Strange policies. Not aligned with competitive products.

Called to ask details about products (cold air intakes) but the guy in sales was rude, no help and seemed like I was bothering him. Was going to buy a tuner too, but not now. Sorry I called. Many other products out there with better support.

If you have have a paccar. Dont buy this tuner till they update it. Theyve known since September it needs updated. Kenworth is recalling their trucks and locked out 3rd party tunes. Before the update. Worked great. It wont clear codes will not write a tune. 214 paccar mx-13 epa 13.
