welcoming reception at the front desk and the personal attention the President and owner of the shop gave to me regardless of the size of the job or the type of car. In fact, my daughter needed the car to go off to college in a week and Jay took it in the next day. Not only that, but I dont live close and didnt want to have to have someone pick me up or pay for a ride. Jay quickly suggested that he would get it all done in one day and have someone on his staff take me in to work after I dropped it off in the morning and have someone pick me up to retrieve the car at the end of the day.Well, the painting process cant be rushed and the job was not done at the close of business. Jay called me and let me know, then he surprised me. Jay told me that if I was willing to wait, he pay his guys overtime to finish and pick me up himself. I agreed and that is exactly what happened.I cant tell you how pleased I was when I saw the end result and it was slightly less than the other two quotes I received. Jay even told me to come back so he could buff the car out at no charge, so I took him up on it and he had it done. Jay even had them professionally clean the inside of the car and the car looks like new.Not only do I recommend Auto Tech & Body for your collision repair and detail needs, but Jay and his team has my personal business now without question. I hope I never need it again personally, but if I do, I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I was referred to Auto Tech & Body just over 2 yrs ago for an insurance inspection. I recall at that time I was pleased with the prompt and good service.Recently my son’s car needed mechanical and body work so he could use it to work for Uber. I arrived at the facility ( without an appointment) where two young ladies attentively listened to my needs.Before I knew it the President of the company, Jay greeted me, passionately went through step by step of what the car needed to restore it to good condition. Jay has a fantastic customer service car side manner, was able to render an on the spot estimate, and start work on the car that night ( a Saturday.). He called me the next day with the exact price of everything and said I would be contacted in 4-5 days. The 2007 Chrysler looked and ran like it just came out of the showroom!! He took the time to show my son how to maintain the shine of the hubcaps. Needless to say, I have not experienced this kind of integrity, customer service, quality, and value of a job done extremely well. I am grateful that I remembered this class act facility. I went to this place respectfully asking for the service that was needed but didnt get it done because the service that I ask for was way over the price. Long story short I had walked out the place and on my drivers side I seen all types of coffee on my drivers door and my driver side mirror and I asked the mechanics that was working outside did they see who did this and they had no clue who did it so for my experience if you black please dont go there because somebodys got to do something to your car.

Jay and the staff at Auto Tech and Body went above and beyond to take care of me. They always put my best interests first in every step of dealing with my vehicle. Everything they did was as they promised, by the time they promised, and at the price they promised. This level of honesty and fairness is almost unheard of this day and age. Car was brought in for a shifting concern that ended up not being covered by the ext warranty, I was told they were going to fix for free at no charge to me due to history with my mother and issues going on. After waiting over a week was told they were unable to come up with a solution do to issue with the company for the parts, after questioning them and mention I work in the auto industry and was trying to fin out what was going on they became defensive and aggressive. Was told i could come get the car or leave it and they will fix it when they could, family member went to pick up car at which point they said they were charging us because we wouldnt leave the car to be fixed for free. Horrible company taking advantage of us during a very bad time. Would never recommend to anyone.

I took my 2008 E 350 4Matic fix what I thought was a ball joint. They called me and told me it was struts and shocks. I asked for a total, including tax, and I was told $1584.84. When I went to pick up the car after several days, about a week, I was forced to pay over $3,500. I later found out they put the wrong struts and shocks on my car. So I got screwed all the way around. BUYER BEWARE these guys are far from honest.

This is place is a great if your need body work done!! I took my car to them and they fixed it up great in a days time. I had a problem with it maybe a month later and they then fixed it again when it wasn’t even there problem !! The guy Jay who owns the place is very sweet and humble.

I just had a truly great experience at Auto Tech & Body and so I wanted to show my gratitude with a review. In the last month I had a rash of unrelated car issues come up. Every time I came in, the people here were genuinely attentive, courteous and patient in explaining the problems and my options. Everything was done timely, and one thing – the replacement of a brake rotor and pad – was even rushed at no additional cost so that I could have my car back when I needed it. Finally, the pricing was understandable and very fair. Altogether a really nice experience.

The owner Jay, is such an amazing guy, he is honest and sincere and he truly cares about his customers. They have the best prices, the best staff, and the best body shop in all of South Florida. As far as Im concerned it was a great exprerience. I like my car, its a good car. When it was damaged by a falling object from a truck on the highway, I was concerned. I brought the car in and Jay inspected it thoroughly. Afterward he interacted with the insurance company in Canada. Following that I brought the car in for repair. A few (8) days later, i picked up the car and it looked as if in was coming directly from the manufacture. Brand new.So, they are nice people who do great work fast. What else do you need?

If you ever need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. Ownership is amazing, staff here is amazing and the work they day is amazing!!!!! They go above and beyond to make your experience here enjoyable!!! I will never bring my car anywhere else to get work done.

Does a great job for body work, but mechanical work isnt great. Please before you take your car back/your baby, dont sign the release form. Go for a test drive yourself to feel the car.(Beware of Jay, hes a mechanic true, but hes more of a business man and will B.S. you)

Extremely professional and friendly went in for a service and was treated with respect and felt like a priority, Staff is very kind and efficient, Auto tech and Body is worth the business, and time.

BEWARE!! Our vehicle was towed there after breaking down by AAA. After telling us they ran a diagnostic and identified the problem, they gave us a price and agreed to fix the car. Several phone calls and days later they changed the diagnosis four times and kept adding on parts and COST. They sent phony pictures and actually damaged our car so they could claim to fix it and get more money. Jay is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I was only asking why this was happening. He threatened us with not releasing the car unless we paid him even though he didn’t fix it. He said we were harassing him if we called to inquire about the status. I can’t stress enough PLEASE be careful if you’re dealing with Jay and this place.

I purchased a pre-owned Kia Sorrento for an excellent price considering how smoothly the vehicle operates still. My SUV looks and drives like new.
