We love light houses. Great collection and very friendly service. Good deal prices. Delighted to find pretty cute local things and T-shirts!

I visited this store with my 2 daughters (who happen to be mixed race on the darker-skinned side). We browsed for about 10 mins before deciding on 4 items to purchase (an anklet $9.99, a jar of local honey $15.99, a puzzle $12.99 and a coffee mug $12.99 for a total cost of $52.96). The sales associate (perhaps the shop owner) rang in the items and they totaled $74.38 - my daughter said, “Wow, $74 for 4 things?!?” To which he replied, “Yup, these things add up.” By this time, I had already handed him my card to swipe (he does not have one there on the counter to swipe it yourself), but as I think about what we just purchased, it’s actually NOT adding up. As he is handing me my receipt (which is NOT itemized) I ask him to please recheck the amount. He proceeded to remove the 4 items he just bagged and spread them on the counter, then looks at his register receipt and sees that he charged us $9.99 twice. He refunded me the $10.61 and we headed out the door and met with my mom who was waiting outside. The amount still wasn’t sounding right to me, but remember, I didn’t have an itemized receipt, so I decided to chalk it up as a loss. No sooner did we get our bags together that were outside with my mom did this man come out and start accusing my daughter of shoplifting a second damn anklet. He had her empty her pockets and even had me empty the bags that were outside with my mom the entire time!! Needless to say, he did NOT find any stolen merchandise - and I definitely got a refund on my purchase. (Photo of receipt added to photos to prove that I AM talking about the right store, and these events DID take place there - I saw a review from another customer who was accused of shoplifting and the owner’s response was that the customer must have been confused about which store he was at)I believe the man charged me $22.99 for the puzzle rather than &12.99, but I still can’t be sure - I just know that there were only 5 items on the sales tape attached to his register.Really long story short, if u do shop here, watch how he rings in your items and be aware of racial profiling. My daughter handled the situation way better than I did, but she did break down and cry immediately after and also let me know that the man had been following her around the store and making her uncomfortable the entire time we were in there (she is 16 years old).

This gift shop is by far the best in Plymouth. The selection of affordable gifts and trinkets is incredible. The staff and the owner, Jon always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Do not miss your opportunity to view the best gifts available on the Plymouth waterfront!

The owner is extremely nice. I always choose to go here over the other souvenir places in town. Great selection and it is always clean in there. Also, a lot more puzzles than any other place in town!

I have visited The Cranberry House for gifts on numerous occasions. I drive School Bus and Plymouth is an annual stop after New England Aquarium in Boston. I usually am greeted by the owner who always has a smile and warm greeting. He is always helpful if I have a specific gift in mind. I have never been disappointed in any of my stops. I would recommend this location as one of your “Must Stops” if you visit Plymouth.

A pleasant little shop full of good quality Knick knacks and shirts. The atmosphere was nice and it was not crowded like some of the other places along the strip. Overall a nice place with a little bit of everything! If you are looking for some nice little souvenirs to take home this is the place.Sincerely,The Oppossum people ;)

In the ten minutes I saw the owner scream at one of his employees for unpacking “too much stuff” and then he accused my wife of shoplifting and searched her purse. Needless to say he found nothing. The shop seemed nice but the owner is despicable.
