I went to Dr Nicole Pritz for a normal vision visit. I am diabetic and dr Pritz found some problems and issues that prevented me from having very bad issues with my retina. Thanks to Dr Pritz I was able to avoid major issues. Her knowledge and expertise is reassuring when you have no idea what to expect. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand not like I was a Dr that should know what she was talking about.

I had something in my eye - they made room for me immediately, and had both Dr.’s Pritz and Gray take a look. They were very smart and capable. Fixed me up quickly and professionally. Their staff was great as well. Also - They take Covid prep and precautions seriously.Highly recommend. If I needed an eye doc, I would definitely make the trip back - AND, they are open on weekends!

I’ve been a patient at Drs. Pritz & Gray Eyecare for 30 years. Their careful attention to my vision’s changing needs is extraordinary. Despite various challenging conditions, I enjoy clear eyesight thanks to their state of the art technology and expertise.The friendly staff creates a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone goes out of their way to help with insurance questions and sudden health needs that may arise. They are trustworthy, kind professionals and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Today I made my 1st visit to Pritz & Gray Eyecare... I was quite impressed with your services.. top equipment & on top of that I didnt need eyedrops to dilate my eyes. To have the exam... No wait... Awesome 👍. Thanks Pritz & gray...👍🤗

Very poor staff. Long waits and old dirty equipment and office. Front desk slightly rude no matter when I went there. I looking for a better place. The doctors are fair in their knowledge but seem to be more about the money then their patients. That’s just my opinion.

They exam my eyes twice for my contact lense, i still cant see, i paid 115$ for my glasses but cant see anything, which i think my insurance covered Mosy of it, i just added the transition lense. The glasses is 3-4 timesthicker than my 59.99 for2 pairs with exam included at americasbest, still using them, at americasbest I only have to do everything once, for the trial contact lense, I only have to put it in my eyes and everything cleared out perfectly, here they keep saying give it 10 minutes, but nothing changed. The lady at the glasses station said that the frame i picked out is too big, why too big? Because it fit my face? she didnt known that the man works there recommended that frame because it fit my face. She said just take the glasses for the weekend, i said no, why do i have to when I cant use it, she was staring at me like i did something wrong. Dont act like that, do a better job, then they told me to come back to do everything over again, I dont think i have enough patience and time to spend to do everything over. I dont even want to come to pick up my glasses. Wasted too much time already.SoDONT COME HERE, such a waste of time and money, because at the end, you still have to go to somewhere else to do everything over again.

Why is this place so AWFUL?Heres why;- Rude customer service- Waiting takes forever...- Upsell unnecessary services- So call themselves Doctor dont cure or do much for patient.- WAY OVER CHARGE on EVERYTHING! Is way over priced here.- After paying for exam, dont & wont give me PD measurement.- Glasses takes too long to make & dont offer new coating.- Without paying extra for premium lens, standard lens is so AWFUL!By far the worst place Ive ever been in to get eye glasses & exam, will never ever go back there ever again!Hope my review able to improve this horrible place in the future.For now is -1 star from me.Good Luck finding another stupid customer like me to go into your store.

The doctors were great. The supplental staff was disgusting. The treat minorities as if they should be happy to be there. The ordered me a specific type of glasses because they thought that was what I could afford. Theresa and her office manager were disgusting. I will not ever return.

Everytime I go here they are extremely professional, got my glasses really quickly, explained how my insurance worked i was prepared to pay more and then they got my glasses for way less money, awesome place

Terrible staff hospitality. Communication within employees lacks 100%.Receptionist gave me the wrong appointment time, then denied it to my face after speaking with me on the phone and making me wait at the office for half an hour.Once I approached them about my waiting time, receptionist gave me an attitude and I proceeded to rather leave the premises. This was the second or third time been at this office and it has never been favorable or a pleasure.Rating them a one star is even too much.

Doctors are unbelivably rude. Told us that we wouldnt understand what astigmatism was and then didnt want to explain. Dont work as a Dr. if you cant handle patients. Also the wait time is ridiculous only to be met with awful service. Rudeness and ignorance at its finest.

They get the job done but the customer service is very rude, nobody at that front desk is being paid low enough to treat me like im ordering food at a mcdonalds. out of the three-four times i call a year, i get one nice person to speak to for maybe 30 seconds. if youre asking for a copy of your script or anything that isnt ordering contacts or scheduling an appointment, youre asking for too much.

Doctors are nice but the staff and their attitudes are horrible and they talk about you under their breaths to other coworkers.
