Quality of work was pretty good but the level of professionalism and responsiveness was terrible. Karl’s pricing was higher than other quotes I received but he was a good sales man and said he could start the next day. The next day he showed up and I paid half upfront. They left scrap drywall on my lawn and then I could not get a hold of him for two weeks. I thought I had been scammed. After two weeks, his helper mike would show up occasionally, never at the time I was told. My poor wife would wait around for someone to show up and sometimes canceling plans and no one would come. I would avoid this company. The end product was pretty good, but the headaches and lack of communication was not worth it. What should have been a one week project took over a month to complete.

Karl and Michael came to my house and were friendly and very polite. They assessed and performed the task quickly and efficiently. They were clean and tidy, and kept the dust to a minimum. They took great care to update me on progress and if i needed items to make the finished look better. For $39 dollar vent the wall looked 10 times better. I appreciated the notification prior to arrival and the communication during the job.

Per his e-mail instructions, I sent a text inquiry. He responded only once. I’ve tried reaching out twice again with absolutely no response. I wish he’d have the courtesy to say if he’s too busy to take on more projects at the time.

All I can say is Wow!!! What an amazing contractor. They did a theatre room for me and I could not be more pleased. These guys have been doing drywall for a long time, their texture options are amazing, these guys are not just contractors. They are artist!!! Their prices are very affordable and their work is top notch!! Loved loved loved working with these guys.

We have used other drywall contractors in the past and I must say West Drywall is the best. Their work is amazing and they guys are pleasant and well mannered. They have completed three homes for myself and other family members. I give this company a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a drywall contractor in Pocatello.

Karl hung our dry wall, did a fantastic job on our corner bead work and did a beautiful smooth modern finish which I hear is very hard to do correctly. I could be more pleased with a contractor. They did our entire home in about 2 weeks.
