We have had several windshields replaced and many more rock chips repaired over the years at the Pocatello Safelite store. The technicians are professional and very well trained with a great attention to detail.

Their employees almost caused an accident in their company van Tuesday (24 August) morning between shelley and Idaho falls. Zero regard for other drives and cut off 4 people in less minutes. Don’t recommend a company that can’t behave decently.

They did a fantastic job on my window, very reasonable price, using my insurance would have costed more, thank you.

Was able to book an appointment through my auto insurance the day before. Got my windshield replaced 15 minutes faster than promised, and were very friendly on arrival and checkout. Hope I dont have to go back again, but know where to go it I do!

In our RV traveling when we got a chip in the windshield late sunday afternoon. Next morning first thing we located the nearest Safelite. We stopped in without an appointment because we were just passing through. Without hesitation they took immediate care of us. Repaired the chip and had us on her way in very short order. Service was fast courteous professional which is a rare occurrence In today’s business world. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this business to anyone in need a windshield repair or service.

We came in just before they closed with a pretty deep chip and crack from a rock that was thrown by a semi on the freeway. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. She was able to fix the chipped front windshield and after 30 minutes, we were done and back on the freeway with no evidence of any crack or hole. Completely amazed.

Replaced my windshield flawlessly and were really nice, both the receptionist and the technician.

Never could get someone to answer the phone

The first time I used safelite I had a good experience the next time has and has been not so good had a new window installed and it started whistling so I called service department to get it fixed I let them know I was in afton Wyoming and had it done in pocatello so they reschedule to fix the problem I arrived on time and was informed my appointment was in Boise Idaho but the young man seen the problem and tried to fix it on his own nice try but it still whistles cant afford up and down trips to keep trying dont know what to do now

I found them very professional and very good pricing. I will be using them going forward.

Got a crack in the windshield, too long to fix it. But just asked them to drill it in to stop it from spreading. They said they dont even do drilling and just offered me a quote for replacing a windshield. Of course! Its better for me to pay $500 for a new windshield, than a $30 to just have it drilled in! Auto glass pros, who only want to get more money from a client.

We got a bad rock chip while visiting Soda Springs from out of state. I checked online the hours for sat and saw they were open. I called on the phone to double check they were open but got a recording saying no one was available. So we drove the 45 min to get it fixed just to find a sign on the door stating they were closed due to covid. Closing is fine, but it would be so helpful if your locations had actual direct phone numbers to dispense info.

Safelite in Pocatello is fast and filled with very friendly staff. they replaced a windshield to my wifes grand caravan and we are %100 satisfied. Their price was the fairest from all the other places that I Called for quotes. I will be taken my Crown Victoria to them once i put it back on the road this summer for a windshield replacement. Great people.

We were passing a truck on the I-15, about an hour from pocatello, Idaho when a big rock chip hit our windshield. It stated to run, so we needed to get it fix quickly. Safelite takes walkins due to chips. We located safelite in Pocatello. They had us in and out within 30 minutes. Very nice staff. They did excellent work.

Safelite is amazing. I have always heard great things about them. Someone broke out the back window on our Jeep. I had to get it fixed ASAP, because it is winter and it is my husband’s daily driver. I set up my appointment online and was able to schedule a mobile appointment the next day. I was called to verify the appointment shortly after. They have very friendly staff. The mobile service is great. My husband and I work full time, so it was super convenient for them to come to us. The price was fair as well. Highly recommend!

When I called Safelite, the CSR kindly and efficiently made my appointment as well as the arrangements with my insurance to pay for the windshield repair. I went for my appointment the next day and did not have to wait long for a very friendly technician to check me in and take my car. I was told the repair would take about 20 minutes, but it seemed like it was only half that time before the tech returned my car with a smile on his face and no request to pay or fill out any paperwork. He did a good job with the repair, and there were no complications. This is the second time I’ve had to visit Safelite while on a road trip and am very pleased with both experiences.

They are always very kind and will take care of all your needs. My insurance also is helpful with paying them off so I don’t have to deal with any money coming out of my pocket.

Anyone needs auto glass repair, go through Safelite. By far the best service I have every received. I had a bad chip in my front windshield and had to get it replaced... $300. Well along with my awesome insurance (Farm Bureau) I get a $100 deductible. I called safelite last night and they sent Noel out this morning. Took him maybe 45 minutes to replace the glass, and knocked off $50. So I only paid $50 for new glass and for the labor on my car. Plus he cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my car and gave me a huge can of glass cleaner. Almost too good to be true.

Great place. I was getting my windshield replaced. I was late, and they still got it done for me. They also helped out a poor couple whos sun roof had exploded. Nice people.

Always do a great job when I file a claim through my insurance company. They guarantee their work and are willing to come to wherever you have your car. I usually go to the actual location, and the work that they do is quickly accomplished.

I had a rock chip in my windshield and Darius Robertson got it done quickly and very professional! I will never go anywhere else to get my windows fixed again! I couldn’t even find the chip afterwards Darius had to point it out to me and even then it was extremely hard to find!

I was so upset that I got a rock chip on my newer car. Called my insurance and they set me up with safelite. Derek came over promptly, was kind, and did an amazing job. He left and I went to go check it out, and had a hard time even finding where the chip was! I was so happy that he did a good job. Thank you!

Everyone there was so nice and they put the crash wrap on my window and vacuumed out my car for free until the window could be ordered and installed.

I am always able to get right in and they do a very good job fixing the chips and cracks in my windshields. They clean the outside glass all the way around and vacuum the inside carpeting. They are on my insurance companies preferred list also. Easy to get to their location although they only have 3 bays.

I research companies thoroughly before I give them my business: Safelite is known for being “fast” and ultimately that was the selling point for me. What I can tell you is yes, Safelite is fast for rock chip repairs, but windshield replacements? Not so much. It’s at least a two hour wait. Had I known this, I would have made the necessary arrangements. Instead, I was stuck waddling (I’m pregnant) with three young children in tow in 100 degree weather to the nearest play place. It’s not their fault it takes that long but I sure wish they would have mentioned it to me BEFORE the appointment.And that’s another thing: Geico made this appointment for me. I called the number listed on Google to confirm the appointment. Not only was it not their local number but they didn’t freaking answer. I was on hold for a good 40 minutes and never spoke to a human being. All so that I could just confirm that my appointment was scheduled. Sure, I could have created an account online and made an appointment but then what was the point of Geico making it for me? I also tried their national number and it was basically the same story. I didn’t want to waste another minute of my time on hold. Luckily, I did have an actual appointment, but as soon as I got there, not only was I surprised to find very limited parking and a tiny waiting room but then I was told I needed to figure out how to kill time for 2 hours.And then, then after the 2 hours were up I was told that instead of the cost being around $200 it was going to be nearly double that because they needed to replace my windshield holders. Again, not really their fault but it all left such a bad taste in my mouth that I probably won’t go back there again.For the record: they were very professional and did an okay job which is why I gave them 3 stars but again, there are definitely a few things they can do to improve.

Had my windshield repaired by Safelight, after they convinced me to fix a very small chip (that another repair place told me would not spread), but the repair did not hold and is now bigger than it would have been if I had not fixed it at all. Safelight convinced me and I should have not listened. I was told to call and they would fix it without any issue if this were to happen; however, when I called they wanted to charge me roughly $300 to have the crack fixed that should have been fixed to begin with and also would not have spread to begin with. I will no longer be using or recommending Safelite.

Very fast, clean service.

I have full coverage through Progressive and living in Idaho chips in the windshield are very common. I called Progressive to get them repaired and they recommended Safelite. When they came out the technician said that one in a thousand cars with rock chips in the windshield will crack while being repaired. With those odds I thought I had nothing to worry about. The technician called me about 5 minutes after he had started and told me that I needed to come outside to talk to him. Low and behold I was one in the thousand. I thought it wouldnt be a huge deal they would just replace it and I wouldnt have to worry. They told me that it would cost me at $182 and that is with their discount. They take no responsibility and want to charge you for something that they did. I called numerous other places in town and even without a so-called discount they still quoted me less. I will never go back to Safelite nor will I recommend them to anyone in the future

If I could give a 6th star I would. We made an unexpected visit to SafeLite on Yellowstone today after a large truck hurled a rock at our window. It started spreading shortly after and our hope was to catch it before we had to replace the windshield. Only its Christmas Eve and they closed at 1. We pulled up at about 10 minutes after 1. The closing manager opened up a bay for us and fixed our windshield chip saving us a new windshield at the holidays. He didnt have to do that, but were very thankful he did. Merry Christmas!

Outrageously Expensive!!!!!! For a driver side window it cost me $200... The windshield I I had put in somewhere else cost me $80! They did hook me up though. So I got in a fight with some kid and his buddy, I landed a lucky elbow on his friend and so while I was dealing with the other kid he decides to throw a rock through my window.. (won the fight, lost the battle) I didnt have any money so I sold a $1000 engagement ring (we split up) to a couple for $200. I went in they said they could replace it for aaaaround $200, it would have been about $212 but I told him all I had was $200. So they only made $100 profit instead of $112. Haha Dont fight, dont get married, fine someone else to replace your glass.
