Cashier lied to me. I specifically asked if the $5.00 target circle credit was applied, she said yes, and it was not. I discovered when I returned home which now requires me to return to the store to get the $5.64 refund for her overcharging me and not being truthful.

Josh, the manager at this Target, was awesome in handling my issue. His associates were great at understanding the situation and passing it along to the right people. I accidentally left some items under my cart like the ditz that I am, and he was so helpful in tracking it down and getting my items for me. Thanks!!!

Target sells gift cards but does not provide a gift/activation receipt. You find this out after purchasing and then there is nothing they can do to help you. It’s policy. Can’t return them. You’re locked in. Whole Foods, kohl’s and Walgreens offer the receipts.

Target never fails me. Everything I need is usually always at Target. Quality is always good. Customer service - Ive never ran into any issues. Although depending on the location - it may be slow, but other than its always good.

The products, especially the Good & Gather, are excellent quality products. However, it is difficult to find help when you need it. If you do find help, they are often quite busy, but they eventually will help.

Madison in electronics/cellular was phenomenal. I had the BEST experience dealing with some frustrating and difficult cell phone issues.

I really do not care for this stores layout, it took me 20 minutes to find batteries with no help because every employee seemed to be too busy. This is one of my least favorite Target stores.

This review is solely about an online experience. The store had an item I had been searching long and hard for. Maybe I misused the Target app in my initial search but found out this store had it using my browser. After that I changed stores on my app, ordered it and it got confirmed. Anticipated picking it up the next day but surprise surprise my order was ready for pickup and they had extended hours. Score!My expectation was low on service speed because it was about 10pm, but upon arrival and parking in a clearly marked area I tapped the arrival link. The app warned of a possible delay based on how many people may be there (I think maybe one other person was waiting) and before I could finish reading an employee was already at my car. Put in my trunk, a thumbs up, and off I went to home. That was to slick. Might have to try it again!

Target should improve on checkout experience. There is always many customers in the waiting lines, still many registers remains closed. Instead Target should open more registers to reduce the waiting times for the customer for their checkouts.

Their selection is great when they actually have things in stock. I understand the pandemic has affected fulfillment, but it’s been a problem long before covid-19.

This is the worst place to go. I Placed an order for the PS5 and it said I got one and got the confirmation number. Later I looked and it said I never got one. My card got charged for it too. No one is good help with customer service and didn’t help me.

Overall, shopping experience at any Target is always great. This store is no different. In fact, associates at this store goes extra mile to help you, wish I remembered the name of associate who went all the way. Its always well presented, things are easy to find. Now that cleanliness is important now more than ever because of COVID-19, they do disinfect all self-checkout lanes/stations after every single customer. Shopping carts are cleaned for every customer.

Diane in the self check out area is quite rude. First she acted put out when I needed assistance, then she acted like I was stupid. Her attitude quickly changed when I asked for her name for a review. Your performance is way under par Diane.

Target stores are clean, organized, beautifully laid out, well-stocked with quality but reasonably priced merchandise, and safe. The employees are courteous, helpful, professional and extremely conscientious about Covid-19 precautions. I feel so much safer (and happier) shopping in any Target store than in ANY Walmart store - and I have been to both in the past couple months. Every time I walk into a Target store, there is an employee at each entrance cleaning and sanitizing every single shopping cart. On my last visit, I even noticed that there were free masks available at the entrance in case you did not have one. The employee at the checkout lane was thoroughly sanitizing EVERY SINGLE surface between each and every customer - the conveyor belt, the credit card terminal, the glass over which she scanned items, everything. Above and beyond what I would have thought was necessary. The Plymouth store that I visited on Sunday was SPOTLESS! It exceeded my expectations.

Usually I have a good experience at Target, but today I was asked to provide receipt for a bike that still had barcode attached (doesnt it trigger alarm?) Not happy at all, just saying

Horrible customer service. Super rude employees. Had a girl at the guest service counter throw me my bag of stuff for order pickup and go back to her phone. It’s mostly young people who work there too. I suggest better training since there’s clearly a lower expectation for the gen x people.

MJ IS THE BEST! A week ago I accidentally placed My “Drive up” as a “Pick up” instead since this is my first time using this app. SHE WAS THE SWEETEST, I Called Customer service, and within 1-2 minutes she came outside with my bags, I apologized. She told me “No need to apologize it’s okay!” She even offered to help me with the app! Now I finally know how it works ugh. Remind you it was 84 degrees outside Bless her!

What is wrong with Aby! she works at the customer service counter. I am business owner and never seen such a terrible customer service. She was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. She needs training ASAP on how to treat customers. The same treatment we get when we buy is the the same treatment we expect when we return product one out of thousands.I love this target and the people that work there..

I have been shopping at Target Maple Grove . But I got so frustrated . Employees stocking the shelves. No room in the aisle. I usually ended up at Cub because the inventory . Went to Plymouth. The aisles were clear and the store had everything I needed. PLUS the employees were very helpful and friendly!! What a great experience. Thank you!!💟💟

The store was clean and the staff was polite. This Target is one of my favorites! Generally they are well stocked.

I shop here and I like it on the most part, but the one in Median is run better in my opinion. Yes, the Plymouth location is a Super Target with a full grocery section, but they have a huge problem with items always being out of stock. Every time I go to the Plymouth Target, theres always something out of stock that Im shopping for. And Im not just talking food stuff, Im talking other stuff as well. The Target in Medina is rarely out of stock of items Im shopping for. Whos ever in charge of inventory at Plymouth should probably be replaced or get better training.

Never have I ever felt so targeted, I was racially profiled by Plymouth Target’s security and it was a huge wake up call for me. Just like everyone else, I was walking out of target with my sister, the security card waved and said have a good night to the people ahead of us, but stopped us asking for our receipts, then apologized saying there’s certain items they are checking for. After he realized we paid for our items, he let us go. Not a good look especially with what is going on. #JUSTICEFORGEORGE

Best stocking and merchandise out of all local Targets. Manager (Chris, I think?) is attentive, hardworking, and helpful. Many employees are sort of not who were used to seeing - gender non-conforming, transgender, and similar, I guess (though I dont know their personal lives), and I appreciate that. Just did a drive up pick up and a woman working for target came up to my car in the pick up lane to say it’s for pick up only. Yes, that’s why I’m sitting here. Just sitting here a couple minutes before I drive away. Better costumer service would be appreciated.

The recent remodel has effectively transformed a tired big box atmosphere into something more modern, upscale and pleasant. The grocery section was well stocked, including quality produce. Generally an improved shopping experience compared to before the updates. Self checkout and staffed checkout lanes are too slow, a weak spot in an improved store.

This location has made great strides over the years in improving layout of store and friendliness of staff. Watch prices here, though, on items like toys and sporting goods. Wish they would return to more basic clothing offerings. I don’t care for the re-vamped high end selection. This is Target, not Nordstrom.

Good selection of stationery.

They have lots of good stuff, typically what we need, but this particular time we were looking at bed sets and looking for a garage can. The garbage can ended up being in the sporting good section which was surprising, especially because we found other garbage cans in a different part of the store. As for the bed set, I was just looking for a plain, dark grey, queen sized bed set and could not find anything I liked or that even fit that description. If you get bored, though, just go to the home decor section and reorganize the block letters.

Very clean, friendly employees and good prices. Like other places, they start to give kids the option to taste some fruit while the shop with mom and dad. Also cookies were fine, but fresh fruit is a healthier move!Good selection of vegetable, meat and cheese. There is a pharmacy too.

So. Busy. I love target but I hate how crazy busy it always is here. Common and/or sale goods are always out of stock it seems and the workers arent overly helpful or friendly. Also, the lines are always super long at checkout, its not uncommon to wait a good 20+ min to check out. If you go at off times its easier to get what your looking for and not run into crowds but there is still usually quite a wait to check out.

Has a better selection of food than the Medina Target. But, Ive gotten food here several times that was past the expiration date without noticing it (like this yogurt I picked up yesterday). Unfortunately, one of these times my toddler also went to school with moldy lunch.

This used to be a good Target but now it’s a store I’m going to avoid. There are other options. It’s always poorly stocked, feels more like a K-Mart or Walmart in the ghetto. Except this store isn’t in the ghetto. I’m not sure who is to blame for this store being consistently the worst stocked Target store I’ve ever been to, but they need to go, and this store needs to get its act together.

Timely and accurate service.

My girlfriend and I went in to Target on Memorial Day weekend and visited the Starbucks inside. That is where we met Rich. Rich was working all by himself. I watched as he tended to a crowd of customers, speaking to each and moving with speed. He accidentally dropped my girlfriends sandwich (the last one), and responded by hand delivering the oatmeal she had to settle for and giving her a free drink for her next visit. Service and people like Rich are rare. We wanted to say thanks!

Good Target store. Have a lot of self checkout lanes now to get you quickly out of the store. Also have the attached liquor store with an okay selection of local craft beers. Starbucks inside at the northeast corner. Its a SuperTarget so you can get your groceries as well.

No changing station in the family restroom...Are you kidding me? The changing station, instead, is in the large bathrooms in front of the store and they’re located directly next to the super loud hand dryers. My baby was terrified by the sound, and I could hear another baby terrified in the women’s restrooms. Store must have been laid out by a millennial-aged store planner who doesn’t know a thing about children. Get it together Target.

They extended their hours so I really enjoy that. I like coming here after my naps so the extended hours are a plus! The service and workers here are great. They know where everything is and when returning things, they make the process easy.

Stock & selection is usually good, and check out times are relatively quick, but check out personnel need some customer service training. Im not interested in how long your shift is, or how much your feet hurt. Im interested in you quickly getting me out of this store.

Plymouth Target ladies at the service desk are always so helpful and notice if you have been waiting for a while They will make a point to tell you when your turn will be, usually next up. That is why I shop there.

This target is frequently out of the items I need. Specifically anything needed for a baby is usually not in stock. Last time I needed formula they told me it would be in in four days.Seems like the universe is telling me to try Costco

Remodel is complete. Overall look to store is very nice, except the need to dodge support pillars. Seems like they have improved some selections but others are now more limited.. especially in kitchen wares.

The last three visits your shelves have been EMPTY of essential items. I have to spend half my time trying to find a worker to ask if the I tem is in the back and 50% of the time it’s not.
