We have recently started a soap and beard oil company and it has been a pleasure working with Benjamin in the Pocatello Office Max. He is always so helpful and patient with us. He goes out of his way to find something that will make us happy and he goes above and beyond until we are 100% satisfied. He is a great person to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I do not have enough good things to say about this copy center and especially about Joe. This guy was working with 2 customers at a time. He didnt skip a beat, helped me out big time, and was so fast and professional. Im sure it was a frustrating day based on the numbers of customers in line, people helping, and orders in the queue. But you wouldnt know it from Joes demeanor.

Wow! I just had the smoothest, most hassle free experience returning some toner that had been mis-shipped by Office Depots online store.I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Tucker, who was at the register, and processed the return was extremely helpful and pleasant. When he needed clarification another team member was quick to help out, and was also very pleasant. Both team members listened to what I had to say and worked together for a quick solution.I walked in expecting at least a little hassle, but walked out with a smile.I enjoy shopping at this location and appreciate their exceptional customer service.As a note, I generally only leave 5 Star reviews. I do this for two reasons. As someone who works in a customer service environment I dont believe most businesses and their team members get enough good recognition. The second reason is that I would rather address any real issues with the manager or owner face to face. I rarely have had an experience where the person in charge didnt try to resolve an issue. In some cases I found out that my perceptions were wrong. Which is quite humbling. In others, I have gained a new friend.

I went for copies and the lady at the copy area was so kind and attentive to my needs. She was very friendly and gave me the attention needed.

Not very impressed. Twice now Ive walked into the Pocatello store looking to buy office furniture and Im either ignored or completely forgotten. The first time I went to pickup an online order and the guy disappeared in the back and never came out. After 10 minutes I asked someone else where my item was and they had no idea and when I mentioned that someone had gone to get it they said he had left for lunch. So I guess when the guy couldnt find the order rather than come back out and let me know he just leaves for lunch. The next time I go in I need a chair. I walk to the furniture section and no one is interested in helping me so I go to the front desk where Im ignore again. Literally 5 after 5 minutes of no one offering to help me I turn around and theres someone helping another customer (who came in later) in the furniture area. Finally, I asked out loud if anyone was going to help me or if I had to find and ring up the purchase myself. The manager shows up and apologizes saying this (being ignore) never happens. When Im back a little over a year later needing more officer furniture and guess what, Im ignored again. You know I figured the first couple of times was a misunderstanding on the employees part but once again I wait for ten minutes at the counter after waiting in the furniture section just to be ignored again and then finally see an employee helping a different customer who again arrived after me. So what is it. You only help women and ignore men? Im not dressed like a bum and I drive a reasonable expensive vehicle so Im sure I dont look like someone without money. Apparently, your employees are either too lazy to do their job or extremely biased against certain customers for some unknown reason.You can be sure of one thing. I wont bother shopping at Office Max and Ill be posting this story to multiple social networking sites. No one should be treated like they are invisible.

This is a good place to try something out before buying it online.The staff is helpful, but there arent enough of them. They have a great selection of office supplies, but the prices are high enough to merit you just getting it online instead, unless you absolutely need it today.

If you want to use their copy center and called in to find out if they could pull stuff straight from a PDF, told yes, and then you get there and find its totally different and spend extra time downloading to email, then your visit will be fine in the copy center. Rest if the store was fine and I found what I needed very quickly and cashier was very efficient.

The pocatello office max is a nice Clea store, however I dont think the employees there are too knowledgeable about their products. I had asked one of them the difference between a high security and a maximum security paper shredder, and they had no idea.

I have been a loyal customer of Office Max since they opened in Pocatello. Is was the only place I purchased my office supplies when I had my business. I purchased a copier a year ago that only worked for a couple of months. After a long delay on my part, I took it in today. I had a horrible experience from a young man that basically tried to stonewall me. I just was hoping for some common curtesy. He said your probably better off to just buy a new one. Didn’t try to do anything for me.If I do buy a new one it wont be at Office Max. I could have got the same service at Walmart. Poor serve, it’s just the norm anymore.

I would suggest expanding the print/copy department! Theyve got 1 person working, its the holidays! I stood in line for 30 minutes, and then when I got to the counter the associate had no clue what they were doing.

This place is a joke you ask them to make copies for you and they wont make copies for you if it has a copyright on that picture we asked to have a copy of a drawing book and they would not copy ot for me. This place a horrible place to go.

Prices could definitely be better, but their copy shop has been extremely helpful in the past and its nice to have somewhere easy to get in and out of when you need office supplies.

Prices here feel high to me, but its a great place to try things in person, such as office chairs, before you buy them somewhere else. Also, employees are always available and willing to help out.

The product I wanted was not in stock, but I ended up walking away with a better one recommended by an employee. They helped me load my car in the pouring rain.

Poor customer service. The employee tossed my receipt at me and didnt even offer a sack to carry out my purchase. If they werent the only store in town that carries the item I needed I would never step foot inside their door.

I am very disappointed in the service, or should I say lack of service, we received tonight. We went in looking to buy the HP all in one computer that is $500. One girl was at the counter, another was helping a customer, and the other one was off somewhere else. The girl that was helping a customer was supposed to come help us as soon as she was done, no big deal .But when she was done, she decided that chatting with her co-workers was a better idea than helping us. We waited over 20 min from 6:40-7:00pm and it was NOT BUSY at all. This is absolutely not ok and definitely not the kind of customer service I expected to receive. Needless we left and are at Walmart now (not my favorite store) and will happily give them my money. Shame on you ladies at Office Max.
