Nice people. Clean store. Good products. We rented tubes and floated down the Pemi from Livemore to the Plymouth town launch. Excellent trip. When I needed to pump up my own tube for boating the next day the folks at Plymouth Ski and Sport did it for me while I returned the rental tubes. No charge, no hassle, just a good service.

I had an atrocious experience at Plymouth Ski & Sports Inc.A little about me and why I went. I spent the last dozen years serving our country, in United States Marine Corps. After being medically and honorably discharged, as a combat decorated veteran of the golf war, I moved to NH, in Oct of 2017.I enjoy walking my dog daily, yet last winter made this challenging. I decided to save some money, and get cross country skis for me and my dog. I spent most of the winter working a second job to save money, and when I finally had enough saved, I went into Plymouth Ski & Sport resort, as it had the best reviews within a decent drive from where I reside. The salesperson, a gentleman who is for most part bald, and I believe wears glasses, was assisting me. I infomed him of what I was looking for, and that I prefer something durable, in which he suggested and sold me items that came to just under $500.The first time I used them, was that weekend. My dog and I went about a mile across the lake before my dog crossed in front of me, while going maybe 3 mph, which caused me to fall down, and the plastic clasp holding the boot onto the ski broke. I then walked back in only ski boots for a mile, which was very uncomfortable to say the least.I went back to the store the following weekend, which was within the second week of purchasing my items, and the same salesperson was there. He took my ski, looked at my clasp, and asked me what happened. I explained what I mentioned above. In return, he called me a liar, then told me in a stern and demeaning tone that if this ever happens again, we are not going to help you, so I don’t know what you are going to do, you better figure it out yourself next time, then took the ski and went in the back to fix it, which took him less than five minutes. He then came back, and forcefully pushed the ski in my hands and walked away.I never expect anyone to be treated this way, especially after paying almost $500, which took me almost the entire winter to save for, and as I explained to him, that I cannot do anything too physical because of my physical disabilities due to my military service.I have been upset at this for months, and was not sure if I should post this, but as the winter approaches again and I pass by looking at my skis, in which the same part broke a second time that following weekend as I was trying to attach my boot to the ski, I am reminded of such a horrible experience and how I would rather not even go back to ask them about it a second time and just go somewhere else to get better quality items and a better experience, and share my experience with you.

Great shop, lots of sales in January on winter gear, gloves, skis, boards, boots, skates, etc. Used gear very well priced for little kids on up! Save the time from searching online and go get stuff here!

Great selection of premium, discount, AND clearance gear for everything youd want to do outdoors. Friendly, helpful, non-pushy salespeople, and, my personal favorite, freshly washed thick socks with which to try on hiking boots.

Obviously check out the other reviews, too, but I haven’t had a great experience. They seem knowledgeable. I have average size feet and wasn’t impressed with their limited selection of socks.
