Staff was very attentive and curtious

I have shopped at this Staples for years. They have a large selection of office supplies, computers & peripherals, office/computer 💻 furniture. They have very competitive prices, an excellent and helpful staff and an excellent store manager. Also have à rewards program which allows you to accumulate store credits from purchases that are regularly converted into checks that can be used to purchase Merchandise in the store. You can also receive credits for printer ink cartridges you recycle by turning them in at the store.

Your standard Staples store. There are currently great back to school sales on things like notebooks. I have found the staff to be very helpful. When I didnt know how to scan and fax, the attendant at the copy center gave me great instructions. The lines at checkout were short, actually no line this time.

I had a problem with a printer I purchased several months ago that was now outside of the normal return window. All of the employees, including the store manager, were very understanding and helpful. They addressed my concerns in a professional manner and helped me resolve the issue.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable on the issues with my computer. Was a little disappointed when went to pick it up, found similar issue on the computer and other techs could not resolve and did not know what Jason had done. Returned next day and Jason had resolved the issue and it works great.

I needed to find something after I decided on what I wanted to purchase but could not find anything. Got to the checkout to ask, and the floor help said he knew where to find it and there was only one. Was what I needed, so I am thankful that they could help.

Very nice knowledgeable staff. The online price was cheaper than the store price they had no problem honoring it. Also, signed up for rewards program. Up to 5% back and $2 back for recycling ink cartridges, as long as you spend $30 on ink there.

Needed a new Stapler as mine was about 30 years old. Found one I liked and bought it. Was a good price and can staple 20 pages.

Cant wait to go back.

Catherine, the store manager has no customer service skills at allBad service. We request assistance with scanning and printing documents self-service, she wouldnt help out. There is a sign in the area call for assistance if you need to Catherines response: I can do it but will cost you more and walked away.

I love this place! It has everything you could want from an Office Supply Store.

Sent a fax instead on allowing me to pay at counter lazy person told me to check out at register which the person before was allowed to pay why not me so had to had to wait for 5 people failed at customer service

Very helpful staff who checked inventory for my item, left the store with everything I needed.

Beware. Was upsold a Lenovo U510 Ultrabook Ideapad and Complete Care Plan by Easytech Andy. Was assured of the systems stability with the classic I own one of these myself and have never had an issue shtick. System didnt last 6 months under normal text-based work. Hard drive failure. Merely 4 months into ownership and Lenovo will not fix without a charge, Complete Care will not help due to the manufactures warranty, and the store basically told me that they make no guarantees of anything and have no responsibility (Managers exact words). They got my $850.00. I got bupkis. I would not recommend buying anything from Staples under any circumstances. This review was typed on my 10 year old Gateway laptop that I purchased at Best Buy.
