Brought my jeep in and had them install some speakers in the front. The first time I got it back though my stereo wasnt even turning on, even though everything worked when it was brought in (excluding the front speakers). However they were good about fixing the problem and making it right at no extra charge thank you guys for the help.

People here are fairly knowledgeable (some are substantially more than others). They sell some quality products and do good work. If you do your own work, however, its hard to buy here and not online.

Sales rep lacked DC electric knowledge and experience and gave poor advice and even was a bit overall rude and be littles experienced professionals who have knowledge. My advice is if you do not know the answer for a fact then dont hesitate to tell the customer your not sure and ask someone who knows.

Good install. Our remote start/keyless entry was still going 6 years down the road when our car was finally totaled.

I gave them a difficult project. I had them reinstall a stereo system that I had in a vehicle that had a bad job done on it previously. They were prompt and efficient. had to take it back a couple of times for minor tweaks that could have been avoided. Part of that was that they were working with equipment that they did not sell and werent familiar with. A small part of it was labor quality. Both were remedied quickly.Later I took them a factory job that was having some issues and they were able to get it fixed and did not push a new system by default.Rebecca and Travis are positive and courteous.Thanks
