The battery in our car went out today so I stopped into Sterling. Louie provided me with clear options between new vs refurbished, and he even went so far as to swap the battery out for me. Now, its admittedly not a difficult thing to do, but Ive changed enough batteries and ruined enough clothing (from battery acid) over the years that I really appreciated that extra bit of service. Prices were reasonable. I wont hesitate to buy a battery from Sterling again, whether its for a car, motorcycle, RV, etc. Great experience.

I took a bad battery into these guys. It was under warranty so they swapped it out. Whenever I buy batteries I will think of them first.
