So I love my coffee, Lattes especially. Wawa has always been my go to for the simple fact they usually make them yummy. Problem now is on top of everything thats gone up in price, they have decided to charge an EXTRA 50¢ for 1 SHOT, which technically should be included in the latte. I mean when you look up latte its Literally the 1ST!!! INGREDIENT. Its basically like charging extra for the bread for a sandwich 🥪!?! I would just like to know which clever CEO agreed to ROB!! customers out of an extra 50 cents of their hard earned cash!! every time they decide to buy a latte. Please give me some answers????

I really like to buy candy here and the service is always so good. One time I was having trouble with some sushies I got and instead of being annoyed at the fact I was having a lot of trouble, this person helped me which Im really thankful for! 🧸

All in all a pretty clean store, employees need a little cleaning up. On one occasion, two employees sat in front of the only open register while I was waiting to be rung out and talked to each other. They didn’t talk while they rung me out, they waited until they were done talking and then one of them started to ring me out. On a second occasion I attempted to speak to an employee and she completely ignored me and walked away. Pretty rude staff.

Wawa is always great except for store #970 off of the Atlantic City Expressway at exit 5. Coffee empty, sugar empty, trash on the floor, Several steps down from most Wawas. That Wawa gets two stars...

Not too crowded was there late afternoon on Saturday food was good and they made it quickly. The parking lot was crazy but thats mostly from the gas station and the people filling up tires with the free air machine probably get worse when they finish the new building and its open.

This morning I left Atlantic City and stopped into this wawa for a quick coffee with my brother, and I’m happy I did. I had the please of having “Takeia from the Bronx” as my cashier and she was such a breath of fresh air! The energy she gives off is truly amazing and I feel like she needs to be recognized. I always say, a smile goes a long way and she definitely exceeded that! You can tell she loves her job and brings happiness to strangers all day long. I appreciate you, Takeia! Keep smiling, it does make a difference! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong, I didn’t have my coffee yet!)

I cannot comment on the service at this Wawa’s gas station because there is NO service! NJ does NOT offer self service at its gas stations but you would not know that here because I waited TEN minutes before driving away and I saw no attendants in sight at 10:15pm

Nice place.. The staff is very courteous and friendly.. Their sandwiches are delicious hot & cold. I didnt get any gas here but there is a bunch of pumps..

I dont understand how they were nearly out of cheesesteak beef at 12am. Tried to get me to substitute for a chicken cheesesteak after I waited 7-8 minutes to be told they didnt have enough beef for the hoagie. Are you serious?

Only Wawa on my trip to and from work. Good service, decent quick food. Its your average wawa, nothing special, but nothing bad either, and always clean

Idk why, but I hate that every night they only have the mildest coffee brewed and ready. But not everyone drinks mild, I should be able to go in and get some Cuban roast at any time. Especially when this is right outside of Atlantic City. Plenty of employees who rely on that boost of energy for all types of crazy work hours.

I’d rate it ZERO if I could. This is Wawa is literally the worst Wawa I have ever been to considering it’s somewhat new. Whenever you order a Junior the machine makes it a classic or the Sandwich makers alter it. Whoever makes the sandwiches around 8:00pm suck. They’ll add things to your sandwich you didn’t want or won’t put things you paid for. I have contacted Wawa headquarters and they said they’re looking into it but I doubt anything will change. This Wawa is horrible period. I love Wawa but this one has to go.

Way to many people beg for money outside this wawa. Very annoying.... Other than that, food and everything else is same and food is good.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We went to this location today around lunchtime and the staff is so friendly and helpful, From the sandwich makers to the cashiers. To top it off the sandwiches we ordered were amazing. Breakfast hoagies w bacon and a couple sweet cheese danishes. Soooooo good 😋 The most impressive thing was the cashier communicating at the same time of checkout to someone else on her headpiece that the pastries were low and yet I still had her undivided attention!! Now that’s multi tasking! We love you WaWa.

I never would give Wawa a low rating but the one thing I dont like about this particular one is the teenagers who work in there and have their friends come in and theyre hugging behind the sub counter, flirting over the counter, and there was just a lot of noise from the staff. Its unprofessional. I have also been approached by panhandlers at this location

Like any other mid-tier Wawa, this one produces reliable hoagies and has good ol greasy sizzlies. Definitely stop by if youre traveling down I-95 south, easy to get on and off the highway from here.

Workers at night are horrible customer service. Asked 2 have my item bagged n they took the bag n kinda just threw it on the counter n then my item so I can bag it myself. But he bagged the female behind me n before me. I was obviously singled out but dont know why. Never stepped foot in there agsin.

Most Wawas are consistent with their product and service however this Wawa generates some of the worst coffee sandwiches and customer service Ive ever experienced in any Wawa. The lines are long The coffee is watered-down the workers are mean and nasty I actually drive an extra 15 minutes away from my destination just to go to aNother location. its very sad when a brand cannot deliver seen with service across the board. They should really restructure the store if they wish to keep us customers loyal and happy because Ill gladly go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street.
