Store manager was nice. But, said that in 10 years of working at this store, hes never heard of anything called vitamin K.....wow

People think all cvs pharmacies are the same. But its not true. The cvs pharmacy in Pleasantville is awesome. The staff that work in the pharmacy are all so great. They take my health seriously. I like them all but Janet is my favorite employee. She is very helpful. This pharmacy is a true asset to our community.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. I came up to the register to buy my items no one was there. after patiently waiting for 5 mins with another customer waiting behind me, the cashier named Austin came up and said “ Is the self check out broken ?” .. That was very rude and unprofessional.

In the cvs overhearing a pharmacy employee criticize a woman who wanted a covid test for her child because she is concerned about her childs cough. A pharmacy employee. While were still in a pandemic. With a new strain beginning to make its way through the population. New job much?

Janet in the pharmacy knows everyone by name and is terrific. She is the best!

Found what I needed and checked out fast. Prefer CVS because of the post mail & in-store coupons.

Terrible pharmacy

I went there for Daughters passport photos. The store girl took my daughters photos and then printed her so-called passport photo. The photos were no way passport size. It was taken so far off - almost entire body was printed as passport photo. And then she wouldnt cut the photos to 2x2 sizes. I asked her to cut the photos. She said she wouldnt do that because she didnt have photo cutter. On my insistence she then cut with a small knife. And what a horrible photo cut it was !! The ends were not straight and aligned and it looked so unprofessional And these were simply ugly photos. As expected the photos were rejected by passport acceptance office. This was my second CVS store on that same day that couldnt take simple passport photo properly. This CVS was however the worst one in terms of customer service. I will never ever visit again a CVS store for passport photo.

I went to the store to pick my eye drop, they said it need to be ordered, after getting calls from robots machine to tell me my order was back order till April 7 I call the store and I was told possible will be ocean city or mayslanding store,I just think it’s not right to make me wait couple days to told me I have to keep waiting on my infected eye, I call my doctor and Changed order to pharmacy Walgreens it took me half hour to get it.

Customer service and staff have been consistently nice and helpful every time I go in.

Spectacular service and help from Janet H. The medication wasnt in stock, however Janet was very helpful to assist in finding another pharmacy and the medication. Her demeanor was so pleasant and professional.

The pharmacist here was beyond unpleasant, she was very unprofessional with her conduct and demeanor. I wasnt very surprised with her mannerism and how shed handled the particular situation this morning. Ive encountered the same attitude from her this past spring. Im very disappointed with ethics of professionalism she displayed even after giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe shes having one of those days. Everyone is entitled to having at least one of those days! Clearly, she isnt! After having expressed that I no longer wish to purchased the specific brand name prescription that were being offered. She blatantly shut the pharmacy window in my face. I was quite embarrassed and appalled. I have never experienced such horrific act and insult from an individual through my everyday encounter, let along from a national corporation such as CVS. -For all the ways you care Expect something extra Truly amazing how someone can be that despicable and be one of your key member to represent the face of such a big corporation.

Very clean, great location, terrible people hang around outside but that is typical for pleasantville, the police department in the city is terrible.
