I came here to have my photo taken for international passport replacement after several unsuccessful attempts at other places. It was done in less than 5 mins! The photographer took 1 shot, determined the correct dimensions and printed 4 pics on 1 sheet. Thats it. Exactly what I needed and absolutely hassle free. Very professional. Next morning I flew to embassy in Washington to submit the papers and to my surprise, consular suddenly said You have very good photos. Where did you get them done?. Just would like to say Thank you!

I highly recommend Pro Lab Joel and Robin always give great friendly service. I brought a photo of my father-in-law & husband into the shop and asked Joel to touch it up. He is so honest, he told me the image didnt need touching up and he printed it for me in seconds and then they helped me find a frame and a mat. For $26 I had a framed portrait for 50% less than the big box stores and it looked stunning. My husband loved the gift. Robin touched up an old 11 X 13 print for me the framed it and the work was beautiful. I never leave this store discouraged. I cant say enough about the quality, service and value given at Pro Lab.

After taking our pictures, they took the time to talk with us and our 8 year old daughter. It feels good to go to a store where human relationships are in the center of business. Brought in negatives to be made in to pictures and 1 8x10 photo of my beloved parents who have passed away. A good picture was needed for their memorial monument and I was told they could do it and would call me when the pictures were done, it would probably take a couple of days. A week went by, no call. I called them and was told the pictures were done. I came in with high hopes: they turned out worse than the originals. I was so devasted, I just cried. They never called to let me know there were any issues with the pictures developed. I was charge $37 for the crap produced. No shame in asking for that much for, what looked to me like no effort was made after I had explained the importance of the one particular photo! The 8X10 looked like it had been dragged on the ground, color was missing. Sorry that Walmart no longer does this service, a store like this one, takes advantage of the situation.

These people are amazing. They were lifesaving as I planned a family members memorial service and needed help on short notice with a picture for the memorial and reception. Cant thank them enough!

$7.95 to transfer digital files from a CD to a thumb drive...rip-off. After developing film and printing services no less.Response on 4/11/19: Its still a rip off...especially since I was there picking up developed film and prints you had done for me. Charging a repeat customer for that transfer is just bad business. I now go elsewhere for printing and processing...which effects your overhead a lot more than overcharging for file transfers.
