Hello to whom it may concern I brought a wolf striker when I came to pick it up after being prep for sale and as I test drove it I noticed that it didn’t shift to first gear when I reach back to ask what’s wrong with it the guy who prep it and test drove it new before I even got on the bike that the transmission wasn’t going into first as I went in side to question the sales lady she was on the phone as she claimed with wolf and if I can come back the next day to get it I was like wow if it wasn’t for the small test drive I did they was going to sale it to me as is now if you no about bikes when it raining out side and to have come off second gear to get the bike going won’t be the easiest thing to do it was like intentionally like right before they close where I all most didn’t have a chance to report it because they was closing luckily I peeped that it was a problem and only went around the corner any farther then around the corner they would have been closed and I would have been stuck with a broke bike in the rain I say that to say this just one month later I call to buy another bike the truck had just delivered new inventory I ask what colors did they have and what the price was the lady took my number down to call when she check they delivery witch she did great they had the color I was looking for now I ask the price being that the internet say 1699 she told me that the prices went up I was like why she didn’t tell me I had got quotes from other dealership and told her those prices when started on they brochure that they will be all competition at 5% I told her that right now these are the highest and Florida not to mention that I’m a returning customer this lady had the nerves to tell me if I go in get a printed invoice saying that’s how much that they going to charge me in then she will give me 5% I did just that I went like she ask to other dealership to get the printed invoice and just my luck the delivery truck was just unloaded the brand new 2022 so I guess you no that I continue to keep my business right where I was and that’s Any Thing Scooters they are great very friendly and to top it off for what power play wonted to charge me I got a 2022 and a top trunk storage for still lesser. the moral of the story is that even after the bad experience there I was still willing to spend my money there and she left me with no other choice but to go elsewhere where the prices was way much better all most as power play price gouge I still wish you well power play but you lost my business and I appreciate you giving me no other choice to go out and find a dealership that take care of the customers thank you power play any thank you ( Any Thing Scooter) for making buying easy

Im just now getting around to writing this review after visiting this business a few months ago. I took my son there to look at ATVs. The salesperson we spoke with was very easy to talk with and we felt welcomed there even though we were just browsing. When Im ready to purchase this will be my first stop.

The owner sold me a scooter off the showroom floor and made me ask for a receipt. I paid for it and went for lunch while they get it ready. When I came back I found out they were giving me the one on the showroom floor because he said it was the only one they had like that. I paid nearly $3,400 cash for it.. Then after I got it I found out the front fender was damaged and one of the side panels was faded. I told them about it and they said they ordered a fender and side panel but they acted like they didnt want to make things right and it took a little more than a month with me pushing them before the parts came in. There was a little trunk that sits on the back thats suppose to come with it. The mechanic brought it out without it and I had to ask for it and then he took it back inside and put it on. All this BS and I just lost my best friend for 25 years to Cancer.

I loved that Robin told me to rent one before I made a decision.

I bought a Scooter for an excellent price. It works greats and the gas mileage is 90 miles per gallon. It runs very smooth. I am very happy that Ive found this place. I purchased a 150cc scooter in May 2011 and have never had a problem with it. I have been back to the shop numerous times for an oil change service. Each time it was performed quickly and the staff was very courteous. I have recommended Power & Play Warehouse to several friends and they are pleased too.

I purchased a scooter here about a month ago and I had a great experience. Candice made things very pleasant. I didnt feel pressured at all and I didnt feel overcharged like I did at another location. I also I had a pleasant experience with the service guy. I never write reviews until now, I have been to other Scooter Dealerships in the area and Power and Play is the best by far for the simple following reasons.1. Largest new updated (AC) showroom with largest inventory of new Motorcycles, Scooters and Go Carts.2. Best service by far, My Scooter has over 10,000 miles, (Actually 29 Thousand Miles) Because I get all of my Oil Changes and recommended scheduled services when its required by the manufactor and it is done quickly the first time!!!3. Robin and Tom are super nice people that are not pushy at all!!4. They have the only customer lounge (Waiting area) with large Flat screen TV and these crazy comfortable ultra lounge chairs that you almost fall asleep while waiting for your favorite toy, Scooter, Go Cart or Motorcycle to be repaired.Dont be crazy and go anywhere else!!

Walked in there knowing nothing about scooters, not even how to ride them, but Robin helped out a lot.She was able to educate me on the ins and outs of the scooters. If she didnt know the answer someone did.Everyone was super nice and gave the feel of a friendly fun loving atmosphere.I have had my scooter almost a month now and it is working pretty awesome and if I have question I know the team there will be able to help me out with out a doubt.

I researched this place beforehand and the experience I had was nothing like other folks! I was greeted at the door and explained I was a novice and was looking to purchase for my daughter and they immediately walked her and I thru different models and explained all we needed to have for each class of scooter! I bought a scooter in this shop and had a very good experience. In an hour I got my scooter ready to go, with the temporary tag. In the meantime I was escorted to the waiting area with the TV, newspapers and sodas. Because they at the moment havent the right size for helmet, instead I got the box for my scooter free of charge.I hope that they will maintain high level of service and helpfulness, because I plan to do my maintenance in their shop.Keep up the good work.

What a great experience.. After looking at a ton of ads for local dealerships and other people selling scooters, I almost gave up on buying one..My initial phone call with Robin at Power & Play brought me back in the market quickly... She even told me to not come in the day I had planned because there finance guy was not gonna be there that day and she didnt want me to waste a trip. Once I did go it was simple and quick..Tommy and Robin run a great shop with great products.. If you are looking for an ATV, scooter, or motorcycle I cant possibly think of a better place to go..

Very disappointing place do deal with, bought a 200cc 4 wheeler come to find out it was only 175cc this store misleads the public . Had nothing but problems with this 4 wheeler since day 1 . The sprocket is not round its oval they agreed to warrantee it out and never did . Buyer beware .

I went to this place back in May 2016 can’t remember her name and she was very polite courteous and she knows every answer. She was not a pusshi sale person and I end up baying a Wolf V150 about 2 weeks later I have to call in because the scooter was stalling and same lady over the phone explain to me exactly what to do it’s been over a year and never had a problem with the scooter or call in for anything still running and it is in good shape. Found Power and Play by accident. Im sure glad I did. I was originally gonna buy a Chinese bike. But Im glad I didnt. They sell quality bikes at really good prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Have bought 2 bikes from them and will gladly refer anybody looking for a bike. Robin is fantastic!! Bought a SYM Mil and love it. Rides so smooth. Gas mileage is great. Picking up my Lance PCH tomorrow.

I went and purchased my Qlink 150cc scooter from this location on 2/13/2013 and experienced nothing but the best customer service EVER! The young lady at the front desk assisted me with all my scooter questions and needs. I believe her name is Robin! Yes it is Robin! Before I came here, I was going to purchase a rinky dink scooter from a shop that didnt do maintenance on their products.I decided to instead purchase from this place due to their professionalism and good attention to detail. Robin answered every question that I had regarding the scooter and scooter maintenance.She even let me know where the nearest motorcycle class was held for new riders. Upon leaving, she helped me learn the different parts on the scooter and how to use the kick stand, etc.I would recommend EVERYONE who is interested in purchasing any type of motor bike to go to this place. Just the other day, a very small screw came off of my bike and the guy from the mechanic shop there screwed it right back on for me with no questions asked.Awesome experience!

I bought a wolf v 150cc from this place the bike has 4k miles on it, paid over $ 1700 for everything oil always changed by them every 700 miles. I just want people to know they sold me the scooter by it was a vaule scooter and said I have a 1 year warranty. I am bring the bike to them this weekend to see if it can be handled. I will change review but I have not had a pleasant experience with this shop at all. When the bike was sold to me they said it had a year warranty. Will the bike broke down at a little over 3500 miles and I still ended up paying 150 in repairs that should of been covered on a 1700 dollar purchase. Hopefully we can figure it out with this shop but feel I got sold a defective bike.ThanksWill update

Let me say, I did my research thoroughly before stopping here on Vespa, genuine scooters, lance, kymco and the dealers they sold at. I looked at the deals closer places offered with Chinese scooters. Finance options the works.Robin worked with me to get my most recent which was a sym fiddle iii and has been nothing but straight up and super informative. I love scooters and how economical they are and you speak with reputable folks who are always trying to make sure you’re getting your needs met. They’re very out of the way for me (i live downtown) and my commute with my scooter is to and from Miramar. I did my own research and was initially going to purchase a lance when they advised me of a way better quality bike that was made by the same company who makes the bike and it was just a different brand- it was much more cost effective. Additionally, I’ve had to ride my bike through some serious weather (Florida is rainy) and I’ve had no problems safely making sure my commute is still doable. I now spend 20 bucks a month on gas (vs my 30 a week in a regular car) pay low cost insurance (which they also recommended, it’s still required in the state of Florida don’t let loopholes affect your safety) and I’m getting it serviced for the first time tomorrow because of their awesome service deals.If you’re looking for an authentic ‘no dealer fees’ scooter shop with knowledgeable representatives, and a variety of quality scooters. This place is worth the travel and time.

They charge 85 dollars an hr to work on a cheap made bike. You may have a factory warranty but you have to pay for the labor. Order all online and is way cheaper!! 50 miles on new bike fuel gauge goes out and they want to charge me labor for a free part. Crazy and a rip off!! Go somewhere else!!

I think some things should be known about this place. I had a great experience buying my scooter here. That was like 4+ years ago. The problem was getting the scooter serviced. Even if I was paying for the service. The first time I got it service for oil I notice that something was loose when I arrived. This was my first scooter so I would clean it every day, so when I arrived home I notice that the airbox was broke. At the time I could not figure our why it was broken. So I thought somebody kick it and vandalized it at my the parking lot where I lived. I kept going for service for 3 more times after that. The last service that was around the 3000-4000 mark was on a Saturday. I arrived early and waited patiently for the place to open. I called the day before to make sure that I would be going and they can service the scooter too. Around 10am a young man came and opened when I ask if someone would be servicing and he said no that he is the only one that day and that it wouldnt be possible. I thought how unlucky... I should had left immediately... what followed was the most unlucky part. Someone came to the store and I recognized him for he was the person who had sold me the scooter. He ask if I was ok and I told him that nobody can service the scooter and that I had to leave. He said Wait I be right back. After some minutes the same young man came out and said that if I can move my scooter to the back that he would service it now. I thought great.... but after 20min or so he came back where I was waiting and whispered to me... Never messed with the person that fixes you bike... never and he went off. I went to find the guy who sold me the scooter but he had left. I paid and left with a bad feeling. By Monday the scooter was kinda weird... on my way back from work it failed so I walked back home and had a friend help take it back to the shop the next day... The belt had broken.... so they replaced it. After this I knew the guy was just bad news and didnt go back to service it... I started to service it myself. I found out the the broken airbox was to be able to change the oil and with out taking it out. Then when I took my scooter to another shop they replace the belt again. They said that the motor was damaged from the first time that the belt was broken. It lasted 6000 miles. I did like that scooter alot. To bad one person in a company messes up the whole place. I think if you buy a scooter they have great deals and sales people will help you out. But if you do get you scooter service dont go to the one in pompano beach. Good Luck.

After searching for months for just the right scooter, I finally found Power & Play. Yay! I learned that they are the only dealer in the tri-county area to sell the SYM brand. This is important to me because I didnt want to get a Chinese scooter for over $1k and end up having it overheat when Im on long scooting trips. Before I found Power & Play I had looked all over FL, was prepared to purchase my scoot as far away as Atlanta, GA (if I could find the right one at the right price). Im thankful that Power & Play has reasonable prices and a very good selection. Robin was also fantastic and knowledgeable. My mocha SYM Mio has been an absolute delight. I am so thrilled!
