Work directly with the gentleman whose first name is matt. Absolutely prime time professional. Not only was he working with me he helped sell items but kept his attention on what we were doing as I was trying to sell some old items and liquidate other things to get cash. Fair and fully understands the marketplace. If you need to sell something come to this place because theres none better in the area.Furthermore the sales floor is wide open and has a variety of items and I saw two people come in here to buy tools which says a whole lot about the quality of items and the professionals that are willing to come here to purchase those items. Believe it or not I went in with brand new tools that I bought at a good price and they offered me more then I would have thought for the tools. Very fair on the price they paid for the tools I brought in.

Matt is the man and I sold some sueing machines and a ring to him and I got a great price for both items. I always love to come in and check out the cool stuff they have in the store.

This place is awesome! We sold a game system there, and the price they paid was more than fair. It’s definitely a better deal than trading in at places like GameStop.The store was nice and clean and quiet. Matt & his staff made me feel like family. I would never go elsewhere. The Pawn outlet in Pleasantville NJ is the Best around . i tell all my friends & family to go there for any of their pawn needs.

I have been a customer since 2011 and I have always received a fair price for my used electronic devices. The staff is friendly and the dont try to take advantage of their customers. I recommend going here when you want to sell your used items.

As far as customers service they need help.Only one person that I wish I knew hes Name...but here is the description tall heavy set brother...hes the only one good one ....everyone else sucks they must forgot the with out us customer they aint nothing......Some of them will try to over charge

Ive gotten an offer of 5 dollars from them, went somewhere else and was offered 60! I know that things are worth differently to different people... but this is just idk... every single time..maybe cause the dude inspecting the stuff seems annoyed to have customers and is ridiculously quick to look at the item. ...I dont know though just a guess.🤣

Nothing, shady people walking in with it looks like stolen goods. Nobody questioned. Cash converters will take a pic of the sellers in case of stolen and will exploit the theives. I saw people with these construction tool, who probably could not even spell tool walk in and get a small amount of cash and the owner did not even question anyone. Also the staff is a bunch of arrogant punk kids. What a dump

Not a pawn loan shop so they say i tried to pawn my ps4 for about 2weeks they told me they would only make 4$ profit i can sell it or leave with it so i left with it lol they suck dont go

They do not help the community at all . Came in to get a loan for a week . And gave me the run around . First trip after I called to verify brought in a PS3,PS4 and other electronics and turned me down. Told me to come back with something else . Told him I lived a half an hour away Came back with a $1,000.00 movado watch and couldnt even give me a $200 loan for a couple of days . I asked him both trips what would be and idea of what to bring in . And hey replied just bring in what u got . Like I was going to keep wasting gas .Worst place. If your going to be advertising for loans . Just say gold ......
