I have been in there several times looking for something for work or just for casual. They. NEVER carry much for plus size ladies. If you are larger than a 16 forget it. And you basically get ignored but the staff. They only like to help the tiny girls. The website has tons of really cute and trendy clothes but not the store here. I hate buying clothes online. I want to try them on see how they feel and move before I buy, especially here because once you buy it you can exchange it but you can’t get your money back so you’re stuck with something you can’t wear

Such a cute shop! Never been and as soon as I walked in today,, a darling blonde gal welcomed me and helped me find the most fantabulous blouses she made sure I got the perfect sizes. She was so helpful and kind as were the other employees. Will definitely be telling my family and friends. Thank you!

Cute clothes, employees at the door was very nice but they had NO organization. Everyone was jumping in front of me in the line and I tried to tell the cashier but her responds was I dont know Im not paying attention. Like how about all the employees standing around talking to the customers about their thanksgiving help and keep the store ORGANIZED! terrible. I wont be returning. Also no black friday deals.

I absolutely love this store, I don’t really buy clothes anywhere else! I know in some of the comments people complain about quality of clothes or strange customer service and policies, but you have to understand that this store is unique and accomplishing something no other store in the area does! ADORABLE clothing at affordable prices! If you’re looking for high end clothing maybe this isn’t the store for you, but if you’re looking to wear cute clothes for cheap, this is your store. And I’m all about saving a buck! 😂 I’ve also always had really good experiences with customer service and they seem to be getting better and better at it. Thank you Fashion15!!!!

I’ve spent way too much here at this store. The staff is always so sweet and so amazing! The store is absolutely adorable! I’ve been going since it first opened . Why two stars? The quality of the clothing is awful. The jeans/pants are the WORST! Every single pair I’ve bought has ripped the second or third time I’ve worn them. Washed on cold, never dried. They will not make it right either. I’ve complained before. Now they have a new section that is ridiculous in price and cuts down the inventory they use to have that is affordable. Just another place that starts out budget friendly and is slowly going away from that. Very sad!

We came, we saw, we conquered! We shopped until we dropped! What a fun store. The employee’s were wonderful. Great atmosphere and great product! Fashion 15 is a great place to shop!

The workers, alk female are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The clothes are quite unique and very in style. I love all their pretty things for women...necklaces, hair ponytail holders, bags etc. I love this store and the girls too!! The coolest part is that its women led!

Love love LOVE shopping here!! Where else can you get adorable, brand new clothes from major brands, all for under $15 each?? Even jackets and JEANS. The jewelry wall and $5 camis are definitely my favorite. Its a pretty addicting store because it all changes so quickly and I never want to miss out on the new items. The app and website are basically lifechanging, especially with the free shipping to either store for pickup. All the girls who work there are so friendly and happy to help put together outfits.

I was looking for a store in Pocatello to buy my daughter some new clothes and Fashion 15 showed up on Google maps as a clothing store in the area and we decided to give it a try. We walked inside and were greeted immediately by a very friendly young saleslady. I told her that it was our first time at the store and she gave me all the details on the store, how everything is fifteen dollars and under, where the last chance racks were based on sizes, and that they were having a Memorial day sale. Then we left us to browse.I was happily surprised by the selection at this store. My daughter who is fifteen found things she liked right away. I poked around for a few minutes and found a few items that I wanted to try on as well. We got a dressing room and I tried on my items. The friendly saleslady from earlier came by to check on us, she commented on the top I was wearing and said how nice it looked on me, then a while later when my daughter was wearing a shirt that was a tad small for her liking, the saleslady quickly ran and got her the next size up.When checking out another friendly saleslady rang us up, and she was very helpful in telling us that if we needed to return something they could look up our receipt online.Overall I was very happy with our shopping experience here. The service was wonderful, the clothing was priced nicely and I thought the selection was great. This is definitely a store well come back to when were in Pocatello again.

Ive been coming into the store off and on since the opening with the hopes that the plus size section would expand. It is sad that they literally have three to four racks for plus size in the back corner while having the rest of the store for all other sizes. Also on this particular visit today it seemed like everywhere I turned there was an employee breathing down my neck. Im not sure if theres been a lot of theft lately or you just like to ask how people are doing at every rack they move to either way I felt like they were a little aggressive on the how are you doings anything I can help you finds. I left with the couple things I had before I was done shopping because I felt smothered. A little space for some goes a long way.

I was visiting from Utah and I wanted to do some shopping. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. The employees were very nice, and checked in on everyone frequently. I definitely wish we had one of these stores in Utah because the jeans I got were SOO comfy and fit like a glove. For the price you cant beat it.

Cute clothes and very friendly staff. Store is well layed out and clean, dressing rooms are sizable and comfortable. Left off a star as their plus sizes are junior plus sizes and their dressing rooms need more hanging hooks/bars and a larger stool or bench. I do recommend as they have stylish clothes for all ages.

Seriously clothes for 15$ or less... Whats not 5 star about that!? Sometimes the stuff they get in isnt my style but they get stuff in so frequently that the next time I come in Im bound to find something I love! I travel to poci from if just to shop here!

I had a store employee meet me at the front door as soon as I walked in to exchange some Christmas gifts. I already had an exact duplicate pair of earrings that I received for Christmas, and 2 wallets that dont have a drivers license compartment, and a sweater that was too big. All I wanted to do was exchange them. She made everyone that came in after me walk around us because I wasnt allowed to walk up to the register to get assistance. Then I was told that all accessories are final, no exchanges! Not even with a gift receipt. Its Christmas time!! But she said I could go online to sell them. Worst store policies in Pocatello! Not to mention worst customer service too. Rose was very abrupt, rude and purposely made me feel like a spectacle standing in the way of the door for everyone to hear our conversation. I have only been there twice, but there will NOT be a third time.

I seriously love this store. I wish there was one in blackfoot tho. I think it would do so well here. Love the girls so friendly, and you can tell they love their job!!!!

I am all about supporting local business so I had been shopping here quite a few times. I recently tried to exchange an unused item with tags that I had purchased the previous week. I was surprised to be told absolutely NOT, that without the receipt they would not consider exchanging. I felt that after having spent relative amounts of money at this store that it was not a customer friendly policy. As a small business they should practice policies that are more accommodating to the customers rather than discourage them from returning. I was so excited about a new shopping option available here locally, but this just makes me want to spend online instead.

Very glad they were open. Got everything we girls needed and got it at a great price.

I find it really sad that a company won’t take care of a customer who purchased a shirt and noticed it has a hole in it but couldn’t get back to the store for two weeks. The tag was still attached and the purchase was in the computer but they wouldn’t do anything for me other then have their seamstress stitch it up. The hole was in the middle of the shirt and stitching it up wouldn’t look good.Why are they only giving their product two weeks?

Strangest customer service and policies. I would never buy from this place again.
