I would never go there again I bought a phone yesterday at 47 N. Main St. Pleasantville, NJ. The lady I thought would transfer all my information well I didnt check the phone when I got home my important apps were not on the phone. The next morning around 8:30am I tried to use the phone it kept on saying call ended at least 5 times. I went back to the store at 9:30am because on the website it said open at 9:30 am. It did not open till 10:05. I told the same lady I want my money back because the phone doesnt work. She said I cant give you your money back. I said you didnt tell me all sales are final. She said why do you have such an attitude? So I am stuck with a 300 dollar that doesnt work. The best advertisement is word of mouth. If Metro by T-Mobile does not investigate this person and right my situation it would be ashame because she is representing Metro by T-Mobile

One of the employees changed my google account password without my consent. She said she knows how to transfer the phone numbers and pictures without me having to log in but did not know she changed the password until I received an email. Do not allow them to scam you !!!!

I had the best experience here at Metro!! I went on a Sun to pay my bill, and decided to upgrade to a 5G cell also while I was here. The lady was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the best phone for me, once I explained how I use my phone. I even decided to get a case and gorilla glass to go with my phone! I WILL NOT go back to the EHT store anymore, the lady even went out of her way to help me set up my phone with all my apps and pics. She will be seeing me next month now! 😁

First of all they had the 4 free phones if u got the 4 lines for 100 and they never told us that they were going to gives us 4 free phones and they were trying to charges us 256 dollars for 2 Samsung j7 and we were still going to pay extra for the 2 other phones we had so what we did is that we went to the one in eggharbor and the guy was very nice and polite and he gaves us the 4 free phones and the 4 lines for 100 dollars for 160$ for us that was a good deal.so dont go to the one in Pleasantville they will try to rob u for your money I they should get new staff that know what they are doing not like those woman

Had the worst experience here trying to pay my parents bill they made me go to my car three times in the heat first time I went they going to tell me I have to wait 1 hour to pay my bill . Didn’t put a sign at the door that the system was updating and when I asked why they didn’t put a sign up they said that they don’t do that and I left and came back again trying to pay the bill and I had to walk to the store they told me I couldn’t use my husband card . So I had to walk all they way to my car and they both lady’s gave me attitude and told me customer isn’t right . I have never been treated like that and told that the customer isn’t right here and they didn’t even want to help .

If your intention is to see a representative (LUISA) sitting on her ass with her feet up while chatting (personal phone call) on her cellular phone (earplugs) while trying to resolve your cellular phone issues, then, thats the place for you to go. Lets not forgot the remark of: Lets see if Fatima (the other representative) can do miracles with your phone. Minutes later, she left the store to according with her, to purchase water.
