They were very prompt and knowledgeable about my refrigerator repair. The gentlemen were courteous and the price was fair. They wore the proper Covid protective gear and even foot coverings so as not to track. I would highly recommend them.

I Called and spoke with Mya. They had a service technician out the next day. They advised the motor on my old washing machine was broken and I could use the $45 diagnostic fee towards a refurbished washing machine. They delivered the refurbished machine very quickly and did the install and removal of the old one for free. The refurbished one works like new. Very happy to only spend $180 plus $35 shipping on a clean and refurbished machine. I have nothing bad to say about my experience.Highly Recommended!

This company is horrible, I have been without a fridge since Monday, got to them Tuesday, and it’s currently Friday, we’ve been told that they have to “look” for a fridge! I’ve called everyday since Monday and was only called or given information ONCE, finally when I called today the lady(MYA) who is supposedly the only phone handler knew nothing about an update on our fridge and could not give us a date to when we would get our fridge, then after asking for someone else to speak to, she hung up the phone, run from here if you want fast, efficient and good customer service.

I am writing this review for my elderly parents. They contacted C&S because their dishwasher wasnt cleaning good enough. The technician came for $45 to diagnose the issue which he said was a heat sensor.. He came back a few days later with part and that was not the problem.. Then he couldnt even put the dishwasher back together so he left the door off. This is obviously worth a bad review since it was a misdiagnoses as well as a tech that didnt know how to put something back together. A complete waste of time that costed my parents $45. I do not recommend this company.

They deserve no starts at all. Have the worse costumer service and basically are a scam. They come out to check your appliance, recommending you to replace it because the “repair will be more expensive than replacing it” . But they sell you a used appliance (they probably took from another costumer they had told him the same! ) which go bad as well after couple of weeks/ months in the good scenario. When they come out to check the appliance to they sold you they said it is not under warranty or the warranty doesn’t cover the problem they found. Stay alway!

Worst place to conduct business. Bought one washer and one dryer. Appliances broke within a week. Called it in, the technician was really nice but the lady who runs the office was rude and kept on speaking to the tech in another language on speaker. after I asked them to please speak in my house in a language I could understand. She then proceeded to call me and was not very kind over the phone kept on speaking over me and continue to basically say “you paid what you got” would not recommend this place to an enemy. The washer is still not draining and the dryer takes 2 1/2 hours to dry a small load.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Its amazing with such attitudes they are still in business. Where is it that the customer has to work around their schedule? Who does that? Blacks and female gets no respect at all, especially Riviera Beach. They show up unprepared to repair anything, then get upset with customer, then they choose not to come back when customer is at home. Horrible Service. I shouldnt have to wait 2 weeks to get a dryer fixed because they didnt show up with parts.

Landlord was looking to replace our stove with a stainless steal used glass cooktop. They were able to get it done with a delivery the next day, on a Saturday. Took away the old unit no problem. Id use them again.

Small place but good selection. Very easy to deal with and they will ship and install appliances for cheap. We did have a couple problems with our washer/drier, but they came out right away to fix it. Saved a lot of money versus buying new! Thank you!

I didn’t get to use them because when I call at 9:30am and ask to schedule she said she won’t do schedule until the afternoon. Found another company who came at 3 same day no hassle.

This is the best ever company in pompano beach. Im a investor with many rental properties I really recommend it. They are extremely punctual, organized, attentive and they have good prices.

Serious company, everyone was very nice, technician diagnosed the problem on my dishwasher right away and got back to make the repair quickly. The best thing is the price, theyre much cheaper then the other companies. I recommend!

This company has the WORST again WORST customer service. Seriously they wasted it almost 2 weeks, please do not waste your time and energy. Its not even worth your time. Dont even call them to check your appliances, the guy went to my house, he wasnt even there for 10 minutes. After a couple days of trying to contact the boss they send a guy again, for what?? They confirmed day and time to go home and fix my appliance. They never show, neither call me to let me know. I am still waiting for my refund! And i will make sure to get my money back. So unprofessional.

I have been using this company for about 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with them. As a matter of fact, I just had them service my washer last month. I have never written a poor review of a company before. But today, I called a little after 9 am to request a technician to come out to look at my stackable washer/dryer. The girl that answered (I think she said her name was something like Mya) was rude and reluctantly took down my information. I requested that on this occasion, I needed the earliest possible appt because I saw some sparks coming out of the back of my unit and I was worried that it was a fire hazard. I felt like it was urgent because the unit is to big for me to pull out myself to unplug it. I was off today, had to work tomorrow and off the next day. I have never had to wait to schedule before, but she just kept saying that someone would call me back to schedule. I didnt hear back from them, so at 2:00 I called again and I was told rudely that they dont work on the schedule until the afternoon and she already told me that she would call me back when she was working on the schedule. Let me say again that I have never had a problem getting a tech out to my house from this company. But today, I felt like they really didnt want my business. At 5:30, I finally gave up and called someone else. She did call me back at 6:15 to schedule and I told her that it shouldnt take an entire (wasted) day and 3 phone calls to schedule an appointment. I told her I had to call someone else (who was happy to have my business) and that she just lost a loyal customer. I am an extremely sweet, kind and low maintenance person. But the first point of contact at any business should not hate to do their job and be rude to the customers. I hope the owners see this review so they can fix the problem. This was just unacceptable. Good company, reasonable prices but rude customer service will loose a client every time.

Have used this repair service before and Im still satisfied. Made my appointment with Mya. Service repair person, Michael, is wonderful, courteous and very professional. No complaints. They did what was needed, communicated and bam...done. So, please do call and make an appointment should you need a repair. Im a nearby Realtor with Remax in LHP and would recommend them highly.

Horrible customer service. They wont even bother to call you back or let you know whats going on. They decided at last minute that in order to fix my appliance I had to bring it to the warehouse. Guess what they didnt call me to let me know. My tenants and I lost a day waiting for them. I am still waiting for my money back. What a way to waste people time.

UPDATE: The dishwasher was finally repaired and works perfectly. It took a couple more visits, which was frustrating, but they did get it working. Also, the technician that did the last visit (that got it to work) was phenomenal, very helpful and kind.After 4 service calls and paying almost $200 and still not having my dishwasher repaired, I agreed to let them take it to their warehouse to complete a more detailed assessment of the situation. It has been almost 4 weeks since they took it and they havent given any update. I called twice to ask for an update and both times was told that they were looking at my paperwork and would call back shortly. Still no response. Very, very disappointed in the quality of service!

The guy came and fixed the belt on my dryer it was a difficult job at best but he did a good job he wasnt there very long didnt take him very long to get to the house so Im Im real happy with the service today.

Bought 3 appliances from them. Washing machine still running after 2 years and 2 dish washers 1st one lasted a year and lock switch went, So I Just decided to buy another. 2nd one is just installed.

If there was six stars I will be given to Sergio Appliances.I own various residents in the area, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach andPompano.Every time one of my tenants has a electric appliance problem, i.e.washer, dryers, dish washer I will call Sergio Appliances office.Immediately, they will send a technician and will perform whatever it is needed to solve the problem..Sergio, his wife and assistants are always there to help.I am glad I use this company.I will recommend this company to any homeowner.

The worst place to buy an old appliance.....I got a dryer wasnt working correctly...I called the owner ...3 days after I bought it he told me he will call me the upcoming week to be replaced it, but he never did....I have to call back a few times to make this happen.....finally was replace after almost two months.....the dryer I got work for almost two monts and didnt work any more....I just call the owner and he told me is out of wwarranty......but he said before this that he doesnt have any records that he replace it .......But is out warranty!!!!!..what a fraud you are.......

It was stolen by this company. I hired her services. At the beginning I was poorly attended. They sent a technician who didnt know anything, and yet they charged me for the visit. Then they called me that they had to send another technician to do another evaluation, and he was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 in the morning and he arrived at 10:15. I called asking about the technicians delay and I was mistreated and they even said they would cancel. After the technician evaluated, they called me that they could not buy the part that they would need to change. The machine that makes ice. But, they havent seen the refrigerator brand before. Because they sent the 2 technician. They want to rob you and charge you for the visit. take personal care. This company just has to panic.
