They were very helpful! I was in town for a shopping trip and got a screw in my tire. They got my tire fixed quickly so I wouldnt be without a car

While traveling through town from out of state we picked up a screw in our tire. We stayed overnight and stopped in here first thing in the morning for a patch. They got us in quick and didnt charge us. It helped make a poor start to our trip a little better. Thank you!

These guys were very accommodating when our truck overheated and we had to park it in their lot for the night. We had it towed and they checked out all of our tires on bother the tow trailer and our truck. Very nice and cool inside the building on such a hot day!

50 minutes after my pre-scheduled appointment and they still havent taken my vehicle back to work on it, this is totally unacceptable! I will give them ten minutes and I will be going somewhere else. Its worse than any doctors office Ive ever been to!

I brought in my 2004 toyota sienna for a normal wheel alignment. Well come to find out some left side bushing or something like that needed to be replaced. They even showed me the defective part so I agreed to have it replaced. Then awhile later they called me and said I needed shimes on the rear wheels for it to hold the alignment. Hence the reason I was wearing out my tires faster than normal. Well I was expecting to pay a pretty penny. They were very helpful and friendly.Thank you for helping me and not charging me a ton of money. It costed me way less than I expected They are all so very honest and upfront about everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone

Was in Pocatello back in September / early October and got an oil change / inspection / lube before hitting the road back toward the Midwest in my 95 Class B RV. Hands-down the best customer service Ive ever gotten. Shane, the assistant manager, was incredible. He understood I was on a time crunch to get my tire replaced, had a great sense of humor, and made sure to check in on us even though they were back to back. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of tire repair.

Needed tires NOW! They had the ones I wanted in stock. Shawn was just a pleasure to work with. Said they would have it for me in 90 minutes and they did! They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need or want. Very happy!

Ripp off. Charged our company $250.00 just for the service call alone to come to the Pilot in McCammon last night. That is way excessive and we will not call these guys again. It took the service truck almost three hours to get here. thats ridiculously to long. jeri

Shane was so helpful to us when we came in due to a nail in our tire during a road trip. The whole team was very professional and friendly to us. Definitely would recommend their service!

When I walked in I had to wait for a little bit. Once I was helped the lady was very nice and professional. She took my info and explained that they would do the free initial inspection. After that they would contact me and explore a plan of action. I was even given a ride home.

Went in for a flat repair that went smooth no issues there I asked a question about tire pressure and I felt blew off they were too worried about buying merchandise from a lady in there. Once warranties up on tires I wont go back.

SLOWEST TIRE PLACE EVER SEEN.Prices are not bad,but that is the only good thing about it.Timely manner ? They never heard about it.Attention to details ? No such thing.Not good for people out of town with somewhat tight schedule.Unless you plan to drop your vehicle with them for the whole day at the very morning and pick it up shortly before they close would not recommend.

I went in October to get my oil changed, and to have my brakes and alignment checked. We were assured twice during that visit that the oil change was done. However, when we drove off the lot, the oil light came on. We took it back and the lady said that happens sometimes after doing an oil change and then they reset the oil light. The oil light kept coming on and off and finally started flashing consistently one day. We took it back and there was NO oil in my van. They denied they did an oil change previously. They also broke the electronic side panel to my chair, which they fixed best as they could but a screw was still missing and it still wasnt as good as the condition I took it in. They used to be good, but after this experience and being patronized, I will not go back.

This is a great service shop. I really trust them with my vehicle and they are my first pick for an oil change if I have the time to wait (walk ins take quite a while to get to). look for local coupons before you go. I dont feel like they are pushy with service add ons. If you do have a wait, they have a comfortable and kid friendly waiting area with free popcorn as well as treats and quarter machine toys for purchase.

The staff is always friendly, and they provide great service. We take our vehicles there for oil changes, tires, and many other issues requiring mechanical expertise. They do it all, and for a better price than the large dealerships.

Bad Experience with Commercial Tire! Bought tires from the manager Jason there and the tires didnt last more than 15K miles. When we tried to exchange them on a warranty Jason refused. Made up a lie about bad alignment and would not exchange them. Brought them into Discount Tire. They said the alignment was perfect and gave us a great deal on new tires. Never go back to Commercial Tire again.

I was on my way, to a different shop, to get a new tire. My tire was leaking a lot and I had to air it up every other day. I stopped by this place just to get an estimate. They offered to check my tire for a very reasonable price so I agreed. They were able to fix my tire and I saved about $100 dollars. Go here first if you have any tire problems. Driving to salt lake today and as I sit in the passenger seat of my car my husband and I notice a commercial tire truck in front of us swerving, keep in mind we are still in the 65mph zone of the interstate going through pocatello, we pass him and he is fumbling with his phone. I watched his eyes the entire time as we passed and he did not once look up. Due to his lack of defensive driving and overall safety awareness I HIGHLY suggest you make all of your drivers take a defensive driving course regardless of their position in the company.

I have never had a problem with Commercial Tire; in fact, they have been very accommodating and friendly in all aspects of my experience with them. Dont go anywhere else for your tire needs!

Scammers from hell. Im owner operator. My wife called in advance to have a price of 120.00 to have a spare installed here at the Pilot in McCammon. Almost two hours later the service truck showed up, almost two hours later he was done, (he sure took his time so he can charge extra so it would be all completed after hours) charged us twice the quoted price. The tire guy came up with a crazy story that he never heard about the 120.00 quote price and the minimum is 300.00. If I would have known that, I would have driven a few miles down the road to Chris at Jacks Tire and Oil and get it done for $60.00 bucks.I would not recommend these crooks to work on your rig, these guys are operating a predatory business and feed off the desperate truckers. Very sad..Antonio

I had to replace all 4 tires on my car. I price checked all over town. These guys had the best price by at least $50 every time.

Much more affordable than the dealership and didnt try to sell me several things my car didnt need that the dealership had tried to.

I have had several issues with this place and theyve made up for it which keeps me returning. Today they broke the last straw. They told my wife 1-1.5 hrs to change the oil, took them 4+ hrs then they returned the car with a dirty seat, black all over it. They said they will shampoo it but will require another half a day. After we get the seats taken care of were not coming back.I told my co-workers about this story, they were baffled. Then I told them about another experience with commercial that absolutely blew their mind. I think I need to share this story with you since my co-workers are blown away. I think it was last year, I brought my car into commercial because the four tires I bought from them wore completely out in fifteen thousand miles. They were rotated multiple times as advised and they were I believe 45000 mile tires, might have been more. Commercial says they have to check the alignment. They call me later that day saying they cant warranty it because the rear tires are of spec and thats why the tires wore fast. I looked at the invoice they gave me and they were in or really close to spec so they offered a small discount and I believe a discount off the alignment. I had them do the alignment, they called me saying the rear suspension was rusted and they couldnt align it and up forcing a bolt to wear it broke and they told me the whole arm needed replacing because of this bolt. After going back and forth that they broke it therefore should pay for it they settled with splitting the cost half way. My friends today were like WAIT, THEY BROKE IT AND THEY MADE YOU PAY FOR IT?. yup

I called in advance to order 4 tires for my 2009 chevy cruze. The guy I spoke to on the phone (Friday) said hed put the order in and have them ready the following Tuesday. I drove 4hrs up to this location since the Utah locations are a joke and dont do anything...upon driving 4hrs to this crappy commercial tire I was told the order was never placed and my tires were not there, but they could order them and have them arrive on Friday. I decided to give them a second chance....BIG MISTAKE!I drove back up and after another dreaded 4hrs I found out they ordered my tires but did not put my name on them....someone else came in and bought them!!!!I will never recommend this location to anyone!

Ive been lied to so many times when coming to this place!A tire of my car was over inflated causing it to look abnormal after driving on it.It took it here for a new tire and they said it was due to my alignment and that it would mess up all my tires if I didnt get that taken care of for $70+ dollars. Even if it was the alignment that caused it...one was supposed to be done for me for free when I first got the tires which was avoided because they said it wasnt needed. I asked for a tire rotation which was skipped because they said the alignment issue would only mess up the tires being rotated. Going somewhere else from now on! Ill probably check out Big O Tires if I ever need any assistance with tires.

Needed my TPMS reset a couple months ago. Got it reset...left commercial tire with it still blinking when starting my car (was told to drive on it a bit). I drove back to Boise where I live and the light never went off. Checked the psi in my tires, all seemed fine. Went to my mechanic to have them look...said the TPMS was NEVER reset at all!!!My mechanic reset it for free to prove that was the case and because he felt bad the A-Holes at this place never did it and charge me a lot. After he reset it, I drove a couple of miles and BAM...my light went off.I will never trust this commercial tire with anything they say they do!
