I might love this store more than my kids!

Excellent shopping experience. Manager Amy was so helpful and nice. Lots of excellent holiday decor as well as gifts, jewelry, attire, handbags and sports memorabilia. I love shopping here. Support locally owned stores.

This store is overpriced and doesnt really provide anything that cant be bought elsewhere. That being said, the staff is really nice and helpful. I just think the chain itself doesnt provide much. Also, it felt like the store was packed to the brim, even with covid limitations. It seemed like they were counting people at entry/exit. But felt overrated inside. If it wasnt for a very nice staff, I would have been running for the door to leave.

Customer service is awful in this store. We got a call yesterday, Christmas Eve Eve, at 3:24pm saying our package had been delivered and we could come pick it up. We got there less than an hour later at 4:15pm and they suddenly couldnt find the package and said they didnt believe us that someone had called. Seriously?? Why would I waste my time driving there the day before Christmas Eve for nothing? We were there 30 minutes before it was found, this was after being told they didnt have it. So today, we open the box to wrap the items and one of the two things was in the box but the set of two ordered was not. So I call the store. They only just found it this morning. Ok, but no one notified me that a second box had been found until I called to ask where my other items were? After talking with a second manager, Im told, We never do this! We have never taken packages for Hallmark before because its an inconvenience. Well, so is having to drive to the Paper Store on Christmas Eve when I am a store manager myself and I have to be in my own store in an hour to close. Cant you have someone else get it? On Christmas Eve? As a store manager who goes out of her way for her customers, I would have figured out a way to get this to my customer. Instead, my daughter will be one present short tomorrow and I will never waste a single penny in this store again. Its great being called an inconvenience by the way. I would have fired whoever spoke to my customer that way.

The Paper Store has been my familys jeweler for over 20 years. The attendants are very honest, trustworthy and works hard to give the customer the best value and service possible. I highly recommend this store for all your rings, classic watches and other jewelry items at very affordable prices. Hats off!!

Not the Hallmark of yesterday, I miss the fresh fudge and more comfortable atmosphere that made Hallmark a great company. They still have a great selection and gift ideas galore.. Can not give them 5 stars without a better shopping experience here. Not one employee acknowledged me or ask if I could find anything. Almost felt left alone until getting to the register.

Too crowded...waited in a very long line..no one standing 6 feet apart...they should of let so many people in...but store was crowded

My young girls love this store. I just walk in with them and act like the bank.

I go through a lot of Thank You cards and I love the selection here, they always so many good options at good prices that I end up deliberating on which to buy. They also have cute notebooks which I dont need but buy anyways. I just wish that for once the information I fill out for the in store cards would actually get saved.
