Love Joann Fabrics! My Daughter loves to do Crafts and they have everything and more!! The Sales associate was very helpful when I needed help. 🙂🙂♥️

Love this place and all the fun stuff it carries. A little more expensive than I would like, but very fun place to wander.

People are kindly and helpful..I love how alot of items are on sale and on clearance. But I do recommend that there is a electric cart for elderly people to be able shop..I know some elderly potential customers that would love this store.

We couldnt find what we were looking for (fabric dye), and there was nobody around to ask on a Saturday afternoon.The store was definitely not busy at all.When we finally found someone, he pointed us to where it should be.Well, it wasnt. We couldnt find anyone else to ask, so we just left.This is NOT the way you do nor retain business!!!

They do not carry items they used to such as curtain tie backs ....and yet they carry fabrics to make curtains? The store isnt easy to get around and seems to be in a disarrayAll JOANN STORE Locations SHOULD be set up the same way so you can always find what you need. They advertise that they have classes but when I called different JOANN stores and they always say they dont offer classes. I love shopping there as many of us do but someone up the chain needs to make changes. Have a comment box so your shoppers can buy what they need.

Its a craft store. Dont really know what else to say. Walked in found what we needed and we were out! I will say the girl that cut our fabric was beautiful! Also that seem to have bigger selection then most the other craft stores we went to that day!

This place is....BIG! I really have very little need for what they sell but Im sure IF YOU did youll find it here. I found what I needed yay! I did struggle to find someone to measure and cut my item!

Its a decent store. Theyre a bit over priced considering I can run across the street to Hobby Lobby for the same items for about half the price.

I enjoyed my trip here. They were very respectful of my mental and physical health conditions regarding not wearing a mask which means a lot as a military veteran.

Its always kind of Fun to go to Joanns. So many different things to see and test your creative inclinations.

Im not a fan of being dragged whining and yelping into a fabric store. But the folks here are friendly and it doesnt take forever to get fabric cut. So the Mrs. is happy and Im miserable for less time!

Believe it or not they cater to men as well in this store. Was able to make my duck blind out of some really cool camo pattern they had in stock. The ladies were really helpful and steered me in the right direction for my project.

The associates working were quickly returning bolts of fabric into stock and the store was very neat and tidy. When I had made my fabric selection I was using a homemade pattern. The young lady helping me completely understood my convoluted explanation of what I was doing and expertly explained how she was measuring so I could accurately cut the fabric. When I got to the register another associate pleasantly helped me figure out the best coupons to use. I do not recall having a bad experience in this store but this was definitely the best service ever.

We were looking for assistance, but it was very difficult to find anyone, and when we did, he said it was there, next to the t-shirts, but we couldnt find it, so we gave up and left frustrated. The store was not packed not busy, for a Saturday afternoon, and this sort of lousy customer service is totally unacceptable!!!

I usually dont like to give bad reviews however sometimes its necessary. Earlier today I looked at yarn on Joanns website. I was not sure if the color would work for me so I went into the store a little before 5 pm. I asked a gentleman working there if he knew if I could get the same price as the website. He wasnt sure but thought I could. Happy with this response I picked out my yarn. When I got to the cashier and asked the same question she told me she was not authorized to change prices. So I said to her are you telling me I have to leave, place an order online then come back to pick it up if I want the better pricing and she said yes sorry. So I did just that by seven thirty I had the same yarn I tried to purchase two and half hours earlier. Sorry this is an example of horrible customer service. She should have called a manager and had the pricing taken care of when I was there. Im completely unimpressed. Also the other yarn and glue I was going to purchase from Joann I purchased else where. So they got half the sale they would have gotten if I was taken care of on the first trip.

This location has a bit of an issue with keeping the shelves stocked.

I really enjoy this store! Id rather go here than Hobby Lobby. It isnt too crowded with people, the staff is nice and helpful. Plus, they always have such great deals going on with such cute decor and products! This is my go-to place for all things crafty!

Tonight I went in trying to find a specific fabric for a dress for my daughter. Not only was there no one around to help, but they also raised the prices of their clearance items and then marked them what ever percentage off! Something that might have been $12 a yard was marked as $14 a yard and then 50% off! This is one thing that makes me so mad! My family spends quite a bit of money in this store even with the terrible customer service, but this little act right here may change that! The next time we have to make 204 curtains for a school or 100’s of dance or cheer outfits, we will go elsewhere! This store is getting worse and worse.

Sale! But as always, cheerful and helpful staff, and a clean, well stocked store.

I love this store. The prices are not always the cheapest, but the employees have always been really great when I need help. The other fun thing is that because this has been the main craft store in town for so long the other customers will also be helpful when you are working on a project.Sometimes the fabric cutting section can get backed up and you have to wait a bit, but they have a good selection of clothe and often have sales and coupons.Paper pricing is high, but they do have good scrapbook options.

I had quit shopping here..some very bad experiences. Today I had to go there, the other shops didnt have what I was after. I expected the same service as before, and got a huge surprise. Everything that was reduced or on sale actually rang up with correct price, they help was courteous and helpful. So much better than the past. But still didnt get what I went after.

Long waits. Crabby staff waiting on customers. Other staff casually gossiping in the store while long lines form at the cutting table and check out. This is their normal, a Joann Fabric Store standard way of business.

Drove from Idaho Falls to pick up some fabric and they couldnt even let us know they didnt have it.

Excellent customer service! Bex was amazing and an incredible help! She informed me of the app, and waited for me to download it so i could use the coupon. Although i didnt find everything i was looking for, she gave me ideas for other places to look. Outstanding customer service!

Its a great place to go for fabrics, but not for cross stitching. Their DMC floss selection is poor. Very little supplies for cross stitch and almost no patterns. Dont go here if you cross stitch.

This is a great place to shop for fabrics, gift items, quilting supplies, and craft items. Great selection!! Coupons available online and thru their mailing list. Good options for holiday items also. Thumbs up!

My wife loves this store and cant get enough of it. Anything fabric related they have or can get. One thing that makes it very pleasant to shop here is the fact that they send out coupons all the time. Also you can typically use multiple coupons at a time. They also boast a very nice selection of DIY craft supplies. I definitely recommend this store.

A great place to find awesome deals on all your fabric and crafting needs. They have a very helpful staff that is ready and willing to answer your question s and they almost always have some sort of sale going on.

So many fabrics! I am not a seamstress but need fabric and ribbon for projects from time to time. Large selection of all types of crafting supplies. They always stock seasonal holiday items too. Friendly staff.

Liked the variety. Also liked that must things could be found in most oud the Areas that were applicable to their uses. There are a few things like magnets that arent I multiple address so that theyre easier to find.

My wife loves this place -- and when shes happy, Im happy. She does feel like this particular store is sometimes low on items she needs, but thats the only complaint shes ever had. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Had everything I was looking for. I think if management would have seen how the CSR working the day I came in they probably would have fired her. The little red head working in the fabric was awesome!! 5 stars to her she needs a promotion!

JoAnns Fabrics has really good employees they know most often exactly what I need for my projects. I also love the fabric selections.

Best place in town for cosplay supplies. Even has patterns for some really cool cosplays. And if you sine up for there app ya can cosplay on a budget.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I am an art student and all this store has to offer is Crayola crap, overpriced fabric/yarn, and kindergarten crafts. They dont have a drawing section, a painting section, a framing section, or anything else. I went in looking for a sketchbook and they pointed me to a $1.00 pad of paper on their cheap aisle. If you are looking for actual art supplies, you are better off going to Walmart.

I go to Joanns a lot. Customer service is great, they are very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their program is very helpful you have weekly ads at your fingertips, they send notifications thru text and /or email reminding that you coupons will be expiring, sales etc. I continously go to this store because of their staff. I have had many times that I would be looking for an item and they have always went the extra mile by finding me the item if not at their store or online at their website they will find the item and give me the information where I could get the item even if its their compatition

Came in on July 4th and I had to track down an employee to pay after I stood at the register for 10 minutes. No hello, no sorry. The automatic door was off its rails and the other half was opening and closing uncontrollably. Store was clean and organized though.
